Abstract

Hotel is the commercial sector with a large energy needs. The rapid developments of hotel sector triggers an increase in energy demand for hotel. The role of conventional energy audits are found to be not sufficient in making efficient in energy use. Therefore, it is necessary to develop methods of energy audits using the website and it is connected by network so that the audit process can be done easier, faster, cheaper, and for a wide range area.This final project made a website of energy audit with a PHP programs. The website will be used to facilitate the audit process by performing data processing. The result, overall outcome data from various hotels can be displayed and yield detailed reports for each sector for each hotel. Page report programmed with the formulation and limitations based on applicable standards parameters of the intended reference. Database processing is done through MySQL database with database administration management through EMS SQL Manager 2005. Energy audit website as the result of this final project can shorten and simplify the energy audits process. In addition, this will be a cheaper method for energy audit process than conventional audit  methods. The analyzes report  as the results of audits  can be printed / used anytime and anywhere by the relevant agencies. The number of hotels that can be audited can be more than 2 hotels, depending on the ability of the system that supports it. Keyword :   audit, energy, program, and hotel.

Abstract

E-prescribing is a recipe that is transmitted using electronic media to replace handwriting, which connects various information between doctors, electronic prescription devices, and pharmacies both directly and indirectly. Electronic prescribing is a part of technology in which other medical can write electronic prescriptions and can send it to the intended pharmacy computer section in an eprescribing network, directly from the doctor's office / place of care. Utilization of an electronic system that was originally only aimed at saving paper (paperless), but in its development many benefits are obtained from this system. Among other things to prevent reading errors in recipes, errors in reading the rules of use and shorten service time. This research was conducted by collecting data simultaneously for 10 days from July 6, 2020 to July 17, 2020. The data taken were 260 outpatient non-concocted electronic prescriptions. The leading time for outpatient non-concocted electronic prescription at the street Pharmaceutical Installation Medika Citratama Tasikmalaya Hospital services is 25.19 minutes. This has fulfilled the Decree of the Minister of Health No.129/Menkes/SK/II/2008, namely the leading time for concoctions is less than 60 minutes and the waiting time for non-concoctions is less than 30 minute.

Abstract

The waiting time is one of the minimum standards for pharmaceutical services in hospitals, the waiting time for non-concocted drug services is the grace period from the time the patient submits the prescription to the time of receiving the non-concocted drug with the minimum standard set by the Ministry of Health, which is less than 30 minutes. The aim of this study is to determine the suitability of the waiting time for outpatient non-compound electronic prescription services at the Pharmacy Installation of Tasik Medika Citratama Hospital with the minimum standards stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of Health No. 129 of 2008 concerning Minimum Hospital Service Standards. This study is a prospective observational study using the Probability Sampling method by taking samples using quote sampling according to the inclusion criteria. The data taken were 260 non-compound electronic prescriptions. The average waiting time for non-compound electronic prescription services was 25.19 minutes. This meets the Minimum Hospital Service Standards according to the Decree of the Minister of Health No. 129 of 2008.
