Abstract

Tujuan pendidikan anak usia prasekolah berbeda dari pendidikan anak usia sekolah dasar awal. Kalau pendidikan bagi anak usia prasekolah bertujuan mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang anak, maka konsep pendidikan di awal sekolah dasar bertujuan mengarahkan anak agar dapat mengikuti tahapan-tahapan pendidikan sesuai jenjangnya. Selain tentu saja untuk mengembangkan berbagai kemampuan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan guna mengoptimalkan kecerdasannya. Di sinilah perbedaan antara pendidikan usia dini dengan pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Hal ini pula yang ingin didedahkan oleh Vygotsky dalam teori sosiokulturalnya. Sebabnya tidak lain karena anak usia dini memiliki ranah dan pemahaman yang berbeda dalam mengapresiasi lingkungan sosialnya dan juga sosial masyarakat pada umumnya.  Kata kunci: Vygotsky, lingkungan, sosial, pendidikan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui mengetahui manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikandi Tk Negeri Cempaka Jaya Pekalongan dalam melaksanakan standar Nasional Pendidikan dengan harapandapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif, tempat penelitian di TK Negeri Cempaka Jaya Pekalonganselama 4 bulan yaitu bulan maret sampai dengan bulan Juni 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiankualitatif dengan memakai teknik triangulasi data. Alat pemgumpulan data yang digunakan adalah denganmetode dokumentasi, wawancara, observasi, dan metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1)manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di TK Negeri Cempaka Jaya dalam maksanakan standarNasional Pendidikan, sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan terhadap kualitaspendidikan secara keseluruhan, (2) berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi manajemen pendidik dantenaga kependidikan dalam maksanakan standar Nasional Pendidikan di TK Negeri Cempaka JayaPekalongan sangatlah penting bagi kemajuan lembaga-lembaga PAUD.

Abstract

This paper discussing the role of youth generation in Islamic education that tends to less giving development opportunity and creativity. Islamic education was only as training which the main target explaining about theory, but lack of real action. There’s madrasah education model, to realize madrasah as academic excellence as public school, plus Islamic specialty. There also dormitory education model, and “ Plus” school phenomenon. Exactly, now many more Islamic school Plus that progressing more than public school. In Islam, problem of discipline, working ethos, motivation, and achievement occupy the very important role. Here youth strength:readiness to learn, active sharing in compiling best framework for the world of Islam education in this country. This youth people will be able to do the reform and create the new formulation to Islam education.

Abstract

An effort to cultivate process spirit to student has to be done patiently.  That process will make them remember that success is an accumulation of ability to solve the problem. Big success is an accumulation of little successes. Long-term objective achieved with midterm and short-term effort. Every success full people have reached his point with process full of strategy, struggle, patience and perseverance. Participative education enriched with process will teach student to think critical and open mind.

Abstract

Education with love as its basic will shape and develop children potential. A Child should able to do activity that good and rational. A teacher and parent are just spectators, who suggest correction when something unwise and dangerous happen to children and everyone else. Creativity forming on love based education is direct student to always creative. Therefore, this conception is a criteria that he applying spiritual quotient. Intelligent people spiritually will not solve live problem just rationally or emotionally. But, he will relate it will life meaning spiritually, connect it with spiritual legacy as sacred texts or saint saying to give interpretation to recent situation.

Abstract

Education is the most effective mean to internalize democracy, pluralism, and inclusive values. This kind of education can accommodate every difference. Meanwhile, education that emphasizes internalization of divine values will become solution to various problem of this nation. Dynamic education will made us understand substance and meaning of everything.  This paradigm only can be manifested by teacher that have dynamic attitude, on viewing difference, on noticing student’s character and need, and to face life and this world.

Abstract

Since early age, children have to give knowledge, in a form of many stimuli. Teaching at early age is like forming carving at stone that will last forever. Early education is a foundation to next education. Therefore, successfulness of early education will have significant role on children successfulness in the future.

Abstract

Abstract: Structured parenting is no longer merely an option but an urgent necessity. Interpersonal collaboration facilitated by structured parenting enables individuals understand their identities, aspirations, and appropriate behaviors in an evolving environment, thus helping them navigate complex social dynamics. Employing a quantitative analysis approach as proposed by John Creswell and a qualitative analysis based on Pierre Bourdieu’s habitus theory, this study examines the influence of structured parenting on strengthening interpersonal collaboration in addressing the social complexities. Based on data from 500 respondents and a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, this study finds that: (1) structured parenting significantly enhances social skills (p < 0.05); (2) it contributes to conflict resolution within communities (p < 0.05); (3) it strengthens social collaboration within society (p < 0.05); and (4) the regression model indicates that rule consistency has the most significant impact on reinforcing interpersonal collaboration in addressing complex social dynamics (β = 0.42). Furthermore, structured parenting improves educational quality, skill development, and readiness to face an increasingly competitive workforce. By instilling a visionary, creative, hardworking, innovative, and socially responsible mindset, future generations will be better equipped to address escalating social and economic inequalities. These findings serve as a basis for further recommendations.Key Words: Complex Social Phenomena, Interpersonal Collaboration, Structured Parenting
