<![CDATA[Abstrak Pengelolaan surat-menyurat di Kantor Desa Saba Blahbatuh Gianyar umumnya masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional, yaitu petugas mencatat data pemohon surat ke dalam buku besar, kemudian memasukan data tersebut ke dalam aplikasi Microsoft Word atau Microsoft Excel. Metode pengelolaan yang demikian mengakibatkan format surat menjadi berubah-ubah, rawan terjadi kesalahan pencatatan data surat, serta membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam prosesnya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem aplikasi pada kantor Desa Saba. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), dengan model pengembangan waterfall. Pengembangan Aplikasi menggunakan framework Laravel sebagai backend dan framework VueJs sebagai frontend. Hasil uji implementasi memperlihatkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu dalam proses pembuatan surat menyurat, lebih mempercepat proses pelayanan kepada masyarakat karena sudah ditetapkanya format surat kedalam sistem sehingga hasil yang didapatkan lebih akurat dan efisien.Kata kunci: Rancang Bangun, Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Administrasi Desa, Framework Laravel, Software Development Life Cycle Abstract Management of correspondence at the Saba Blahbatuh Gianyar Village Office is generally still carried out in a conventional way, where the officer records the applicant's data into a ledger, then enters the data into the Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel application. This management method causes the format of the letter to change, is prone to errors in recording letter data, and takes a long time to process. This paper aims to develop an application system at the Saba Village office. The software development method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with a waterfall development model. Application development uses the Laravel framework as the backend and the VueJs framework as the frontend.
