Abstract

This study describes the management of community empowerment in maintaining the existence of schools at SD IT Rabbani. The author applied qualitative research. The data was analyzed in the process of data reduction method, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, deductive thinking is used, namely taking some general facts which are then analyzed to apply specific things. SD IT Rabbani adheres to a community empowerment management system in maintaining school existence, where the school provides sufficient space for parents to take part in the planning process, policy determination to decision making. Therefore, with the management of Community Empowerment Management, it turns out to be able to have a very significant impact, especially in achieving the school's vision, objectives and goals so as to be able to maintain the existence of SD IT Rabbani. The Community Empowerment Management has been able to make SD IT Rabbani one of the leading schools that are in great demand by the community who search for elementary school.

Abstract

Abstract. This study was designed using a qualitative descriptive approach correlational manifold. Collecting data using three types of questionnaires about managerial skills, leadership models, and teacher performance. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that (1) A description and the principal forms of managerial skills very well belong to the category, as well as the performance of teacher MA Al-Falah Arungkeke Jeneponto classified as either category. This means that managerial skills with ability to approach the conceptual, technical, human relations affect the performance of teacher MA Al-Falah Arungkeke Jeneponto, (2) there is a significant positive implications in terms of principal leadership managerial skills to the improvement of teacher performance MA Al-Falah Arungkeke Jeneponto, this is explained by a score of 70 -85 % range, which means simultaneous principal leadership in terms of managerial skills in improving teacher performance MA Al-Falah Arungkeke Jeneponto entry in the category of good value. Based on these results, it is suggested to the principal in general, and a principal in the district in particular to pay attention and improve managerial skills and leadership models and with regard to other factors that affect the performance of teachers. Suggested for teachers to further optimize performance in accordance with the duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

The corona virus has made all the routines of the world of education ineffective. As is the case with this research, the goal is to find out the effectiveness of online learning during the pandemic to deal with the covid-19 pandemic among students. The method in this study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to analyze a phenomenon to be studied through the support of a literature study so as to strengthen the results of the research obtained in making conclusions this is caused by boredom and boredom repeatedly so that it reaches a saturation point. In addition, the material that students are able to absorb is less than half, coupled with the ability of lecturers and. The results of this study are continuous online learning for students is very ineffective, students in using the internet which is still low. Thus, online learning is considered quite effective when it is only done from time to time, not continuously for 1 semester. Each semester there are approximately 10 courses that are taught with a total of 15 meetings so that in total a student has to face his computer screen more or less. In the future, online learning should only be carried out under certain conditions that do not allow face-to-face meetings, such as a natural disaster and coupled with an increase in the professionalism of the teaching staff in the use of various online applications so that learning does not become boring and boring. Thus, online learning is considered quite effective when it is only done from time to time, not continuously for 1 semester. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher pedagogic competence on the improvement of students' learning motivation in online learning and the motivation that most influences the online learning process. This research was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah As Adiyah Mattirowalie, Bone Regency. The population in this study were all stakeholders in the MA As Adiyah Mattirowalie educational institution, Bone Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is Nonprobability Sampling by selecting 10 samples needed in the study. Data were collected using questionnaire, observation and documentation instruments. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that there was a positive influence of teacher pedagogic competence (variable X) on increasing students' learning motivation in online learning (variable Y) with a relationship between the two variables of 0.57.Keywords: teacher pedagogic, learning motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept of management of Islamic education in the view of the Qur'an, including flexible, effective, efficient, open, cooperative and participatory and also to analyze the components of management of Islamic education contained in the Al-Qur'an which consists of of planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a library research approach, the subjects in this study are journals, scientific articles, books and those related to this research. The data analysis technique used in this research is to categorize, manage, and isolate redundant data in a way that leads to definite and testable conclusions. Classify journals and articles related to educational administration analysis of management concepts in the view of the Koran. The results of this study are that education management in the view of the Koran is an activity to mobilize and integrate all educational resources to achieve the goals of Islamic education that have been set. To understand the management of Islamic education, there are several factors that must be considered by all administrators, namely: planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Learning Manajement System dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran online masa pandemi di Mts As’Adiyah Itterung Kecamatan Tellusiattinge Kabupaten Bone, mengetahui hambatan dan solusi dalam Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran online masa pandemi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah kualitatif kemudian dipaparkan secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pedagogic, psikologis dan sosiologis. Adapun lokasi penelitian adalah MTs As’Adiyah  Itterung Desa Itterung Kecamatan Tellusiattinge Kabupaten Bone. Datayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah aata primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer yang menjadi sasaran penelitian yaitu kepala madrasah, guru dan siswa. Adapun sumber data sekunder yaitu dokumen terkait, dan bahan-bahan pustaka yang relevan dengan masalah penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukka npembelajaran online selama pandemi terjadiperubahan proses pembelajaran dari pembelajaran tatapmuka di kelas menjadi pembelajaran online atau daring dengan memanfaatkan Learning Manajement System. Media Pembelajaran Online Masa Pandemi yaitu media pembelajaran yang digunakan pendidik monoton dan membuat para peserta didik merasa jenuh atau bosan dan belum interaktif.  Keterbatasan handphone yang dimiliki orang tua peserta didik dan kesulitan akses internet. Solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan yaitu dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang dapat dijangkau oleh pendidik dan peserta didik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine students' ability in reading the Qur'an and to enhance students' learning motivation in the subject of Islamic Education through the peer tutoring method, where learning occurs cooperatively and with mutual respect and understanding between students and teachers who work together. The research was conducted in Grade X OTKP of SMK Negeri 4 Bone. The problem identified by the researcher is that the Islamic Education learning process is not optimal due to the limited number of instructional hours, which amounts to 3 hours per week, and the learning is conducted 50% online and 50% offline due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a different learning process compared to before. The research conducted in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the population serves as the sample, consisting of 21 students. Data collection techniques include both test and non-test instruments.
