Abstract

The general objective of the research was to provide a resolution of thinking for lectures who were lecturers of the courses so that they can convince students that the material in the history of physicswas understood easly when presented with the appropriate teaching materials and instructional media. As for the specific purpose of the study was to determine the response of students to instructional material History Of  Physics Teaching Material (SERFIS YES) based graphical learning medium for students of physics education studies Unismuh Makassar. This type of research was categorized as research and development with research design refers to the development of the 4D model. The research will be condusted at the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar, South Sulawesi especially those in physics education studies program as FKIP Unismuh Makassar. As for the process of research and development of teaching material was done starting from the stage of defining, designing, validating, testing materials and analyzed descriptively qualitative indicators based on student responses that have been developed previously. The result showed that the development of teaching material was done by combining the material with graphic design into a teaching material like comic. It made the students interested in reading the history of the development of physics, so expect the achievement of learning outcomes course the history of physics can be achived to tha maximum.Keywords: Development of Teaching Material, Physics History is Not Sure  (SERFIS  YES), Graphic Learning MediaTujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan resolusi pemikiran bagi para dosen pengampuh mata kuliah agar mampu meyakinkan mahasiswa bahwa materi pada mata kuliah sejarah fisika lebih mudah dipahami apabila disajikan dengan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran yang tepat. Adapun tujuan khusus dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap bahan ajar Sejarah Fisika Yakin Enggak Sulit (SERFIS YES) berbasis media pembelajaran grafis bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika Unismuh Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan desain penelitian mengacu pada pengembangan model 4D. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar Sulawesi Selatan terkhusus pada Prodi Pendidikan Fisika FKIP Unismuh Makassar. Adapun proses penelitian dan pengembangan bahan ajar yang dilakukan dimulai dari tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, validasi, hingga uji coba bahan ajar dan selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan indikator respon mahasiswayang telah dikembangkan sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar dilakukan dengan mengkombinasikan materi dengan desaian grafis menjadi sebuah bahan ajar layaknya komik. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui prototipe pengembangan pembelajaran TIK pada mata kuliah aplikasi komputer, (2) untuk mengetahui apakah pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis TIK dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar pada mata kuliah aplikasi komputer, dan (3) untuk mengetahui apakah pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis TIK dapat meningkatkan efektivitas hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah aplikasi komputer. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan yang dilaksanakan di program studi Pendidikan Fisika FKIP Unismuh Makassar. Model pengembangan pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah hasil modifikasi model pengembangan Kemp, Dick dan Carey, Thiagarajan, dan PPSI, sehingga diperoleh model pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis TIK hasil modifikasi yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) tahap, yaitu: (1) identifikasi, (2) pengembangan, dan (3) penyebaran dan penggunaan. dari prosedur sistematis yang dilakukan diperoleh perangkat pembelajaran, yaitu: (1) SAP, (2) materi aplikasi komputer dalam bentuk buku elektronik dan modul praktek, (3) media e-learning, (4) tes pendahuluan, (5) format penilaian hasil praktek, (6) tes ujian praktek, dan (7) tes hasil belajar, sedangkan sistem pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan adalah (1) pendekatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada mahasiswa, (2) strategi pembelajaran aktif dan individu, (3) metode pembelajaran tutorial, ceramah, diskusi, dan praktek. Analisis data hasil uji coba secara signifikan (meyakinkan) menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis TIK meningkatkan efektivitas proses dan hasil belajar mahasiswa.Kata kunci: Efektivitas, hasil belajar, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, pengembanganThe purpose of this study were: (1) to determine the prototype development of ICT in subject teaching computer applications, (2) to determine whether the development of ICT-based learning can improve the effectiveness of the learning process in a computer application course, and (3) to determine whether the development of learning based ICT can improve the effectiveness of student learning outcomes in computer application courses. Learning development model used is a modified version development model Kemp, Dick and Carey, Thiagarajan, and ITS, in order to obtain the development of ICT-based learning models modified consists of 3 (three) phases, namely: (1) identification, (2) development and (3) deployment and usage. of systematic procedures acquired learning device, namely: (1) SAP, (2) the material of computer applications in the form of electronic books and practice modules, (3) media e-learning, (4) preliminary tests, (5) the format of the assessment results practice, (6) test practice exams, and (7) achievement test, while the learning system is implemented are (1) approach to student-centered learning, (2) active learning strategies and individual, (3) methods of learning tutorials, lectures , discussion, and practice. Analysis of data from trials significantly (convincing) suggests that the development of ICT-based learning process and improve the effectiveness of student learning outcomes.Keywords: Effectiveness, learning outcomes, information technology and communications, development

Abstract

        This study aimed to analyze the differences in perception between internal stakeholders with external stakeholders to transparency and accountability in financial management of the school. The population in this study were all teachers, staff, administrators of the school committee who becomes the object of research, vocational superintendent, Board of Education Central Lombok, and Non-Governmental Peoples, which operates in the field of education. The object of this study is SMKN 1 Central Praya, SMK 1 Praya, SMK 1 Kopang, SMK 1 Pujut, SMK 1 Janapria, SMK 1 Batukliang, SMK 1 North Batukliang, SMK 1 West Praya, and SMK 2 Central Praya. This research is descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 227 people. Statistic analysis results show: 1) the difference in the average perception of internal and external stakeholders on the transparency of financial management SMK in Central Lombok regency; 2) There is no difference in the average perception of stakeholders internal and external to the SMK accountability in financial management in Central Lombok regency.          Keywords : Stakeholders Perception, Transparency, Accountability, Financial Management Schools

Abstract

Schools of legal positivism has been associated with the development of law in Indonesia, namely the creation of the sort order for the legislation set out in the Decree of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) as well as regulated in Law No. 10 of 2004 which refers to the Stufenbau Theory. Besides, the schools also lead to the formation of the Constitutional Court as an institution that serves as the guardian of the constitution.

Abstract

Abstract : Improving Student's Ability to Undertake Variations in Basic Volleyball with Demonstration Method in Class IV SDN 012 Simangambat. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on subjects PJOK material to perform variations of basic motion volleyball game using demonstration method in class IV SDN 012 Simangambat. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of the study were the fourth graders of SDN 012 Simangubat with a total of 23 people consisting of 9 male students and 14 female students. The results showed that the use of demonstration methods can improve student learning outcomes in PJOK lessons. The result of learning at the time of prasiklus, the average class obtained by students is 50.12. In cycle I the average grade value increased to 59.13. In cycle II the average grade value increased again to 73.91.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Demonstration Methods, PJOKAbstrak : Meningkatkan Kemampuan Siswa dalam Melakukan Variasi Gerak Dasar Permainan Bola Voli dengan Metode Demonstrasi di di Kelas IV SDN 012 Simangambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa siswa pada mata pelajaran PJOK materi melakukan variasi gerak dasar permainan bola voli dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi di kelas IV SDN 012 Simangunbat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 012 Simangambat dengan jumlah 23 orang terdiri dari 9 siswa laki-laki dan 14 siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran PJOK. Hasil belajar pada saat prasiklus, rata-rata kelas yang diperoleh siswa adalah 50,12. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 59,13. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat lagi menjadi 73,91.Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Metode Demonstrasi, PJOK

Abstract

This article discusses a socialization activity themed “Be Aware of Leptospirosis: Recognize, Prevent, and Address Before It's Too Late,” conducted by Group 3 of the Nusantara 2025 Community Service Program on August 10, 2025, at the Pendopo Padukuhan Sayangan, Banjararum Village, Kalibawang Sub-district, Kulon Progo District. The activity was attended by local PKK cadres and facilitated by 13 students from various PTKIN and PTKIS institutions, with dr. Augrey Prawita as the speaker. The objective of the activity was to provide basic understanding regarding the etiology, transmission routes, clinical signs, simple preventive measures, and initial actions to be taken if infection is suspected. The methods used were descriptive and educational, including presentations by medical personnel, simple practical demonstrations, and interactive question-and-answer sessions. Activity documentation included attendance lists, photos, copies of materials, and question-and-answer notes. No quantitative measurements were taken, so the analysis was narrative-based, relying on observations and facilitator notes. Results showed active participant engagement during the question-and-answer session; questions raised included distinctions between fever symptoms, household prevention measures, the role of animal reservoirs, and referral procedures. Facilitator observations indicated increased awareness and participants' intent to share information with family members, though changes in knowledge or behavior were not measured numerically. Documentation of activities was recorded in full as evidence of implementation. The conclusion stated that the socialization was successfully implemented according to plan and increased initial awareness among participants. The main limitations were that it was a one-time implementation and there was no quantitative evaluation. Recommended follow-up actions included cadre training, provision of visual materials, coordination with community health centers, and coordinated environmental activities to strengthen leptospirosis prevention.

Abstract

Rape in a relationship has similar effects to rape outside of marriage. It is intended to avoid unnatural sexual behavior in a couple. Although men are considered to have full rights over their wives including in terms of sexual relations, it can worsen the relationship. The problem raised in this paper is to find out how the regulation of marital rape in Indonesia. The research method used is normative legal research, in order to analyze the vague norms related to marital rape in Law No. 23 Thn. 2004 with Law No. 12 of 2022. With the results of the analysis explaining that the factor of marital rape which later became a serious case both in the national and international scope needs regulations on marital rape, especially in Indonesia as a form of affirmation in the gander structure.
