Abstract

This research is motivated by the high learning outcomes of learning citizens in learning IPS Package C program at PKBM Farilla Ilmi Tabing Padang City. This is suspected because the Tutor uses a good learning strategy in learning activities. This study aims to illustrate: (1) the learning strategy used by the tutor from the aspect of the learning method, (2) the learning strategy used by the tutor from the aspect of instructional media, (3) the learning strategy used by the tutor from the aspect of the learning approach, (4) the learning strategy the Tutor uses from aspects and learning resources. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were residents learning Package C Program 2018/2019 at Farilla Ilmi PKBM totaling 48 people. The sampling technique uses the stratified sampling method. Samples were taken as many as 33 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire.While the data collection tool is a questionnaire.Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results showed that (1) learning strategies on the learning method aspects were categorized very well, (2) learning strategies on the learning media aspects were categorized very well, (3) learning strategies on the learning approach aspects were categorized very well, (4) learning strategies on aspects learning resources are categorized as good.

Abstract

The social and emotional development of young children is affected by many stimulating factors, and one of those factors is early childhood education. However, not all pre-school children have the opportunity to attend early childhood education. This study was aimed at comparing children’s social and emotional development of those who attend and do not attend early childhood education. This comparative study was carried out using a cross-sectional approach among 72 participants divided into 2 groups: 36 participants who attend early childhood education and 36 participants who do not attend early childhood education. Accidental sampling technique was applied to select samples, Non-parametric statistical test employed was the Mann Whitney test.  Comparison value of children attending and not attending early childhood education was P-value 0.000; the emotional comparison value was P-value 0.040. It means there were differences in social and emotional development between children who attend early childhood education and those who do not attend early childhood education. It can be concluded that early childhood education can help stimulate the development of children. Parents should pay more attention to their children’s social and emotional development, whereas if parents cannot be the medium to support children’s social and emotional development, they should engage their children to early childhood education.

Abstract

Peberdayaan UMKM oleh Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Karawang melakukan kegiatan UMKM Goes to Mall di Karawang Central Plaza (KCP), kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mendukung ekonomi kreatif sebagai upaya pemulihan ekonomi nasional yang dilakukan Pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran pemberdayaan UMKM yang dilakukan oleh Dinas dengan menggunakan Teori Peran Pemberdayaan Pemerintah Gede Diva, yaitu peran Fasilitator, katalisator serta regulator. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemberdayaan UMKM yang dilakukan masih mengalami hambatan seperti mindset masyarakat yang hanya memikirkan keuntungan saat ini dan tidak memiliki visi untuk dapat mengembangakan usahanya.

Abstract

Masalah utama penelitian ini adalah perilaku sosial anak yang belum berkembang sesuai harapan. Upaya mengatasi masalah tersebut, telah dilakukan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode bercerita terhadap perilaku sosial anak di Kelompok B TK Teratai Putih Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 15 anak. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian analisis deskriptif, nilai rata-rata perilaku sosial anak, terdapat 33,33% dalam kategori BSB, ada 51,11% dalam kategori BSH, ada 15,55% dalam kategori MB da nada 0% dalam kategori BB Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik persentase dan uji-t. hasil penelitian dari uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar -10,425 dengan signifikan 0,000, karena sig < 0,05, maka dapat dijelaskan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bercerita berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku sosial anak. Kata Kunci: Metode Bercerita, Perilaku Sosial Anak

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to see how organizational communication affects employee performance at the Bathin VIII District office, Sarolangun Regency. The background of the study found problems such as the lack of quality of work in the sub-district office of Bathin VIII, Sarolangun district, employee performance at the sub-district office of Bathin VIII, Sarolangun district, and employees of the Bathin VIII sub-district office in Sarolangun. sub-districts that still do not understand office communication. inability to communicate effectively The research used to investigate the data was a quantitative strategy supported by qualitative data, and this study used mixed methods, thus combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. The employees of the Bathin VIII District Office are the research population with a sample of 40 respondents. Questionnaires with a Likert scale, observations and interviews were used to collect data in this study. Simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of the study revealed that organizational communication variables had a significant effect on employee performance at the Bathin VIII District office, Sarolangun Regency. Organizational communication variable contributes to employee performance by 30.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the bad behavior of several sixth grade studentsat SDIT Wisata Hasanah Pontianak. The method used is descriptive in theform of qualitative research. Sources of data are three grade VI students at SDIT Wisata Hasanah Pontianak, homeroom teachers, parents,and friends of the research subjects. Data collection techniques used are redirect communication techniques through interviews and documentation studies in the for mofcasenotes.Data analysis consisted of data reduction,data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed symptoms of bad behavior, namely social aggressiveness such as often fighting or hitting, andusing dirty words, disobedient behavior such as frequently, rarely doing the assignments given by the teacher and the teacher's attention, irresponsibility such as often doing and not doing assignments. given by the teacher andoften come late to school. The causal factors are internal factors that are lessable to control emotions and lack a sense of responsibility, external factorsare the condition of the family environment. Abstract

The aim of this activity is to increase the creativity of partners in processing products made from Adenium plant raw materials so that they become products that have added value and can be economically valuable. The methods used in this activity are counseling, interviews, literature study, field observation and training. Apart from increasing knowledge, responses from participants in the form of feedback and enthusiasm of participants in following and participating in activities show that the objectives of counseling and training activities have been achieved. The results obtained are an increase in knowledge in processing Adenium plants into bonsai and increased creativity of partners in making bonsai. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dan kebebasan bermain anak usia dini, serta dampaknya terhadap perkembangan mandiri, tanggung jawab, dan sosial anak. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh demokratis berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter anak yang mandiri dan bertanggung jawab. Meskipun fasilitas bermain di RA Nurul Qomar masih terbatas, guru memaksimalkan pembelajaran melalui permainan edukatif sederhana yang didukung oleh partisipasi aktif orang tua. Analisis korelasi dan regresi menegaskan adanya hubungan kuat dan signifikan antara pola asuh dan kebebasan bermain anak. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pola asuh yang seimbang—demokratis namun tetap membimbing—untuk menciptakan ruang bermain yang sehat dan konstruktif bagi perkembangan anak usia dini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing occurrence of family problems in society, largely due to the diminishing emphasis on instilling Islamic educational values within the family, which weakens the foundation or guidance in dealing with life’s challenges. The purpose of this research is to examine the values of Islamic education present in the novel Jangan Bercerai Bunda. This study is categorized as library research, with data collected through documentation techniques, interviews, and analyzed using content analysis. Based on the data, the results of this study show that there are three primary Islamic educational values in the novel Jangan Bercerai Bunda: aqidah (faith), akhlak (morality), and ibadah (worship). Aqidah includes the utterance of phrases like Alhamdulillah, Bismillah, Masha Allah, Astaghfirullah, belief in the messengers of Allah, emulating the story of Prophet Yusuf resisting temptation from Zulaikha, and faith in qada' and qadar manifested through sincerity, patience, and trust in Allah (tawakkal). The aspect of akhlak involves behavior, such as morality towards Allah, expressed in worship like prayer, ablution, and trust in Him. Akhlak towards oneself includes honesty, patience, optimism, humility, and responsibility. Akhlak towards others includes empathy, avoiding grudges, and forgiveness. The value of ibadah includes both ibadah mahdah (obligatory worship, such as daily prayers, istikharah, and ablution) and ibadah ghairu mahdah (non-obligatory worship, like prayer and seeking knowledge).If these three values are applied in family life, they will foster a harmonious, peaceful, and conflict-free household that feels closer to Allah. Moreover, such a family can serve as an inspiration to others.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the types and functions of social deixis contained in the novel Layangan Putus by Mommy ASF. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used is the reading and note-taking technique to mark important parts that are social deixis. The data analysis technique in this study is to group data, describe and analyze data and conclude the results of data analysis. The data in this study were analyzed using the theory of Putrayasa and Filmore. The implications of this study are expected to contribute to the development of linguistics, especially in the field of pragmatics (deixis) which makes the novel the object of study. This study is also expected to be a reference for further researchers in the field of linguistics, especially in the study of deixis. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of social deixis in the novel Layangan Putus by Mommy ASF was found as many as 25 data including social deixis of the type of profession totaling 6 data, nicknames or greetings totaling 14 data and titles totaling 5 data. The forms of social deixis found in the form of words and phrases function to differentiate a person's social level, as politeness or courtesy in language, maintaining social attitudes, differentiating a person's identity and clarifying a person's social position.
