Leadership or activities lead an effort by someone with all the ability they have to influence, encourage, direct and mobilize the people who led them to set to work with enthusiasm and confidence in achieving its goals. Abstract

Indonesian education is essentially form a complete human beings who believe, knowledgeable and charity. To achieve these objectives, in general, the Quran can be used as guidance. Lifelong education motto of life long education and education for all and all for education should be a principle of life. Learning is part of worship. Quran clues that describe methods of education and learning that can touch the mind and soul of learners. Abstract

The religious conflicts seem to correlate strongly with factors of non religion. Religion is usually a factor triggering the riots that preceded the conflict with economics, such as snatching parking lots, the area, and other factors. In other words, a small conflict often happens to be a huge deal. Multicultural education is education which notes the skill and knowledge base for the citizens of the world, it is important for students, penetrating all aspects of the education system, develop the attitudes, knowledge, and skills that enable students working for social justice. Process when a teacher and students together learn the importance of cultural variables for academic success as well as implement science education provides a critical attention to the social sciences and to help students to develop skills. Multicultural education is very important to minimize and prevent the occurrence of conflicts in some regions. Through education-based, multicultural attitudes and mindsets (the thinking) students will be more open to understand and appreciate diversity. In addition, the multicultural education are also useful for establishing ethnic diversity, race, religion, and culture (promoting diversity values). A key aspect in implementing multicultural education in schools is the absence of a policy that inhibits tolerance, including the absence of affront to race, ethnicity, and gender, cultivate sensitivity to against cultural differences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan membandingkan industri makanan halal Indonesia dan Malaysia. Industri makanan halal di kedua negara akan dibandingkan menggunakan tiga indikator yaitu sertifikasi halal, regulasi halal, serta strategi nation branding. Ketiga indikator ini akan di analisa menggunakan konsep good governance dan nation branding. Hasilnya, dalam sertifikasi halal, Indonesia dan Malaysia merupakan salah satu yang terbaik di dunia. Dalam hal regulasi halal, Malaysia memiliki regulasi yang sudah jelas sehingga memudahkan pihak luar yang ingin mendaftarkan kehalalalan produk mereka. Sementara itu, regulasi halal Indonesia masih kurang jelas. Dalam hal nation branding, Malaysia sudah mulai mengukuhkan posisinya di kancah dunia melalui branding ‘global halal hub’. Sementara Indonesia juga ingin mengikuti langkah branding yang sama. Indonesia dan Malaysia sama – sama negara mayoritas muslim. Dan ada indikasi justru hal ini malah memperlambat pertumbuhan industri halal.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing occurrence of family problems in society, largely due to the diminishing emphasis on instilling Islamic educational values within the family, which weakens the foundation or guidance in dealing with life’s challenges. The purpose of this research is to examine the values of Islamic education present in the novel Jangan Bercerai Bunda. This study is categorized as library research, with data collected through documentation techniques, interviews, and analyzed using content analysis. Based on the data, the results of this study show that there are three primary Islamic educational values in the novel Jangan Bercerai Bunda: aqidah (faith), akhlak (morality), and ibadah (worship). Aqidah includes the utterance of phrases like Alhamdulillah, Bismillah, Masha Allah, Astaghfirullah, belief in the messengers of Allah, emulating the story of Prophet Yusuf resisting temptation from Zulaikha, and faith in qada' and qadar manifested through sincerity, patience, and trust in Allah (tawakkal). The aspect of akhlak involves behavior, such as morality towards Allah, expressed in worship like prayer, ablution, and trust in Him. Akhlak towards oneself includes honesty, patience, optimism, humility, and responsibility. Akhlak towards others includes empathy, avoiding grudges, and forgiveness. The value of ibadah includes both ibadah mahdah (obligatory worship, such as daily prayers, istikharah, and ablution) and ibadah ghairu mahdah (non-obligatory worship, like prayer and seeking knowledge).If these three values are applied in family life, they will foster a harmonious, peaceful, and conflict-free household that feels closer to Allah. Moreover, such a family can serve as an inspiration to others.

Abstract

Masyarakat yang senantiasa melestarikan tradisi membaca Al-Barzanji di masyarakat muslim perkotaan. Oleh karena itu, Warga membutuhkan orang untuk membacanya pada moment-momen tertentu. Masjid seharusnya juga mampu memfasilitasi kebutuhan jama’ahnya nyatanya tidak demikian. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pengabdian Participation Action Research (PAR) untuk memberikan dan meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap tentang cara baca Al-barzanji di Musola As-Salam Yosomulyo, Kecamatan Metro Pusat, Kota Metro, sehingga nantinya Jama’ah Musola mampu membaca Al-Barzanji dengan benar. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah Upaya pendampingan pembacaan Al-Barzanji pada Jama’ah Musola As-Salam Yosomulyo dalam membentuk Tim Al-barzanji Musola As-Salam yaitu dengan melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak Pengurus Musolla As sala, Studi Pendahuluan guna mengetahui problem keagamaan yang berada pada lokasi serta melakuka pelatihan pembacaan Al barzanji yang dilakukan sebanyak enam kali. Hasil pendampingan pembacaan Al-Barzanji pada Jama’ah Musola As-Salam yaitu terbentuknya tiga Tim pembacaan Al barzanji yang dapat dimanfaatkan Jama’ah dan Warga sekitar As salam dalam melakukan beberapa ritual keagamaannya
