<![CDATA[Abstrak Feminisme merupakan aksi sosial yang menuntut keadilan dan kesetaraan hak dengan pria. Masalah ketidaksetaraan gender masih diperdebatkan sampai sekarang. Salah satunya di negara Korea Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui level realitas, representasi dan ideologi pada video klip yang berjudul DDU-DU DDU-DU milik Blackpink, yang merupakan girlband dari Korea Selatan. Lagu DDU-DU DDU-DU bertemakan soal kekuatan wanita, kebebasan, dan akan menindas orang-orang yang menganggapnya lemah. Untuk tema video klipnya tidak diinformasikan secara gamblang jika mengaitkan dengan isu feminisme. Sehingga untuk mengetahui secara rinci dari representasi feminisme dalam video klip Blackpink DDU-DU DDU-DU, maka penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis semiotika John Fiske, dengan teorinya The Codes of Television. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga level menurut semiotika John Fiske yaitu realitas, dan representasi menunjukkan kebebasan, eksistensi diri, dan kepercayaan diri. Kemudian level ideologi menunjukkan feminisme postmodern. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya tanda dan simbol terkait representasi feminisme post-modern, yaitu membuat wacana baru atau pesan yang bermakna dan memberikan energi positif pada perempuan lain, agar berani melawan ketertindasan dan diskriminasi. Dengan demikian penelitian ini telah menemukan pemahaman mengenai bentuk representasi feminisme yang tergambar pada tokoh di video klip DDU-DU DDU-DU. The gender inequality is still issued until now. One of the issues happens in South Korea. This research aims to find out the reality level, representation, and ideology of Blackpink video clip, DDU-DU DDU-DU, a girlband from South Korea. The theme of DDU-DU DDU-DU song is about women's power, freedom, and suppression to people who believe that women are weak. The theme of DDU-DU DDU-DU video clip is not explicitly stated regarding the feminism issue. This research employs semiotics analysis approach of John Fiske, The Codes of Television, to know the feminism representation details of Blackpink DDU-DU DDU-DU video clip. The result of this research shows that there are three levels according to John Fiske’s semiotics; the reality and the representation of freedom, self-existence, and confidence. Later, the ideology level shows post-modern feminism. The conclusion tells that there are signs and symbols related to post-modern representation feminism. They are new expression or meaningful message and to give positive energy for other women against suppression and discrimination.
