Abstract

Listening skill is one of the important points in language teaching. In teaching Arabic (listening), it becomes the first element of competence. Listening is receptive efficiency, so it is important in college. Every student must have an unconscious understanding of this proficiency. The purpose of this research is to study the basic theory and the implementation of mahārah al- istimā’ in higher education. The research method is to search the references using a qualitative approach. Interviews and library research were conducted to collect the data which then concluded for a new thesis. Language acquisition is based on the theories of listening in Qur'anic verses, language acquisition devices, perception, motivational response, and the linguistic environment. The main thing is that listening is a part of a language acquisition. The listening skill theory has evolved from linguistics theory to the theory of receptive language teaching, which is the overall psychological response, the natural approach, and the silent period. The stages of the listening skill in higher education use an Arabic standard based on ACTFL and MSA, which is then applied in the unit book. The sample of the higher education unit books are TOSA and ALBA.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Pertama, Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Bahasa Arab MTs dalam Merancang dan Melaksanakan Evaluasi Pembelajaran di Kabupaten Bantul, mumpunyai tingkat kemampuan cukup yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata 73 untuk kelompok guru yang sudah sertifikasi dan 65 untuk kelompok guru yang belum sertifikasi. Kedua, Thitung lebih kecil dari Ttabel (1,469 < 2,03) dan Signifikansinya lebih besar dari signifikansi 0,05 (0,005 < 0,05) maka H0 terima, artinya tidak ada perbedaan nilai tes yang signifikan antara kelompok guru yang sudah sertifikasi dengan kelompok guru yang belum sertifikasi. Pada tabel Group statistics diatas terlihat rata-rata (mean) untuk kelompok guru yang sudah sertifikasi adalah 73,42 dan untuk kelompok guru yang belum sertifikasi adalah 64,69, artinya bahwa nilai rata-rata kelompok guru yang sudah sertifikasi tidak lebih tinggi dari pada rata-rata untuk kelompok guru yang belum sertifikasi.

Abstract

Keterampilan menyimak merupakan salah satu unsur keterampilan dasar bagi pebelajar dalam mengawali penguasaan bahasa asing, dalam hal ini bahasa Arab. Jadi dalam  pengajaran  dan pembelajaran  bahasa  Arab  sebagai  bahasa  asing,  kemahiran  mendengar  ini  amat  penting. Dengan kemahiran siswa, pelajar dapat memahami sesuatu yang didengar dengan betul dan jelas.Keberhasilan pembelajaran menyimak sangat tergantung pada tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi.Dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran kemahiran mendengar, aspek alat bantu seperti media merupakan suatu alat bantu yang sangat penting. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, Maharah Istima’

Abstract

 اﳋﻼﺻﺔاﻟﻘﻴﺎس وﻫﻮ ﻣﺼﺪر ﻗﺎﻳﺴﺖ اﻟﺸّﻴﺊ ﺎﺑﻟﺸّﻴﺊ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﺔ وﻗﻴﺎﺳﺎ: ﻗﺪّرﺗﻪ، وﻣﻨﻪاﳌﻘﻴﺎس أي اﳌﻘﺪار. أﻗﺴﺎم اﻟﻘﻴﺎس إﱃ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ أﻗﺴﺎم: ﻗﻴﺎس اﻟﻌﻠّﺔ، ﻗﻴﺎس اﻟﺸّﺒﻪ، ﻗﻴﺎس اﻟﻄّﺮد. ﻗﻴﺎس اﻟﻌﻠّﺔ: أن ﳛﻤﻞ اﻟﻔﺮع ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷﺻﻞ ﺎﺑﻟﻌﻠّﺔ اﻟّﱴ ﻋﻠﻖ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎاﳊﻜﻢ ﰱ اﻷﺻﻞ. ﻗﻴﺎس اﻟﺸّﺒﻪ: أن ﳛﻤﻞ اﻟﻔﺮع ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷﺻﻞ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺸّﺒﻪ ﻏﲑ اﻟﻌﻠّﺔ اﻟّﱴ ﻋﻠﻖ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ اﳊﻜﻢ ﰱ اﻷﺻﻞ. ﻗﻴﺎس اﻟﻄّﺮد: ﻫﻮ اﻟﺬى ﻳﻮﺟﺪ ﻣﻌﻪ اﳊﻜﻢ وﺗﻔﻘﺪ اﻹﺧﺎﻟﺔ (اﳌﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ) ﰱ اﻟﻌﻠّﺔ، واﺧﺘﻠﻔﻮا ﰱ ﻛﻮﻧﻪ ﺣﺠﺔ، ﻓﺬﻫﺐ ﻗﻮم إﱃ أﻧّﻪ ﻟﻴﺲ ﺣﺠّﺔ ﻷنّ ﳎﺮّد اﻟﻄّﺮد ﻻ ﻳﻮﺟﺐ ﻏﻠﺒﺔ اﻟﻈّﻦّ. ﻣﻔﻌﻮل ﺑﻪ ﻫﻮ ﻣﺎوﻗﻊ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻓﻌﻞ اﻟﻔﺎﻋﻞ أو ﻫﻮ اﻻﺳﻢ اﳌﻨﺼﻮب اﻟﺬي ﻳﻘﻊ ﺑﻪ اﻟﻔﻌﻞ، ﻫﺬا اﻟﺘﻌﺮﻳﻒ ﻫﻮ رأي ﲨﻬﻮر اﻟﻨّﺤﻮﻳّﲔ. ﻓﺬﻫﺐ ﺳﻴﺒﻮﻳﻪ إﱃ أنّ اﻟﻔﻌﻞ رﻓﻊ اﻟﻔﺎﻋﻞ وﻧﺼﺐ اﳌﻔﻌﻮل وﻫﺬا رأي اﻟﺒﺼﺮﻳّﲔ. وﻗﻴﻞ ﳝﻜﻦ ﺗﻌﺮﻳﻔﺎﺗﻪ ﺑﺜﻼﺛﺔ: (١) ﻣﺎوﻗﻊ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻓﻌﻞ اﻟﻔﺎﻋﻞ (٢) ﻛﻞ إﺳﻢ ﺗﻌﺪّى إﻟﻴﻪ اﻟﻔﻌﻞ (٣) ﻣﺎﻛﺎن ﳏﻼّ ﻟﻔﻌﻞ اﻟﻔﺎﻋﻞ. أدﺧﻞ اﻟﻨّﺤﺎة ﲢﺖ ﻣﻔﻌﻮل ﺑﻪ أﻧﻮاﻋﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻷﺳﺎﻟﻴﺐ: أ.      أﺳﻠﻮب اﻟﺘّﻌﺠّﺐ. اﺧﺘﻠﻒ اﻟﻨّﺤﺎة ﰱ ﺻﻴﻐﱴ اﻟﺘّﻌﺠّﺐ، ﰱ اﻟﺼّﻴﻐﺔ اﻷوﱃ أﻋﺮب اﳌﻨﺼﻮب ﻣﻔﻌﻮﻻ ﺑﻪ، أو ﻣﺸﺒّﻬﺎ ﺎﺑﳌﻔﻌﻮل. وﰱ اﻟﺼّﻴﻐﺔ اﻟﺜّﺎﻧﻴﺔ أﻋﺮب اﺠﻤﻟﺮور ﻓﺎﻋﻼ أو ﻣﻔﻌﻮﻻ ﺑﻪ.  ب. ﻧﺰع اﳋﺎﻓﺾ . ﺻﺮّح ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﻨّﺤﺎة ﺄﺑنّ اﳌﻨﺼﻮب ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﺰع اﳋﺎﻓﺾ ﻣﻔﻌﻮل ﺑﻪ، واﻟﻨﻮع اﻵﺧﺮ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻣﺎﺟﺎء ﻣﻊ اﻷﻓﻌﺎل اﻟّﱴ ﺗﺘﻌﺪّى ﻣﺮّة ﲝﺮف وأﺧﺮى ﺑﺪوﻧﻪ، وﻫﺬا اﻟﻨّﻮع ﻣﻔﻌﻮل ﺑﻪ. ج. اﺠﻤﻟﺮور ﲝﺮف اﳉﺎر. ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﻨّﺤﺎة، ﻗﺪ ﳚﻴﺊ ﺣﺮف اﳉﺮ ﻟﺘﻌﺪﻳﺔ اﻟﻔﻌﻞ، وﻋﻨﺪﺋﺬ ﻳﻜﻮن اﺠﻤﻟﺮور ﰱ ﻣﻮﺿﻊ اﻟﻔﻌﻞ اﳌﻨﺼﻮب. ﻣﻦ ﺣﻴﺚ ﻋﺪد ﻣﻔﻌﻮل ﺑﻪ أنّ ﰱ ﺳﻮرة اﻟﺒﻘﺮة اﻵﻳﺔ ١-١٠٠ وﺟﺪ ﻣﺎﺋﺔ ﺳﺖّ وﺳﺒﻌﲔ.
