Abstract

Abstract: The concept of tri education centers consisting of schools, families, and society shows that education is a joint responsibility. Therefore, the development of school education should involve various stakeholders who are in the circle tri education center. Among the participation of society in the development of school education is supervising / guiding habits children learn at home, guiding and supporting children's academic activities, as well as giving a boost to research, discuss ideas or actual events. In this context, the urgency of community participation in the development of school education can be perceived as a process from the society, by the society and for the society. Abstract

Teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, basic education, and secondary education. Teachers are positions or professions that require special skills as teachers . Furthermore, in exercising its professional authority, teachers are required to have a diverse set of abilities. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the professional standard of a teacher in carrying out his duties and responsibilities as a teacher, educator, and trainer so as to be able to realize the goals of national education, namely people who have faith and fear and have knowledge. Thus, the ideals of national development can be realized with the existence of quality human resources.

Abstract

This study discusses Islamic-based leadership in improving the quality of Higher Education management at IAIN Bone and IAIN Pare-Pare. The problems examined in this research are: (a) How is the Islamic-based leadership approach in improving the quality of Higher Education management at IAIN Bone and IAIN Pare-Pare, (b) How is the quality of Higher Education in IAIN Bone and IAIN Pare-Pare. The results showed that the Islamic-based leadership approach in improving the quality of Higher Education management at IAIN Bone and IAIN Pare-Pare applied Islamic values both in decision making, division of labor, direction, communication, giving awards, and giving sanctions. The values applied in the development of Higher Education management at IAIN Bone and IAIN Pare-Pare such as; trustworthy, honesty, respect, deliberation, consistency/discipline, commitment in carrying out duties and responsibilities, gentle, firm. humanist, firm attitude, meticulous, hard work, guiding, and always motivating. Likewise, the Islamic culture which is always used as the basis for the management of tertiary institutions, especially in IAIN Pare-Pare, is the malebbi warekkadana makkeade ampena (polite in speaking and ethical behavior). While at IAIN Bone is sipakatau (mutual respect, view humans as humans), sipakalebbi (mutual respect), and sipakainge (remind each other) in accordance with the values contained in IAIN Bone's vision. The quality of IAIN Bone and IAIN Pare-Pare higher education has improved from various aspects but after the transfer of status and changes in the standard of tertiary education it is always making improvements to adjust.

Abstract

Abstrak. Class management is any effort directed at creating an atmosphere of learning that is effective and enjoyable and can motivate students. Class management generally aims to increase effectiveness and efficiency in achieving learning objectives. In addition, classroom management also aims to create a comfortable classroom atmosphere where teaching and learning take place. Therefore, in an effort to realize effective classroom management, it must pay attention to the principles of effective classroom management, class management approaches and implement the planning, implementation, and assessment of class management programs.

Abstract

Abstract. Human Resource Management (HRM) is all activities related to the recognition of the importance of educators and education personnel in schools as vital human resources, which contribute to school goals, and utilize functions and activities that ensure that human resources are used effectively and fair for the benefit of individuals, schools and communities. Human resource management aims to formulate the needs of educators and education personnel, develop and empower educators and education personnel to obtain the optimal value of benefits for individual educators and education personnel concerned. The scope of management of human resources in schools is HR Planning, analysis of educators and education personnel, procurement of educators and education personnel, selection of educators and education personnel, orientation, placement and assignment, compensation, performance assessment, career development, training and personnel development educators and the creation of work life quality, educator and education power negotiations, research of educators and education personnel, pensions and dismissal of teaching and education personnel. Abstract

This article discusses student management. In realizing effective governance of educational institutions, all components in it must be managed properly, including students. Student management is the whole process of activities that are planned and endeavored intentionally as well as continuous guidance for all students so that they can participate in the teaching and learning process effectively and efficiently starting from the admission of students to the discharge of students from a school. In management, participants must be goal-oriented, adhering to the principles of student management, student management approaches, student management functions, and structuring the entire scope of student management.

Abstract

Abstrct: This paper discusses the development of school culture and climate. Conducive school climate and culture is characterized by the creation of a safe, comfortable, and orderly learning environment so that learning can take place effectively. Conducive school climate and culture are so important that learners feel happy and positive about their schools, so that teachers feel valued, and that parents and communities feel welcome and engage. This can happen through the creation of positive norms and habits, harmonious relationships and cooperation based on mutual respect. The school climate can basically be put forward as an organizational climate that occurs in a school. School climate is the result of interaction media in school organizations. Abstract

This research aims to describe the leadership role of the headmaster in building aconducive madrasah culture in the MAN Bone District. This research is a field study with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews and observations. The subject of this study is the headmaster, deputy chief of madrasah, teachers, administration staff, and students. Data is analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the headmaster performs its role in developing cultures in terms of values, such as initiative, togetherness, responsibility, sense of existence, commitment, cooperation, mutual understanding, spirit of unity, obedience azas, guiding and motivating, innovative, hard-working, caring, discipline and honesty, clean culture, good relationships, knowledgeable, and so on. The obstacles in the development of madrasah culture are more dominant in difficulty in applying discipline perfectly. Discipline will be difficult to manifest without awareness of each individual. Therefore, the headmaster always seeks to have discipline always enforced and forward through the consciousness of the residents of the madrasah for his responsibilities in carrying out duties in the madrasah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kesiswaan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di SMP Negeri 4 Awangpone Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kesiswaan di SMP Negeri 4 Awangpone meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi terhadap program kesiswaan. Kedisiplinan siswa di SMP Negeri 4 Awangpone cukup baik, dilihat dari perilaku siswa yang menghargai peraturan sekolah serta mampu mengaplikasikan penghargaannya melalui perbuatan dan tindakannya. Meskipun masih ada yang melanggar tetapi itu dilakukan oleh siswa yang kurang kesadaran akan pentingnya kedisiplinan sehingga selalu diberikan bimbingan oleh pihak sekolah agar membiasakan diri dengan sikap disiplin yang ditunjukkan melalui sikap ketaatan, kesetiaan dan ketertiban siswa terhadap peraturan sekolah. Kontribusi manajemen kesiswaan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa dilakukan melalui kegiatan seperti: kegiatan orientasi yaitu melakukan sosialisasi mengenai tata tertib sekolah, melakukan apel pagi dan pulang untuk memberikan arahan kepada siswa agar menanamkan sikap disiplin dalam dirinya serta melakukan pembinaan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka untuk melatih siswa dalam hal kedisiplinan. Baik disiplin waktu, berpakaian maupun disiplin dalam bersikap.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Learning Manajement System dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran online masa pandemi di Mts As’Adiyah Itterung Kecamatan Tellusiattinge Kabupaten Bone, mengetahui hambatan dan solusi dalam Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran online masa pandemi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah kualitatif kemudian dipaparkan secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pedagogic, psikologis dan sosiologis. Adapun lokasi penelitian adalah MTs As’Adiyah  Itterung Desa Itterung Kecamatan Tellusiattinge Kabupaten Bone. Datayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah aata primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer yang menjadi sasaran penelitian yaitu kepala madrasah, guru dan siswa. Adapun sumber data sekunder yaitu dokumen terkait, dan bahan-bahan pustaka yang relevan dengan masalah penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukka npembelajaran online selama pandemi terjadiperubahan proses pembelajaran dari pembelajaran tatapmuka di kelas menjadi pembelajaran online atau daring dengan memanfaatkan Learning Manajement System. Media Pembelajaran Online Masa Pandemi yaitu media pembelajaran yang digunakan pendidik monoton dan membuat para peserta didik merasa jenuh atau bosan dan belum interaktif.  Keterbatasan handphone yang dimiliki orang tua peserta didik dan kesulitan akses internet. Solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan yaitu dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang dapat dijangkau oleh pendidik dan peserta didik.
