Abstract

This research is the result of research which describes how much personality competence and emotional intelligence have an effect on improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan. The background of this research is because based on the results of observations it shows an increase from year to year, the achievement of SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan both academically and non-academically is not optimal. After looking at several indicators, this study focuses on looking at the influence of personality competence and emotional intelligence on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research subjects were all teachers who served at SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan. The results showed that personality competence and emotional intelligence had a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the impact of compensation, motivation and morale on the performance of Village Office employees in Tasik Putri Puyu District. The type of research carried out is Explanatory Research, the approach in this research uses a quantitative approach. In this research, the population determined is the employees of the Village Office in Tasik Putri Puyu Sub-district, which recorded as many as 88 people and sampling using a total sampling of 87 people. Research findings with a significance level of 5% are found if compensation has a significant impact on employee performance in the Village Offices in Tasik Putri Puyu District. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.026. Work motivation has a significant impact on the work results of employees in the Village Offices in Tasik Putri Puyu District. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.0186. Morale has a significant impact on the performance of employees in the Village Offices in Tasik Putri Puyu District. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.000.Key words: Compensation, Motivation, Enthusiasm, Performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan self efficacy, locus of control melalui komitmen pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini berjenis explanatory research dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 43 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara total atau sensus sampling sehingga ditentukan sampel sebanyak 43 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis yang kemudian diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kinerja pegawai, komitmen pegawai, Self efficacy dan Locus Of Control pegawai Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Kabupaten Bojonegoro sudah dalam kondisi yang tinggi. Self efficacy dan Locus Of Control berpengaruh signifikan pada komitmen pegawai, Self efficacy tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja pegawai tetapi Locus Of Control dan Komitmen berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja pegawai, Self efficacy dan Locus Of Control berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja pegawai melalui komitmenSelf Efficacy
