Budidaya jamur merupakan usaha yang sedang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Badung memiliki prospek yang besar dan permintaan pasar yang tinggi, akan tetapi permasalahan yang dihadapi berupa seringnya pengepul mendapat permintaan pasar yang melebihi kapasitas dari pasokan jamur tiram yang dia miliki dan kurangnya informasi yang didapat pengepul tentang stok jamur dari petani dimana pengepul harus menvari pasokan jamur untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Penulis akan membahas mengenai sistem informasi E-Supply Chain Management melirik permasalahan diatas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pembuatan sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemograman PHP, javascript dan basis data menggunakan MySQL. Dari hasil kuisioner yang dilakukan dengan petani, pengepul dan pemasok, sistem informasi ini mendapatkan respon yang positif dimana responden menyatakan sistem ini sangat membantu. Mushroom cultivation is a business that is being developed by the people of Badung Regency which has great prospects and high market demand, but the problem faced is the frequent collectors who get market demand that exceeds the capacity of the supply of oyster mushrooms they have and the lack of information obtained by collectors about the stock mushrooms from farmers where collectors have to vary the supply of mushrooms to meet community needs. The author will discuss about the E-Supply Chain Management information system glancing at the above problems. This research was conducted with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Making this information system is made with the PHP programming language, javascript and database using MySQL. From the results of the questionnaire conducted by farmers, collectors and suppliers, this information system received a positive response where respondents said the system was very helpful.
