Abstract

Introduction Anemia is a condition in which someone lacks enough healthy red blood cells in blood circulation to carry adequate oxygen to all body’s tissues. Anemia occurs since the hemoglobin (Hb) level in the blood is lower than the normal value in which the number level is mostly based on age and sex. In adolescent period, the normal hemoglobin level for female is around 12-15gr%. Method This case study used 7 stages of Varney to analysis. Result The findings of this case study indicated that the patient, 16 years old, experienced various issues such as being weak, tired, sleepy, dizzy and anxious. In addition, she also felt some headache. With the complaints, several measures were taken by health workers. The examination on the patient was conducted, and the patient was administered with both pharmacological and non-pharmacological drugs to reduce the pain. Moreover, the midwives also played an important role in providing health care to the patient, including herfamilies Conclusion This study concluded that the midwifery care management given to Ms. “M” with the case of anemia was considered to be good and well managed in which no particular problems occcurred during the curing process

Abstract

Breast Milk engorgement is breast milk that is not immediately released causing blockage in the veins and lymphatic vassels, which result in obstructed milk flow pressure on the mother’s milk ducts, leading to increased blood and lymphatic flow that causes breast swelling. This research aims to provide midwifery care to Mrs. “N” on her third day postpartum with breast milk engorgement using the seven-step varney midwifery care approach and documenting it in SOAP format. The result of the case study on Mrs. “N” show no difficulties in managing the case. The midwifery care menegement given to Mrs. “N” with breast milk engorgement was such as giving education on breast care, proper breastfeeding technique and positioning, and giving 500 mg paracetamol as an analgetic (pain reliever). In conclusion, the care provided is successful with no implications found in the mother, and the mother’s condition improved as indicated by her breast returning to normal and the baby actively breastfeeding.

Abstract

The development of internet technology that is increasing so fast from time to time makes everything very easy to access for various ages including children. In connection with the use of the internet, online games are one of the applications that use internet access to play games. Online games are becoming a popular new thing because someone is no longer playing alone, but allows people to play with dozens of people at once from various locations.The purpose of this study was to determine online games with the psychology of children in grades IV-VI at SD Inpres Sambung Jawa 2 Makassar.This research method is quantitative with the research design used is analytic observation with a cross sectional approach.The population in this study were children who played online games at SD Inpres Sambung Jawa 1 Makassar as many as 76 students.The sample in this study is using probabiliti sampling with purposive sampling method of 76 students.The results of the study, through the statistical test used is a non-parametric statistical test using the Spearman Rank Correlation test, where the significant value or sig. (2-tailed) of 0.046 <0.05, which means there is a significant relationship between the relationship between online games and child psychology. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between online games and child psychology at SD Inpres sambung Jawa 2 Makassar.
