Abstract

ABSTRACT: Sales System Broiler Chickens Rumah Potong Ayam Putra Dewi Samudra is a design system that records sales of sales transactions chicken, chicken purchase transaction, the addition of employee data, additional data supplier, sales reports and statements chicken chicken purchases . System development method used to build this application is the waterfall mode . Whereas at this stage of the analysis and design of the system is done with tersktruktur approach. Analysis of the results of the data collection system based on the method of observation, interview, and literature study. The design of the system outlined by designing Activity Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), interface design, process design, and the design output. The implementation phase of this chicken sales system using VB.Net programming language. Thus the sales system can help sales data in the Rumah Potong Ayam Putra Dewi Samudra. ABSTRAK: Sistem Penjualan Ayam Broiler Rumah Potong Ayam Putra Dewi Samudra merupakan sebuah perancangan sistem penjualan yang mencatat transaksi penjualan ayam, transaksi pembelian ayam, penambahan data pegawai, penambahan data supplier, laporan penjualan ayam dan laporan pembelian ayam. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi ini adalah model waterfall. Sedangkan pada tahap analisis dan perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan pendekatan tersktruktur. Analisis sistem berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Perancangan sistem dijabarkan melalui perancangan Diagram Activity, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), perancangan antarmuka, perancangan proses, dan perancangan keluaran. Tahap implementasi sistem penjualan ayam ini mengunakan bahasa pemograman VB.Net. Dengan demikian sistem penjualan ini dapat membantu pengelolahan data penjualan di Rumah Potong Ayam Putra Dewi Samudra.

Abstract

The world of education today is growing rapidly and the problem of education is increasingly complex which continues to struggle for challenges that are left unchecked just like that, but it requires constructive thinking in order to achieve good quality. The problem in question is the teacher's teaching competence. The problem of education and teaching is a fairly complex problem where many factors influence it. One of these factors is the teacher. The teacher is a teaching component that plays an important and major role, because the teaching and learning process is very much determined by the teacher factor. The task of the teacher is to deliver the subject matter to students through communication interactions in the teaching and learning process, where the success of the teacher in delivering the material is very dependent on the smoothness of communication interactions that have an effect on the message given by the teacher The problem of education and teaching is a fairly complex problem where many factors influence it. The competency of teachers at the YAPPMI Jatibarang Indramayu Tourism Vocational School is in very good condition. The results of the recapitulation of the respondent's score on the competence of teachers at the YAPPMI Jatibarang Indramayu Vocational School of Tourism are 993, the data is in a strongly agreed area (945 - 1125 = strongly agree), Regression Analysis. The results of data collection will be collected for each variable as a value for each respondent and can be calculated through the SPSS program. The method of analyzing data uses statistical calculations and uses the SPSS version 23 program to test the predetermined hypothesis whether it can be accepted or rejected. In this calculation the statistical calculations use a simple regression analysis model: Y = a bX + e. The achievement of students and employees at SMK Pariwisata YAPPMI Jatibarang Indramayu is in very good condition. The results of the recapitulation of scores of respondents' answers regarding student achievement at SMK Pariwisata YAPPMI Jatibarang Indramayu are 653 the data is in very good areas (630 - 750 = strongly agree). The results of statistical tests on the teacher competency variable on student achievement indicate that the R Square value is 0.220, or 22%, which means that there is an effect of teacher competence on student achievement and the remaining 78% is a variable outside the study. The value of the teacher competency t (X) is greater than the t table (2.790> 2.064) or the significance level of the t count is smaller than the alpha value (0.010 <0.05), thus that there is acceptance of H0 or acceptance of Ha which means it shows the influence of the teacher competency variable ( X) positively and significantly towards the student achievement variable (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Toko Cipto Indramayu, populasi dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini pelanggan Toko Cipto Indramayu sebanyak 96 responden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Toko Cipto Indramayu. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi dan hipotesis. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Hasil rekapitulasi skor jawaban responden mengenai kualitas pelayanan pada Toko Cipto Indramayu adalah sebesar 3650, data tersebut berada pada daerah baik (3264 – 4032 = setuju), artinya kualitas pelayanan sudah baik. Hasil rekapitulasi skor jawaban responden mengenai loyalitas pelanggan pada Toko Cipto sebesar 2842, data tersebut berada pada daerah sangat baik ((2611,2 – 3225,6 = setuju) artinya tingkat loyalitas pelanggan berada pada tingkat yang baik. Korelasi kualitas pelayanan dengan loyalitas pelangganyaitu sebesar 0,432, nilai korelasi tersebut berada pada daerah sedang (0,40 – 0,599 = sedang) atau dapat dikatakan bahwa korelasi atau hubungan kualitas pelayanan dengan loyalitas pelanggan mempunyai tingkat hubungan sedang. Hasil uji statistik pada variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan menunjukkan bahwa Nilai R Square sebesar 0,178 atau 17,8 % artinya ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan sisanya 82,2% adalah variabel diluar penelitian. Nilai thitung kualitas pelayanan (X) lebih besar dari ttabel (4,647>1,985) atau tingkat signifikansi thitung lebih kecil dari nilai alpha (0,000 < 0,05), dengan demikian bahwa terjadi penolakan H0 atau penerimaan Ha yang berarti menunjukkan adanya pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan (Y).

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu Pendampingan Pengelolaan Dan Pengembangan Pisbol Rizquna Di Desa Punjulharjo Kecamatan Rembang. Identifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi, pengelolaan usaha masih sangat sederhana, pemasaran yang masih terbatas, strategi pemasaran masih terbatas dan inovasi produk masih terbatas. Berdasarkan pada permasalahan yang ada, maka sangat potensial untuk diadakan pendampingan dan pelatihan sehingga segala permasalahan yang muncul bisa diselesaikan secara baik guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat dan dalam rangka ikut serta memberdayakan ekonomi rakyat dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada. Konsep kegiatan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan. Adapun rancangan pelatihan yang diberikan diantaranya tentang: manajemen pemasaran, manajemen usaha, manajemen keuangan. Metode pendampingan ini tim juga melaksanakan pendampingan akses pasar atau pengembangan media promosi, yang ditujukan untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan UMKM. Luaran yang diharapkan adalah adanya pengakuan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat berupa PIRT dan sertifikat halal.

Abstract

Dari pelaksanaan Pemberdayaan msyarakat di UKM Kerupuk Terasi EL3 selama kurang lebih 40 hari, ada beberapa permasalahan dan kendala yang dihadapi seperti tidak adanya pemasaran online seperti digital marketing dan media sosial. Beberapa solusi yang dapat kami berikan diantaranya yaitu, membantu membuatkan akun media sosial, mempromosikan produk secara online, membuat strategi pemasaran promosi di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0, serta pemberian alat pengepress (Impluse Sealer). Abstract

Perubahan semakin tajam dengan menjadi kompetitif dan kompetitif. Oleh karena itu, mengingat keahlian di bidang manajemen keuangan dan keterampilan pemasaran yang berbasis dunia global, yaitu melalui jaringan internet yang disebut dengan konsep online, mau tidak mau harus ditangani dengan bijak sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman. Tentunya para pelaku usaha harus mempersiapkan diri secara strategis untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan yaitu teknik pengelolaan keuangan yang dapat dijadikan pedoman dalam pengelolaan keuangan dengan harapan dapat lebih efisien dan perubahan pasar yang cepat dengan hadirnya teknologi pemasaran online dirasakan dapat mampu beradaptasi. Bukan tidak mungkin kita akan menggunakan pemasaran online. Ke depan, bukan berarti pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah justru akan mengalami persaingan yang kompetitif, oleh karena itu pelaku usaha kecil harus dibekali dengan pemanfaatan teknologi dan mampu beradaptasi dengan kondisi pasar. Jika tidak, ia akan dihancurkan oleh persaingan yang kompetitif, pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen keuangan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tata kelola keuangan dan pemasaran online yang baik. Dihadiri oleh peserta UKM laki-laki dan perempuan, teknik dan metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui pendampingan pelatihan adalah; pertama, penjelasan menggunakan slide power point dan LCD proyektor dalam workshop pelatihan manajemen keuangan yang sederhana dan sederhana. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Singaraja, Kabupaten Indramayu.

Abstract

This type of qualitative descriptive research is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. This type of qualitative descriptive research is often used to analyze social events, phenomena, or circumstances. This type of qualitative descriptive research displays the results of the data as they are without any manipulation process or other treatment. The research place is in Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR. Data analysis method is done by comparing existing theories with data obtained from case studies. In this analysis the author directly analyzes the conditions existing in the company, then analyze the differences that occur, and whether the differences involve basic matters, from this analysis it can be concluded about the competitive strategy in the document solution business competition at PT. Mayora tbk and provide suggestions the correct application of competitive strategy in the company. To analyze the competitive strategy in the document solution business competition, the researcher compares the existing conditions in the company with existing theories. The method used to analyze the data is qualitative descriptive analysis method. Because the data taken is the result of natural research where the author participates directly in the research. Marketing strategy is really needed for the progress of sales which is expected to be able to achieve the goals and continuity of the company, which is nothing but increasing turnover and profits. To use media techniques in the virtual world of marketing is indeed very important and to adapt to the digitalization era that was built by stockholders as the implementation of strategies and implementations to win consumers, and this is not easy to do because there are many factors that must be prepared, both technical and software and hard. to support the implementation of marketing strategies and tactics for implementing corporate strategies to achieve profitability. , PT. Mayora developed the M1 to M3 quality system for three consecutive years. Until 2016, Mayora's product quality control system has been implemented until now. They gave the name as Quality Mayora System (QMS). Broadly speaking, QMS includes several processes, including: raw material inspection, supplier audit, production process inspection, final inspection of finished goods, and sensory evaluation tests. The manufacturing technology to the packaging of food and beverages at the Mayora factory mostly uses high-level technology.

Abstract

Currently, more and more companies, both government and private, realize that the influence of work stress and conflict is very large to produce productive employee performance, so that the role of work stress in carrying out their duties, authorities and responsibilities as well as the influence of conflict between leaders and their subordinates can stimulate subordinates in carrying out their duties. and responsibilities so as to achieve the expected company goals in a productive and efficient manner. This research was conducted to find out how the level of work stress, conflict and employee performance levels were carried out at PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, and how much influence work stress and conflict have on the performance of PD employees. Earth Wiralodra Indramayu. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. The types of data needed for research are primary data and secondary data, while the techniques used in collecting data for research are interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The sample taken is 38 respondents. Data processing and analysis was carried out quantitatively using statistical methods, namely to find out how much influence work stress and conflict had on the performance of PD employees. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu uses path analysis. The results showed the level of work stress in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, is in the very high category. This shows that 23 respondents from 38 respondents (60.53%) stated that they strongly agreed with the work stress carried out by PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, the level of conflict in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, is in the very high category. This shows that 28 respondents out of 38 respondents (73.68%) stated that they strongly agree with the conflict carried out in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu and the level of employee performance variables PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, is in the medium and high category. This shows that 13 respondents out of 38 respondents (34.21%) expressed doubt and agreed with the performance carried out in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, although there are still some who have not fully delivered and implemented this performance well, this can be seen from the level of performance variables which show medium and high levels. From the path analysis results, the structural function equations are obtained, as follows: Y = -0.364 X1 + 0.299 X2. Based on these calculations, it can be stated that work stress (X1) affects changes in employee performance (Y) by 13.2% and conflict (X2) affects changes in employee performance (Y) by 8.9% and work stress and conflict (X1X2) affects changes in employee performance (Y) of 13.1%, and the influence of other variables outside the variables used = 0.932 (86.86%). The magnitude of the influence of other variables, which is 86.86%, indicates that there are other influences besides work stress (X1) and conflict (X2) which are very large on changes in the performance of PD employees. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, the value of Fcount is 2.639 < Ftable 3.27 while the value of tcount is -2.097 (X1) and 1.727 (X2) > ttable 1.689. The residual variables consist of factors that are not studied, such as; job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational culture, communication systems, and others.
