Abstract

Profitability Ratio is a ratio to measure the level of profit obtained by a company. One of the Islamic banks in Indonesia since 1992, namely Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI). Based on financial report data for 2014-2016, BMI experienced a decline in assets, causing a decline in profitability at the bank. Therefore, BMI issued new shares through HMTD (Pre-emptive Rights) to obtain fresh funds in order to meet the shortage of liquidity that had occurred to BMIs for the past 4 years. So this study was conducted to determine what factors affect the level of profitability in BMI since the last 4 years with indicators of assessment, among others: CAR (Capital Adequate Ratio), FDR (Financing Deposit Ratio), NPF (Non Performing Financing), and BOPO (Cost Operations on Operating Income). Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it was found that the indicators that affect the profitability of BMI are Capital Adapty Ratio and Operational Costs to Operating Income with a significance value of 0.012 smaller than 0.05, H1 is accepted and CAR to ROE has a significant effect and a significance value of 0.005 smaller than 0.05 then H4 is accepted and BOPO of ROE has a significant effect.

Abstract

In principle what has been discussed by experts on the theory of Work Motivation,Performance, and Achievement, from the results of the research Journal review obtained definitions as well as indicators on each theory which is a variable that is motivation, performance and work performance, essentially there is an explanation and legal source in the Koran. This is a strengthening and meaning for these variables. This is evidence that the Koran as a divine word is the greatest source of knowledge that we can learn and understand and practice in everyday life. Developing theoretical theories such as motivation, performance and work performance, can be applied and practiced in a general organization, business environment, and included in Islamic Banking. Motivation is the process of influencing or encouraging from outside to a person or work group in order to want to carry out something that has been determined (Samsudin, 2005: 281). Furthermore Performance is the real behavior displayed by each person as workperformance produced by employees in accordance with their role in the organization.Employee performance is a very important thing in the organization's efforts to achieve its goals.And on the next point is work achievement which is one measure of the work of a person in a company organization and becomes one of the considerations in the implementation of promotion. The achievement of one's work can be seen based on the qualifications possessed, namely skills, skills, experience and environment work (adaptability).

Abstract

Abstract In the modern era, such organizations need the concept of learning orLO on human resources continuously. This done in order to faceincreasingly complex challenges in achieving the goals of theorganization. It also the application of management function used byorganization and institution in its activities. Base on these theories,after being tested it influence the effectiveness of administrativemanagement in Shariah department of STAIN Sultan QaimuddinKendari. The finding show that learning organization (LO) andmanagement function influence significantly in 0.05%. It also showthat the application of Learning Organization and ManagementFunctions on administrative management in Syariah department ofSTAIN Sultan Qaimuddin Kendari is very urgent to be applied inorder to increase the maximum effective of work.Keywords: Learning Organization (LO), Management Function(FM), Administrative Management Abstrak  Pada era modern seperti sekarang ini, organisasi membutuhkan konsep pembelajaran atau LO pada SDM secara berkesinambungan.Hal ini dilakukan agar dapat menghadapi tantangan yang semakincomplex dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Begitu pula halnyadengan penerapan fungsi manajemen yang biasanya digunakan olehsuatu organisasi dan lembaga dalam menjalankan aktifitasnya. Dariteori tersebut, setelah diuji ternyata memberikan pengaruh secarasiqnifikan terhadap efektifitas pengelolaan administrasi di JurusanSyari’ah STAIN Sultan Qaimuddin Kendari. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Learning Organization dan Fungsi Manajemen berpengaruh secara significan sebesar 0,05%.  Hal ini berartiPenerapan LO dan FM pada Administrasi Jurusan Syari’ah STAIN Sultan Qaimuddin Kendari sangat perlu untuk diterapkan, sehinggadapat menciptakan efektifitas kerja secara maksimal.Kata Kunci: Learning Organization (LO), Fungsi Manajemen (FM), Pengelolaan Administrasi.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge of a company in utilizing Instagram Social Media as a tool to market its business. Usually, business actors do not really understand how to run a company well, this is one of the factors why marketing strategies are very important in running a business. This study aims to find out how the Marketing Strategy Through Instagram Social Media at Nazwa Hijab Kendari Shop. This study uses a type of research with a qualitative approach, using the Snowball Ball sampling technique. The objects in this study are the Owners of Nazwa Hijab Kendari, consumers, and employees regarding the marketing strategy at the Nazwa Hijab Kendari Store. The research instrument uses three indicators, namely interview guidelines, observation guidelines and documentation guidelines. The results of this study prove that partially Nazwa Hijab Kendari Store uses a marketing strategy in running a company using Instagram social media. The marketing strategy carried out is in the form of segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies in market segmentation. The Nazwa Hijab shop also uses a sharia marketing strategy by following the example of marketing carried out during the time of the Prophet Muhammad.
