Abstract

Distribusi adalah salah satu dari aspek marketing mix yang turut menentukan berhasil tidaknya tujuan tujuan yang akan dicapai,maka dengan dasar inilah penulis mencoba melakukan penelitian dengan judul”Analisis Distribusi Beras Terhadap Stabilitas Harga Pada Perum Bulog Sub.Divisi Regional VII Makassar. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh distribusi beras terhadap stabilitas harga pada Perum Bulog Sub Divisi VII Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan persamaan regresi Y=-4505,372 + 0,001X, A=-4505,372 Adalah konstanta yang artinya,apabila Distribusi Beras (X) konstan atau sama dengan 0 (nol) maka Stabilitas harga sebesar -4505,372.dan dapat dilihat bahwa nilai Fhitung adalah sebesar 9,810 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,052.sedangkan nilai Ftabel pada tingkat keyakinan95% (a=0,05) yaitu 10,128.Maka Fhitung (9,810)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap prestasi kerja PT. Utama Mandiri Finance Cabang Palopo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 70 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan prestasi kerja. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisien determinasi, uji parsial dan uji simultan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda seperti analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual secara simultan. berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Utama Mandiri Finance Cabang Palopo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui, menganalisis dan mengkaji nilai moral, budaya organisasi danmengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Kasmar MatanoPersada.Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari sumber-sumber primer yangtelah dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah instrumenpengujian yang dilakukan melalui pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan teknik analisis datayang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisisregresi Linear berganda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metodeaccidental sampling, serta menghubung-hubungkan variabel dan menguji variabel-variabel yangditeliti. Pengambilan sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebesar 50 responden. Data dianalisa denganpendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSSversi 28.Hasil penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan mengenai hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel.Secara umum penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Nilai moral (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikansecara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y). Sedangkan Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapitidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y). Kata Kunci: Nilai Moral,Budaya Organisasi,Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the partial and simultaneous impact of knowledge and skills on the performance of employees of PT. Sulawesi Mineral Earth. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population of this research is all permanent employees of PT. Sulawesi Mineral Earth as many as 525 people. The sample acquisition method uses the Slovin formula as many as 84 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Research findings state that knowledge has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Sulawesi Mineral Earth partially. While work skills do not have an impact on the performance of employees of PT. Sulawesi Mineral Earth partially. Knowledge and skills have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. Sulawesi Mineral Earth simultaneously, with a large influence of 34.3%, while the rest is influenced by variables that do not exist in this research of 65.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of soft skills, talent management and transformational leadership on employee performance. The sample was taken by accidental sampling with 121 respondents.date were analyzed using a quantitative appoarch throught multiple regression analysis using the SPSS application. Soft skills are skills and life skills, both for yourselft, in grups or in society, as well as with are creator. In addition to soft skills, talent management is also key having strategic and sharp thinking, the ability to attract and inspire people, have entereneuprial instincts functionall skills and the ability to create result. The company also needs transformational leadership. This leadership is described as a leadership style that can arouse or mootivate employess. Abstract

This study aimz to analyze taken using the accidental sampling method with a total of 115 respondents. Data were analyzed using a quantitative appoarch through Multiple Regression Analysis using the SPSS Aplication. Based on this research, the results of determining recruitment have no effect on employee performance. Work Placement effects Employee Performance. Recruitment and Work Placement have a positive and simultaneous effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the impact of discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Palopo City Social Security Agency (BPJS) office. The research method used is quantitative type with descriptive and analytical approach. The research sample included all employees of BPJS Palopo City consisting of 36 individuals. Information collection was carried out using a verified questionnaire and information analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results indicate that discipline at work and work motivation have a good and meaningful impact on staff performance, both separately and together. The coefficient of determination of 71.8% indicates that the independent variables contribute significantly to the improvement of staff performance while the others are influenced by other elements outside this study. This study emphasizes the importance of discipline and work motivation to improve efficiency and productivity in an organization.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Village Employees in the Baebunta Sub-district. The study employs a quantitative approach aimed at testing and analyzing the influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Village Employees in the Baebunta Sub-district. The data collection techniques used in this research include primary data, secondary data, interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The total number of employees is 80, and a sample of 74 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula. The analytical method used is linear regression with two independent variables, analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 26. The results show that the X1 variable (Work Motivation) has a t-count value of 5.036, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.666, with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000. Since the significance value is less than 0.05, it indicates a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance. Similarly, for the X2 variable (Work Discipline), the t-count is 1.972, also greater than the t-table value (1.666), with a significance value of 0.043. As 0.043 < 0.05, work discipline also significantly affects employee performance. Thus, both work motivation and work discipline individually have a significant impact on employee performance. The F-test results in a significant value (p-value < 0.05), with a significance level of 0.000 and an F-count of 32.795. Since the significance value is less than 0.05 and the F-count exceeds the F-table value of 2.37, it can be concluded that the independent variables collectively have a significant effect on the dependent variable.
