Abstract

Darussalam Gontor University (Unida Gontor) is a campus with a fairly rapid development of infrastructure. The paper-based building prototype design belonging to UNIDA Gontor is considered not able to visually represent the building that has been or will be built. This research aims to provide a prototype design update using more modern and dynamic technology that can be seen from all sides of the building and does not require physical storage, also can be used anytime and anywhere.The Application content is taken through the visual data collection stage in the form of detailed photos of buildings taken through cameras and drones. This media is based on Android which uses marker based augmented reality technology to implement 3-dimensional visualization of campus building objects, which are created through the steps of the waterfall model. The test is carried out in two stages, namely the suitability of the application with various android devices which shows compatibility with devices with a minimum size of 5 inches. The second test was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the staff of the facilities and infrastructure division of Unida Gontor with an average score of 90%, and the lecturers and multimedia student group 89.52%.

Abstract

Konflik antara dua negara yaitu Rusia dan Ukraina telah dimulai sejak tahun 2014, konflik antara 2 negara tetangga yang mempertemukan antara Rusia dan Ukraina diakibatkan karena kepentingan dan perebutan sumber daya alam. Kemudia konflik antara Rusia dan Ukraina Kembali meningkat pada awal Februari 2022 setelah armada tempur Rusia menunjukan kekuatan tempurnya di perbatasan Belarusia dan Ukraina. Pada penelitian yang akan dilakukan kali ini memiliki tujuan untuk memperoleh pengembangan model untuk mengetahui sejauh mana sentiment public mengenai konflik yang terjadi antara Rusia dan Ukraina di dua topik yaitu Rusia Ukraina, Ukraina Rusia menggunakan Bahasa Rusia. Metode klasifikasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Naïve Bayes. Hasil yang didapat dari model ini mendapatkan hasil yang cukup memuaskan. Jumlah data tweet yang akan digunakan dari Twitter berjumlah 5216. Model yang digunakan dalam pengujian kali ini untuk membaca sentiment public di media sosial twitter sejak tanggal 04 Juli 2022 sampai 22 Juli 2022. Model mendapatkan hasil untuk menyimpulkan bahwa opini public mengenai konflik Rusia dan Ukraina memiliki kecenderung Tidak Setuju. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya bisa dikembangkan dengan perbaikan label pada dataset dan penambahan dataset.

Abstract

The need for transportation in the University of Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor) campus is currently in high demand. Therefore, the campus has provided motorbike rental services in the UNIDA Gontor Business Unit (U3) section of motorbike rental or U3 Motor. The problem in motorcycle rental management at U3 Motor at this time is the recording of rental transactions which still uses a manual system by recording in a notebook and then entering the data into Excel format. By looking at these facts, the researchers designed a smart information system for motorbike rental. This study aims to facilitate the reservation process for those who will rent a motorbike at U3 Motor. In addition, this smart system will facilitate the management of U3 UNIDA Gontor in managing transaction data and recording the circulation of incoming money obtained from the reservation process. This system design method uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model which consists of several stages, which are requirements, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The design of the data process design uses Use Case Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams. While the database design uses Conceptual Data Model (CDM) and Physical Data Model (PDM). This system was developed using PHP programming language with yii2 framework and database using MySQL. Testing of this system is carried out using the black-box method on front-end and back-end applications. The test results on each page and function show that the system can work as expected. The results of this study indicate that the smart motorbike rental system is feasible to use to manage transaction data and record the circulation of incoming money obtained from the reservation process and is feasible to be developed to support the urban smart system network.

Abstract

Universitas Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor is a boarding-based campus that requires its professors and students to live 24 hours a day in the dormitory. To support UNIDA Gontor's household needs, one includes washing clothes; the campus has created the Unit Usaha UNIDA (U3) laundry service. This laundry service provides cleaning services based on weight and processing time, divided into three packages: regular, express, and special. Currently, the laundry service runs its administrative process using books, paper notes, and social media, Whatsapp, for communication with customers. As the laundry service grows, customers need help determining their clothing status. The same is true for employees who need help dealing with the increasing number of orders and answering the status of customer clothing one by one. This research aims to speed up the administrative process of the U3 laundry service, especially in terms of order status. The method used to help solve the problem is an Android-based mobile app that implements the Model View Presenter pattern. The black-box method and a questionnaire to customers and laundry employees were used to test this research. The results of the black-box test showed that all the features provided are running smoothly without errors. Meanwhile, the results of a random questionnaire to ten customers and four employees regarding ease, design, information, and benefits showed high satisfaction. The results of all tests prove that this application is easy for customers, especially in determining the status and cost of laundry. In addition, employees also find it easy to update and store order data, making it faster, neater, and safer. The suggestion for future research is to add a cost feature for clothing that uses hangers and plastic and to add real-time notification features using firebase.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance workers' productivity by strengthening their understanding of aqidah, thereby fodtering intrinsic motivation that promotes dedication, honesty, and responsibility in the workplace. The implementation method involved interactive counseling conducted in six sessions, which included a pre-test, material presentation, and a post-test. The participants were 13 workers from “Roya Perkulakan” in Mantingan, Ngawi, East Java, with the material focusing on strengthening aqidah, worship practices, and the application of Islamic values in daily life. The data analysis technique used was quantitative analysis with a One Group Pretest-Posttest experimental design to measure changes in program outcomes. The result of this activity indicated an improvement in aqidah understanding from 49% before the program to 96% after its implementation. This improvement demonstrated that aqidah plays a significant role in improving work productivity. A strong understanding of aqidah shapes workers into individuals who are honest, disciplined, and responsible, thereby contributing to enhanced productivity and work quality.
