Abstract

Abstrak Persaingan dalam dunia bisnis semakin meningkat, maka dari itu perusahaan harus memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Dalam perusahaan setiap karyawan harus memiliki standar kompetensi yang bertujuan untuk menentukan kualitas pelayanan dimata konsumen dalam menetapkan strategi nya dibutuhkan customer service. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana kompetensi pada peran customer service dalam meningkatkan pelayanan. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian dengan menggunakan deskriptif dengan menerapkan review dari beberapa metode studi kasus dan berdasarkan literatur review sebelumnya oleh para ahli. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan literatur terdahulu dan pendapat beberapa ahli yang diolah peneliti, hasilnya bahwa kompetensi memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi customer service dalam meningkatkan pelayanan

Abstract

Dampak pandemic Covid-19 membuat perekonomian sejumlah negara terguncang dan mengalami penurunan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Beberapa negara kini sedang mengalami penurunan signifikan kegiatan ekonomi yang sudah berlangsung bulanan, termasuk Indonesia. Tak hanya berdampak bagi perekonomian negara, masalah resesi ekonomi tentunya sangat berdampak bagi perusahaan nasional maupun multinasional di Indonesia yang mana akan berdampak terhadap masyarakat. Sinyal resesi ekonomi semakin jelas bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia karena laju perkonomian di perkirakan kembali negative pada kuartal III setelah terkontraksi 5,32 persen pada kuartal II 2020. Sebagai negara berkembang, ekonomi Indonesia ditopang oleh konsumsi domestic dengan kontribusi nyaris 60% dari total output.

Abstract

The most important aspect in undergoing an internship (internship) is to produce students who are more ready to undergo the world of work and professionally, which is carried out through internship activities. With internship activities, students can find out what skills they have so far. This study aims to determine the effect of internships on student competencies. This type of research uses qualitative research, namely, the data obtained is theory development and describes theory. The data collection technique was carried out using observation and interviews which were conducted through question and answer between the researcher and the resource person. The results of the case studies show that the internship program has a very meaningful role or contribution for students to improve the competence of soft skills & hard skills. And it also shows that the habits and attitudes that students have are very important compared to the knowledge and skills that can be obtained in a short time and increasing student competence through apprenticeship programs can reach professional standards and serve as a provision for experience for working in the next place. Abstract

Abstract

In the current pandemic, the habit of personal face-to-face communication and contact with each other is no longer a priority. Communication at this time is very intense, causing individuals to send unclear speech and information, which leads to decreased psychological and motivational qualities. The method used is literature study method. The library research method is a collection of activities related to collecting library data, reading and taking notes, as well as methods of determining research materials (Zed, 2008: 3). In conclusion, communication turns out to have a good effect on increasing one's motivation. Therefore, in communication, accuracy, skill and caution are needed so that the motivation that is formed can meet the expected goals.

Abstract

Currently the world is experiencing a Covid-19 pandemic, including in Indonesia. Therefore, an appeal to prevent the spread of the virus requires the public to remain silent. It is undeniable that all efforts have an impact and economic instability, one of which is MSMEs in Bekasi Regency. MSMEs are also part of the economy that must have the advantage to increase their innovation. The advantages in the current economy are innovation and creativity. For this reason, it takes the advantage of a creativity-based innovation that can make MSMEs in Bekasi Regency continue to survive and develop during the Covid-19 pandemic with a longer endurance and long term. This study uses a literature study method, the data obtained are compiled, analyzed with a descriptive approach so that we get conclusions from the literature study. In this study, taking literature data from several sources, namely library research, with data collection techniques by examining books, literature, theories, articles and notes on the internet according to related problems. The results of this study indicate that the existence of this innovation also requires motivation and creativity in a person so that they can achieve a goal and what forms of innovation and creativity can be done to MSMEs during this pandemic which will help open the minds of MSME actors, especially in Bekasi Regency to do or form a change in the future in order to continue to survive.

Abstract

Kebijakan Pemerintah dalam menekan penyebaran virus Covid-19 terus dilakukan, Kluster perkantoran dan pabrik menjadi salah satu yang sangat mengkhawatirkan sehingga pemerintah dan pihak perusahaan bekerjasama untuk memberikan jalan keluar agar kegiatan operasional tetap berjalan sehingga kondisi perekonomian masyarakat tetap terjaga dengan tetap mengutamakan faktor keselamatan karyawan dan keluarganya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah work from home dimasa pandemic menjadi solusi yang efektif?? Metode penlitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Work from home menjadi salah satu metode kerja yang paling ideal Pada saat musim pandemic ini, karena bisa mengurangi karyawan terpapar virus ditempat kerja atau Kantor. Kata kunci: Bekerja dari Rumah; Kesejahteraan

Abstract

AbstractEntrepreneurial spirit can have the character of street children through  education, hard work and comprehensive knowledge. The general objective  of the research is to produce a model entrepreneur community among street children and realize the nature and behavior of self to not be  a burden to others. The study design was a multiple case study.  Methods of data collection using a combination of approaches (triangulat  which include: surveys, observation, field study, FGD (focus group  discussion), PRA (Participatory rural appraisals) and action research.  Samples numbered 33 street children in the city of Palembang, results  showed some children street in the city of Palembang born of the economic  downturn the bottom layer of society. they become street  children due to the low socio-economic conditions of the family and his  efforts to use the money to support their families and personal needs such  as playing online games at Internet cafes. Activities undertaken by  street children is singing on the bus, begging, hawkers (selling  newspapers, food and soft drinks). Conclusions Entrepreneur modeling  studies can be done through family empowerment approaches and models  of mentoring, especially in terms of economy, education and  religion. Through family involvement can accelerate the growth of the  entrepreneurial spirit for street children

Abstract

ABSTRACT Interpersonal communication is one type of communication that is not formally regulated and is a form of direct or face-to-face communication. This study aims to determine President University students carry out interpersonal communication, the main thing is to do so that interpersonal communication runs well and effectively between students. The research method in this study is descriptive qualitative. Informants will answer several questions related to the topic of discussion through an online form. The results showed that interpersonal communication is important and is an activity carried out in daily life by President University students. Interpersonal communication is important according to President University students, and is an activity carried out in daily life to support student activities in socializing and getting along with the environment. Abstract

During this pandemic period, of course, there are very significant changes in many fields. One of them is in the economic sector, with this pandemic, almost all companies have made changes in their activities. One of the company's activities in responding to this pandemic is by conducting WFH (Work From Home). In a company, of course the most influential resource is the human resource. The success of the company in carrying out its activities is influenced by the performance of the company's employees. The author takes the object of the employees PT. Sayap Mas Utama. Therefore, the authors conducted a study to determine the performance of employees employed at home during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method used by the author is a qualitative method, namely by interviewing informants to obtain the information needed in this study. The results and analysis obtained from this study and the conclusions obtained are that the performance of employees who were employed at home during this pandemic period decreased their work performance significantly.
