Abstract

Isra’ Mi'raj is one of the greatest phenomena that happened to the Prophet Muhammad PBUH after his beloved wife, Khadijah al-Kubra, passed away. It was told that when this event occurred, the Prophet Muhammad PBUH used Buraq during his journey from the Masjidil Haram, Makkah to the Masjidil Aqsha, Palestine, and when he ascended to Sidratul Muntaha. This research applied a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study. The results of this study indicate that there are two versions of the explanation about Buraq. From the literature’s perspective, the Buraq is visualized as a riding animal in the form of a four-legged animal that has high speed. This perspective is aimed at audiences from the non-academic community. Whereas,according to the physicist's perspective, Buraq is explained as a light which indeed has very high speed. This perspective is aimed at audiences from the academic community

Abstract

Language and literature have a complex relationship with religion. The concrete example of these relationship can be observed in the Qur’an. The Qur’an as a Muslim holy book is revealed in Arabic which is fulled by beautiful language styles. Even, the beauty of diction in the Qur’an was recognized by prominent Arabic literaturer in his time. One of language style which dominates the beauty of the Qur’an is repetition. Therefore, the research of repetition in the Qur’an is importance in term of linguistics, literature, and religion. Through a qualitative approach and content analysis, this research aims to explore the types of repetition in one of Madaniyah’s surah, namely al-Fath. The results are found in this surah as follows. 1) There are four types of repetition in surah al-Fath, namely phonological, morphological, syntax, and semantic repetition. 2) The most common repetition found in Surah al-Fath is phonological repetition then syntax repetition. 3) Themost common type of phonological repetition is initial rhyme as morpheme. 4) the most common type of syntax repetition is word repetition as partial reduplication.The results of this research are useful as a theoretical reference, especially regarding the style of repetition in the Qur’an

Abstract

Abstract Arabic has an important role as the official international language. Besides, Arabic has become a sacred language for Muslims. Because most of the Islamic religious rituals involve Arabic. The text of the holy book of Muslims (al-Qur'an) also uses Arabic. However, there are still many Muslim pupils with inadequate Arabic language skills. Through qualitative research with this documentation technique, the researcher aims to measure the motivation to learn Arabic in beginner pupils at MAN 4 Banyuwangi 2020, which is focused on reading al-Qur'an skills. The instrument used was the Cunningsworth perspective ARCS model motivation questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the beginner pupils at MAN 4 Banyuwangi 2020 who have high category learning motivation in the Arabic language are more than those who have low category learning motivation in the Arabic language. Keywords: Learning Motivation, ARCS Model, Beginner Pupils, and MAN 4 Banyuwangi.

Abstract

There are several theories in qualitative research including Grounded Theory (GT). It is a theory discovered, developed, and achieved by collecting and analyzing data systematically about specific phenomena. it is the result of a study called grounded Research (GR). The purpose of this study is to present the role of Strauss's Grounded research in Arabic research (PBA) and the types of GT produced. This study uses qualitative-descriptive research, with primary data sources from PBA that have been published in the last five years, namely 15 topics. The results of this study indicate that the roles of GR in PBA as a type of qualitative research are 5 topics, as a qualitative approach are 8 topics, as a qualitative method is 1 topic, and as a qualitative technique is 1 topic. In general, the role of GR is as an approach in qualitative research. The types of GT are 10 topics in the form of theory, 2 topics in the form of hypothesis, and 3 topics are in the form of assumptions. In general, the result of GR is GT in the form of theory.

Abstract

 Abstrak: ‘Ankabut Al-Ghar (Laba-Laba Gua) adalah judul keenam belas dalam buku Qishash Al-Hayawan fi Al-Qur’an karya Ahmad Bahjat. Melalui penelitian diskriptif kualitatif dan analisis isi, peneliti akan mengeksplorasi pesan moral dalam fabel tersebut. Sehingga, ini akan berkontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Seseorang yang lemah pun bisa menjadi sangat kuat dan hebat ketika mau berusaha dengan sungguh-sungguh. 2) Kontribusi besar tidak akan pernah terwujud kecuali diawali dengan langkah-langkah kecil yang berkelanjutan. 3) Semua makhluk memiliki kedudukan dasar yang sama di sisi Tuhan.Kata Kunci: Pesan Moral Fabel, ‘Ankabut Al-Ghar, dan Ahmad Bahjat
