Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya keamanan informasi dalam ruang lingkup militer, khususnya pada proses pengiriman data strategis yang bersifat rahasia. Dalam komunikasi militer, kebocoran informasi dapat berdampak langsung terhadap keberhasilan operasi, sehingga diperlukan metode pengamanan yang tidak hanya mampu melindungi isi pesan, tetapi juga menyamarkan keberadaan pesan tersebut. Penelitian ini menerapkan teknik steganografi dengan metode Least Significant Bit (LSB) untuk menyisipkan pesan rahasia dan data koordinat operasional ke dalam citra digital. Metode LSB dipilih karena memiliki kemampuan menyembunyikan informasi pada bit terakhir piksel gambar tanpa menimbulkan perubahan visual yang signifikan. Untuk meningkatkan tingkat keamanan, sistem steganografi ini diintegrasikan dengan algoritma enkripsi dan fungsi chaos logistic map, sehingga data yang disisipkan menjadi lebih sulit dikenali maupun diekstraksi oleh pihak yang tidak berwenang. Implementasi dilakukan melalui software simulasi dengan tahapan penyisipan pesan, pembentukan citra stego, ekstraksi data, dan pengujian kualitas citra. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa citra stego yang dihasilkan tetap memiliki kualitas visual yang baik, ditunjukkan melalui nilai PSNR yang tinggi. Selain itu, proses ekstraksi mampu mengembalikan pesan rahasia secara akurat tanpa merusak isi informasi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, metode steganografi LSB yang dikombinasikan dengan enkripsi dan logistic map dinilai efektif sebagai alternatif pengamanan informasi strategis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa steganografi dapat menjadi solusi pendukung dalam menjaga kerahasiaan komunikasi militer secara aman, tersembunyi, dan sulit dideteksi oleh pihak eksternal.

Abstract

The worldwide shift toward low-carbon energy systems has intensified demand for advanced battery technologies, particularly in the context of electric vehicle (EV) proliferation. Despite Indonesia's strategic position as the world's largest nickel producer  holding approximately 21% of global nickel reserves  comprehensive scholarly synthesis that integrates material innovation, industrial policy, regulatory frameworks, recycling systems, and consumer adoption within a unified analytical framework remains absent from the existing literature. This gap motivates the present study, which employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology drawing upon 26 peer-reviewed articles and reports published between 2020 and 2025, sourced from IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Scopus, and Google Scholar. Thematic content analysis was applied to classify findings across nine interconnected dimensions: battery material evolution, manufacturing investment, charging infrastructure, regulatory challenges, recycling systems, consumer behavior, environmental impact, SWOT analysis, and emerging technologies. The principal contribution of this study lies in constructing an integrated ecosystem mapping of Indonesia's battery industry  a synthesis not previously offered in the literature  revealing that while NMC and LFP lithium-ion technologies have been rapidly adopted and manufacturing capacity is projected to reach 140 GWh by 2030, critical structural weaknesses persist in domestic research capacity, regulatory harmonization, and circular economy implementation. Solid-state and sodium-ion batteries are identified as strategically significant future directions. These findings offer actionable guidance for policymakers, researchers, and industry stakeholders seeking to strengthen Indonesia's long-term competitiveness in the global battery supply chain.

Abstract

This systematic literature study seeks to computationally develop the optimum picture restoration architecture to handle the dual analog-digital degradation (strip noise and motion blur) of Slow Scan Television (SSTV) transmissions in narrowband radio frequencies during emergency operations. The study critically assessed 28 peer-reviewed algorithmic frameworks published between 2007 and 2025 using PRISMA criteria. The data synthesis procedure used a comparative analysis matrix to evaluate algorithms' quantitative efficacy, including PSNR and SSIM, against specific analogue failure instances. Under compounding degradation, individual computational methods fail, as shown by the synthesis. When exposed to severe analogue noise, unguided generative models hallucinate, whereas conventional spatial filters degrade edges. Comparative empirical research shows that a cascaded hybrid framework works best. Using a 5x5 median filter with 1D directed filtering as pre-processing suppresses high-density impulsive anomalies, improving baseline PSNR by 2.4 dB. The kernel-guided diffusion model over the pre-cleaned matrix accurately reconstructs structural weaknesses, raising SSIM indices to 0.92 even in datasets with significant oscillator blur. A quantitatively validated, domain-specific restoration process that combines spatial denoising with advanced generative priors is the main contribution of this research. This study scientifically proves that kernel-based diffusion models need spatial variance pre-filtering to work in radio-degraded scenarios, providing a reliable emergency visual communication framework for authentic signal reconstruction in internet-deprived environments.
