Abstract

Penelitian ini bertjuan untuk memaknai budaya lokal Maluku “Pela gandong” dalam konteks perilaku organisasi. Budaya sebagai program mental pada sekelompok orang menjadi dasar bagi pembentukan kepribadian dari orang-orang dalam kelompok tersebut. Proses budaya mempengaruhi perilaku organisasi antara lain dengan cara karyawan membawa budaya mereka ke tempat kerja dalam bentuk kebiasaan dan bahasa yang juga mempengaruhi nilai-nilai individu, etika, sikap, anggapan, dan harapan. “Pela gandong” merupakan proses budaya sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kepribadian dan nilai -nilai individu seseorang di tempat kerjanya. Sistim kekerabatan yang dibangun berdasarkan nilai-nilai pela gandong diharapkan mampu mempengaruhi perilaku individu di tempat kerjanya

Abstract

Kondisi ideal yang diharapkan terjadi dari BUMDes bukan hanya sebagai bentuk lembaga sosial tapi menjadi lembaga ekonomi yang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dan anggota. Kondisi riil BUMDes di Propinsi Maluku pada umumnya dan Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat pada khususnya masih jauh dari yang diharapkan. Masih banyak masalah dalam pengelolaan BUMDes yang masih harus mendapatkan perhatian berbagai pihak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk turut memberikan kontribusi untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi BUMDes pada umumnya antara lain kapasitas pengurus yang belum cukup memadai serta pengetahuan manajerial yang minim. Kegiatan dalam bentuk pelatihan ini dilakukan melalui tahapan input, proses dan output. Inputnya adalah pengelola BUMDes yang di-proses melalui pre test, peta harapan, penyajian materi, dan post test, sehingga diharapkan bisa menghasilkan output berupa pengelola BUMDes yang kompeten dalam hal pelembagaan dan pengelolaan BUMDes. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dalam bentuk metode ceramah, diskusi (tanya jawab), praktek, presentase kelompok, dan permainan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah pengelola BUMDes yang lebih memahami konsep dasar BUMDes, mampu mengaplikasikan perencanaan unit usaha dengan menggunakan analisa bisnis kanvas, mampu mengaplikasikan manajemen strategi dengan menggunakan analisa SWOT, mampu mengaplikasikan strategi pemasaran dengan menggunakan analisa marketing mix, yang mampu mengaplikasikan sistim akuntansi sederhana, mampu membuat Rencana Kerja Tindak Lanjut, serta mampu membuat proposal unit usaha.

Abstract

This reasearch aims to determine the effect of a toxic work environment on employee work stress at PT. Machia Jaya Ambon. The research was conducted in response to identified issues indicating the presence of a toxic or unhealthy work environment among employees. This condition ultimately affects employee stress levels in terms of time and energy, impacting the company as a whole.This is an empirical study involving the entire population of employees at PT. Machia Jaya Ambon. The research sample consists of 51 respondents, excluding management. The analytical technique used is simple linear regression analysis.The results show that a toxic work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work stress at PT. Machia Jaya Ambon. This means that the worse the work environment experienced by employees, the higher the level of work stress they tend to exhibit.Keywords: Toxic Work Environment, Work Stress.

Abstract

Initial survey at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Ambon shows that there are indications of workload problems for employees. On the other hand, employees also show symptoms of work stress. This study aims to determine how the effect of workload on work stress on employees of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Ambon. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis shows that the workload of the employees of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Ambon with an average value of 2.69 which is interpreted as quite high, while work stress has an average value of 2.92 which is also interpreted as quite high. The results of the regression analysis showed that the workload had a positive effect on the work stress of the employees of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Ambon. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the workload, the higher the employee's work stress. To overcome this, PT. Hasjrat Abadi Ambon must try to reduce the workload by paying attention to the use of working time, targets that must be achieved and working conditions. Employee stress levels must also be reduced by paying attention to employee stress symptoms on psychological, physical, and behavioral indicators. Keywords: workload, work stress

Abstract

An initial survey at the Department of Commerce Administration at the Ambon State Polytechnic showed that therewere indications of problems with supervision from the leadership and loyalty of lecturers. This study aims to determine how the influence of supervision on the loyalty of lecturers at the Department of Commerce Administration, Ambon State Polytechnic.The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis shows that supervision at the Department of Commerce Administration at Ambon State Polytechnic has an average value of 3.91 which is interpreted well, while lecturer loyalty has an average value of 4.32 which is interpreted very well. The results of the regression analysis show that supervision has a positive but not significant effect on lecturer loyalty at the Department of Commerce Administration, Ambon State Polytechnic.Based on these results, it can be concluded that the better the supervision, the better the loyalty of the lecturers. To improve it, the Department of Commerce Administration at the Ambon State Polytechnic must strive to improve supervision by paying attention to determining implementation measures, taking corrective actions and providing assessments. Lecturer loyalty can be maintained and even improved by paying attention to indicators of responsibility, obedience and obedience, honesty, and work attitude. Keywords: Supervision, Loyalty

Abstract

Initial survey at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch shows that there are indications of emotional exhaustion problems among employees. On the other hand, employees also show symptoms of work motivation. This research aims to find out how emotional fatigue and work motivation influence employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch.The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis shows that emotional exhaustion of PT employees. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch with an average value of 1,60 which is interpreted as very high, while work motivation with an average value of 2.16 is interpreted as low and employee performance with an average value of 2,85 The results of simple linear regression analysis show that emotional exhaustion has a negatif effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch.Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the emotional exhaustion and the lower the motivation, the employee performance will decrease. To overcome this PT. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch must strive to reduce emotional exhaustion by paying attention to the symptoms of emotional exhaustion and work motivation that occur.Keywords: emotional exhaustion, work motivation, performance

Abstract

The initial survey at the Ambon State Polytechnic Department of Business Administration showed that there were indications of problems with organizational justice and organizational commitment to employees. This study aims to determine whether organizational justice affects the organizational commitment of employees at the Department of Commercial Administration, State Polytechnic of Ambon. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis shows that organizational justice in the Department of Business Administration Ambon State Polytechnic has an average value of 3.39 which is interpreted as quite good, while employee organizational commitment has an average value of 3.45 which is interpreted as good. The results of the regression analysis show that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment at the Department of Business Administration, State Polytechnic of Ambon. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the better the organizational justice, the better the employee's organizational commitment. To improve it, the Ambon State Polytechnic Business Administration Department must strive to improve organizational justice by paying attention to distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Employee organizational commitment can be maintained and even increased by paying attention to indicators of identification, loyalty and involvement. Abstract

This research aims to find out how work skills influence the work productivity of employees of the Maluku Province Election Supervisory Agency. This research was conducted because problems were discovered which showed that employees' work skills were inadequate in time management to carry out their duties. This will ultimately affect employee work productivity in terms of time and energy in the agency in general.This research is empirical research, with the entire population of employees at the Maluku Province Election Supervisory Agency. The data sample for this research consisted of 61 respondents, but only 56 respondents returned the questionnaire and were in the further data processing process. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that work skills facilities have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the Maluku Province Election Supervisory Agency. This means that the better the skills an employee has, the higher the employee's work productivity will be. Keywords: Work Skills, Work Productivity.

Abstract

Initial survey at PT. BTN Ambon Branch shows that there are indications of work family conflict problems among employees. On the other hand, employees show symptoms of work stress. This research aims to find out how work family conflict influences work stress in PT. BTN Ambon Branch. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis shows that work family conflict at PT. BTN Ambon Branch has an average value of 2.95 which is interpreted as quite good, while work stress has an average value of 3.25 which is interpreted as quite good. The results of the regression analysis show that work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on work stress at PT. BTN Ambon Branch. Based on these results, it can be concluded that employees cannot balance work family conflict, so work stress increases. To overcome this, PT BTN Ambon Branch must try to balance work family conflict by paying attention to time based conflict, strain based conflict, behavior based conflict. The level of work stress must also be reduced by paying attention to the symptoms of work stress on psychological indicators, physical indicators and behavioral indicators.
