Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui klasifikasi menu makanan dan minuman yang ada di Olla restoran pada Hotel Granada Johor Bahru. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah Foods and Beverages Costing atau Manajemen Menu dengan Pendekatan Matriks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menu makanan dan minuman yang ada di Olla restoran pada Hotel Granada Johor Bahru belum menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal berdasarkan tiga analisis yang sudah peneliti lakukan. Hasil dari Analisis Menu Engineering menunjukkan bahwa dari 54 menu yang dianalisis sebanyak 10 menu (20%) berada pada kategori Stars, sebanyak 22 menu (41%) berada pada kategori Plowhorses, sebanyak 10 menu (19%) berada pada kategori Puzzles dan 11 menu (20%) berada pada kategori Dogs. Hasil dari Analisis Persentase Harga pokok menunjukkan bahwa dari 54 menu yang dianalisis sebanyak 14 menu (26%) berada pada kategori Winners, sebanyak 19 menu (35%) berada pada kategori Marginals (H), sebanyak 5 menu (19%) berada pada kategori Marginals (L) dan sebanyak 16 menu (30%) berada pada kategori Losers. Hasil dari Analisis Marjin HargaPokok menunjukkan bahwa dari 54 menu yang dianalisis sebanyak 10 menu (18%) berada pada kategori Prime, sebanyak 8 menu (15%) berada pada kategori Standards, sebanyak 8 menu (15%) berada pada kategori Sleepers dan 28 menu (52%) berada pada kategori Problems. di Olla restoran pada Hotel Granada Johor Bahru. Dari hasil tersebut strategi yang dilakukan meliputi:mempertahankan kualitas, jumlah dan penyajian dari menu serta tingkat efisiensi, memperbanyak variasi dan inovasi produk sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman, memperkenalkan produk, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta perkembangan keinginan pasar. Peneliti memberikan saran kepada Olla restoran pada Hotel Granada Johor Bahru, sehingga berguna bagi perkembangan pelaksanaan Manajemen Menu di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Housekeeping Departement merupakan salah satu bagian yang ada di dalam hotel yang menangani hal-hal terkait dengan keindahan, kerapian, kebersihan, kelengkapan seluruh kamar juga seluruh areal umum lainnya agar seluruh tamu dan karyawan dapat merasa aman dan nyaman di dalam hotel. Karyawan yang bertugas yang menjaga, merawat, membersihkan, serta merapikan kamar-kamar tamu agar menjadi bersih, indah, dan nyaman disebut dengan dengan room attendant. Room attendant mempunyai kontribusi yang sangat besar untuk meningkatkan image hotel secara keseluruhan. Bila beban kerja terlalu tinggi maka kinerja karyawan departemen tatagraha akan berdampak negatif pada turunnya tingkat hunian kamar hotel.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beban kerja karyawan di departmen tatagraha pada hotel Bintan Lagoon Resort. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis yaitu metodologi deskriptif analisis, yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan, menyajikan, dan menganalisis data agar dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai objek yang akan diteliti sehingga dapat disimpulkan.. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Korelasi Product Moment diperoleh nilai rxy sebesar 0,74 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel pada penelitian ini memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat artinya beban kerja mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan perhitungan Koefisien Determinan diperoleh sebesar 54,76%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja memberikan pengaruhsebesar 54,76% terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sisanya 45,24% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini. Hasil perhitungan t-test diperoleh t hitung sebesar 9,724 lebih besar dari t-tabel sebesar 3,420 , dapat dinyatakan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga hipotesis yang dikemukakan penulis dapat diterima. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi manajer hotel dalam menentukan beban kerja karyawan, sehingga kinerja karyawan menjadi meningkat dan akan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan tamu di hotel.

Abstract

The population for this research was employees at the BRIDA Medan Office. Data collection carried out in this research is: by distributing questionnaires, a data collection technique that is carried out by giving a set of questions or statements to other people who are used as respondents to answer. The author used multiple linear regression analysis techniques, T test, and F test with the help of Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS Version 23.0) software to process the data first by conducting data tests. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression) and using test data quality, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. The analysis showed R Square 0,891 or 89.1%. 829.673 with a confidence level of 5% level test F-account = 829.673> F-table = 2.79 then H0 and H1 accepted, so Job Placement and Work Experience affects simultaneously (simultaneously) on Employee Productivity. While Job Placement with t-count 8.288> t-table 1.676 and significant 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted and can be interpreted Job Placement partial effect to the Employee Productivity and Work Experience variables with t-count -5.558 < t-table 1.676 and significant 0.000 <0.05, the Work Experience has no effect partially on Employee Productivity, as t-count smaller than the value t-tabel.

Abstract

Competition in the business world today is increasingly fierce. This is also felt business people in the welding workshop services sector. The sampling method used is Incidental Sampling Method. The sample in this study was 34 people customers from the JJ Welding Workshop in Medan City and then an analysis was carried out on data obtained using quantitative data analysis. Analysis Quantitative includes: validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis multiplex, hypothesis testing via t test and F test, and coefficient analysis determination. The results of this scientific research: Service Quality, Price and Location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the JJ Welding Workshop in Medan City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application Strategy of the Product Quality, Packaging and Prices Traditional Cake of SMEs Products to Purchasing Decisions in Kota Pari Village. The specific target in this research to the community is that the village community knows the marketing strategy by improving product quality, packaging, and the appropriate selling price so that product sales will also increase. This type of research is quantitative research where the research instruments are observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The data source of this research is the results of a questionnaire distributed to respondents who buy market snack cakes as many as 91 people. From this study it is known that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Packaging has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. It is hoped that the community as a household industry player in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, can know and understand how to improve product quality, packaging and prices so as to increase sales and income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price and trust on consumer satisfaction in Gunawan Furniture, Langkat Regency. The research is a creative research using data processing with SPSS version 22. In this study, a population of 180 respondents was used, then using the Slovin formula, a sample of 64 respondents was obtained. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique uses questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in Gunawan Furniture. Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Gunawan Furniture. Trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in Gunawan Furniture. Product quality, price and trust have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Gunawan Furniture. There was a strong correlation between product quality, service quality, and emotional bond with customer satisfaction of 46.8% and the remaining 53.2% could be explained by other variables that were not researched such as promotion, distribution, service and so on.
