Abstract

Bahasan kenabian dalam Islam adalah jantung bagi pemahaman ajaran agama Islam lainnya. Wacana tentang kenabian perempuan bukanlah sesuatu yang dipaksakan oleh tuntutan kontemporer atau paksaan pemikiran Barat yang cenderung dianggap liberal. Wacana kenabian perempuan dalam Islam itu ada dalam kajian ayat ayat Alquran dan hadis. Mereka yang menolak adanya nabi perempuan biasanya terjebak pada pemahaman lafadz Rijalan pada salah satu ayat Alquran tentang nabi dan rasul, dan mengesampingkan informasi hadis –hadis tentang kenabian perempuan. Bagi para pendukung ada nabi perempuan, memiliki dasar pijakan dari tanda- tanda kenabian, yang mempersyaratkan memperoleh wahyu. Alquran dan hadis menyebut beberapa perempuan yang diberi wahyu dan disapa allah dalam Alquran dengan frase siddiqah seperti sapaan pada nabi laki- laki.

Abstract

Prenuptial agreement is a concept, which has not been widely discussed by Muslim scholars, especially in the field of Quran and tafsir. Gender-biased interpretations of verses about prenuptial agreements can erode the role of the prenuptial agreement. Therefore, this study seeks to identify the usual interpretation of gender, and gender-fair interpretation of the Quranic verse related to prenuptial agreements. This research uses qualitative research methods, with descriptive-analysis techniques. The data collection is done with a literature study approach. Based on the assessment conducted, the following are the results of the research. First, Buya Hamka's interpretation of QS. Al-Maidah verse 1, is included in the category of gender-biased interpretation. This can be seen from his interpretation has a tendency towards one party. Second, feminist or gender-fair interpretation of QS. Al-Maidah verse 1, is more oriented towards more equitable values, especially in the cross-gender sphere. This is shown through the implementation of the principle of mufa'alah in the preparation of a prenuptial agreement. In addition, the points in the contents of the prenuptial agreement, generally correlate with the principle of al-Kuliyyah al-Khamsa in maqashid ash-shar'iyyah Ash-syatibiy. One example, the requirement regarding the separation of property falls into the category of hifdz al-Maal.

Abstract

The Qur'an is relevant at all times and places. However, as time progresses, many new problems arise in life and demand to be resolved immediately. This makes tafsir scholars rack their brains to answer these new problems with the special methods they use in interpreting the Qur'an. This research aims to determine the special method of interpretation used by Abdurrahman bin Nasir as-Sa'di in his tafsir work called Taisir al-Karim ar-Rahman fi Tafsir Kalam al-Mannan. The method used in this research is qualitative with a library research approach. As a result, the author found that Tafsir as-Sa'di uses the tafsir al-ra’yu source. Then in terms of general methods, Tafsir as-Sa'di uses the ijmali method which can be seen from its global and practical interpretation. Meanwhile, the special method used by as-Sa'di in his interpretation consists of things that are characteristic of this interpretation, thereby distinguishing it from other works of interpretation. The conclusion is that As-Sa'di made this tafsir to help scholars and make it easier for explorers of knowledge to understand the Al-Qur'an, therefore he made this tafsir in simple language, but still paying attention to the context, so that guidance, values pure, and the moral messages contained in the verses of the Qur'an can reach the heart and have a good impact in terms of improving worship of Allah SWT.

Abstract

The issue of abortion in Islam has been a long-standing debate among scholars, particularly concerning women's reproductive rights. In many classical interpretations, abortion is often regarded as a prohibited act of murder, based on Qur'anic verses such as QS. Al-An’am [6]: 151 and QS. Al-Isra [17]: 31. These interpretations frequently overlook the context of women as legal subjects with specific needs and conditions, such as trauma from sexual violence or threats to their life. This article explores the reinterpretation of abortion in Islam through the lens of feminist exegesis, emphasizing pragmatic approaches and the principles of maqashid syariah. Feminist exegesis offers a perspective that recognizes women's reproductive rights as integral to the protection of life (hifzh an-nafs) and lineage (hifzh an-nasl). Through an analysis of feminist scholars like Faqihuddin Abdul Qodir and Husein Muhammad, this article demonstrates that abortion can be permissible under certain circumstances for the welfare of women. The findings indicate that this reinterpretation not only provides practical solutions but also aligns with the primary objectives of Islamic law, namely ensuring justice and safeguarding women's rights within a humanistic religious framework.

Abstract

Dalam upaya membantu umat untuk memahami Al-Quran, para pakar Al-Quran telah berupaya untuk menyusun tafsir al-Qur’an dengan berbagai cara (metode). Kitab tafsir memiliki metode umum dan metode khusus. Meski memiliki metode umum yang sama, ternyata juga memiliki banyak perbedaannya, masing-masing memiliki kekhasannya tersendiri. Kekhasan atau metode khusus tersebut digunakan seorang mufassir untuk memudahkan para pembaca memahami ayat-ayat yang ditafsirkan oleh mufassir tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan metode dalam tafsir, menguraikan pengertian metode umum dan metode khusus dalam tafsir, serta mengetahui metode khusus yang digunakan dalam tafsir al-Qur’an al-Madjid an-Nur karya Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan (library research). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa metode umum yang digunakan dalam tafsir An-Nur adalah metode ijmali dan tahlili, sedangkan manhaj atau metode khususnya ialah penjelasan terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang diawali dengan menjelaskan surat yang bersangkutan, menyajikan kandungan Al-Qur’an, menerjemahkan makna ayat dalam bahhsa Indonesia, menafsirkan ayat dengan menunjuk intisari secara global, menjelaskan munasabah ayat, menafsirkan Al-Qur’an dengan sunnah, mencantumkan pendapat ulama, serta menerangkan sabab nuzul ayat.
