Abstract

This study aims to determine how the diversity of people in the city of Metro Lampung related to pluralism and multiculturalism. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, which is a research conducted systematically by collecting existing data in the field using data collection tools, namely, observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers found that people living in metro cities who have different livelihoods and professions including farmers, government employees, brick makers, entrepreneurs and other professions, are able to implement the values ​​of pluralism and multiculturalism which are closely related to humans, humanity and culture such as: learning to live in differences, building mutual trust, maintaining mutual understanding, upholding mutual respect, open thinking.

Abstract

The Dimension of Cretivity is a condition, or condition that is particularly characteristic and almost impossible to formulate completely, which the meaning is never fully understood, because each child has a level of creativity. Creativity involves the synthesis of all these functions. The section presented here is an integrative model that includes four basic functions: (a) national thinking, (b) emotional development or high-level feelings, (c) development of special talents in the mental and physical life, and (d) the high degree of consciousness resulting in the use of imagination, fantasy, and break-through at the state of consciousness or unconsciousness. The semantics mean the theory of meaning or theory of meaning. Various kinds of complicated problems such as hostility, anger, resentment, humiliation, killing and even war in the world community generally and the people of Indonesia in particular occurs due to mistakes in saying words and sentences that berdampat on the meaning of words and sentences are diverse to cause conflict between hostility and hatred among ethnic communities and religion. It is a phrase Arabic proverb which means "The word can penetrate something that can not be penetrated by a needle", and also the expression "The survival of a person lies in how he keeps his mouth and his words".

Abstract

Mahasaiswa di prodi PBA STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro memiliki latar belakang pendidikan yang beragam, mulai dari pondok pesantren, Madrasah Aliah, SMU, dan SMK, sehingga pengetahuan mereka tentang bahasa arab sangat beragam, mahasiswa yang berasal dari pondok pesantren sudah terbiasa dengan pelajaran yang berbahasa arab sedangkan yang berasal dari sekolah umum seperti SMU dan SMK belum terbiasa bahkan belum pernah belajar bahasa arab sebelumnya, disinilah muncul problematika kemampuan penguasaan bahasa arab. Dalam menghadapi problematika ini sangat dibutuhkan keprofesionalan para dosen dalam mengemas pendekatan, materi dan metode pengajaran yang diterapkan. Untuk mengetahui problematika pengajaran bagi mahasiswa lulusan umum yang sangat minim belajar bahasa arab sebelumnya, penelitian ini mengunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif lapangan pengumpulan data mengunakan metode atau instrumen utama wawancara dan dokumentasi, sumber datanya adalah dosen dan mahasiswa PBA yang berasal dari sekolah umum.Dari hasil wawancara dengan para dosen dan mahasiswa, bahwasannya mahasiswa dari lulusan umum membutuhkan pola pengajaran tambahan khusus dan sarana prasaran yang manfaatnya untuk pengajaran dan pembelajaran tambahan karena mayoritas dari mereka masih bermasalah di bahasa arab dasar sehingga sangat sulit untuk mengikuti materi pembelajaran yang ada di prodi PBA.

Abstract

Arabic holds an important position in Islamic education as the language of the Qur'an and Hadith. However, the teaching of Arabic in Islamic educational institutions often focuses only on linguistic aspects, thus not fully achieving the goals of comprehensive Islamic education. This study aims to analyze the strengthening of Arabic language education objectives from the perspective of Islamic Tarbiyah. The method used in this study is qualitative, with a literature study and descriptive analysis approach. The analysis was conducted on relevant sources. The findings indicate that Arabic education within the framework of Islamic Tarbiyah not only emphasizes mastery of language skills but also the importance of shaping students' faith, morals, and Islamic character. The integration of tarbawi values into the objectives, materials, methods, and evaluation of learning becomes a key element in creating Arabic language education that is valuable and aligned with the goals of Islamic education. Its implications are expected to serve as a reference for curriculum development, teacher competence improvement, as well as the formulation of contextual, integrative, and sustainable Arabic language learning policies in national Islamic educational institutions.
