Abstract

Abstract

Home   Industry  rumah mangga   usahanya masih terus-menerus melakukan inovasi dan pengembangan mengingat usaha ini masih dalam tahap perintisan. Pendirian home industry  olahan mangga ini diharapkan  lebih menarik minat para konsumen, sehingga mampu meningkatkan penghasilan dan laba usaha dengan produk yang lebih bervariasi. Rencana pendirian usaha tersebut memerlukan adanya analisis studi kelayakan untuk menilai apakah usulan proyek tersebut diterima atau ditolak.Pada Peenelitian  ini    yang  digunakan    yaitu dengan deskriptif. berisi tentang gambaran mengenai lokasi perusahaan dan kelayakan usaha ditinjau dari berbagai aspek-aspek tertentu. Dengan  memilih jenis  deskriptif karena menyajikan data yang lebih akurat, selain itu bentuk yang sederhana, dan teknis yang mudah dipahami. Dan Menggunakan anlisa investasi.Analisis finansial dengan menggunakan  modal  sendiri  dikatakan  layak  berdasarkan hasil  perhitungan  kelayakan  investasi  yang meliputi  Payback  Period  (PP),  Net  Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Profitability Index (PI), karena masing- masing            perhitungan     memenuhi     kriteria investasi, dimana nilai PP atau jangka waktu pengembalian modal kurang dari umur investasi (5 tahun), nilai NPV yang positif atau lebih besar dari nol, nilai IRR yang lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga deposito , dan nilai PI yang lebih besar dari satu.

Abstract

The aim of the training center is to become part of the human resource development program through the initiation and execution of trainings for all employees which include the implementation of new employee orientation, fulfillment of JDQ Requirements, technology development, management development, compliance with regulations and customer requirements. Carrying out the assessment test function for prospective officials at the supervisor and manager level, Talent Management and coordinating the implementation of Pre-retirement Training for all employees.The materials in the Human Factor training are human factor overview, human error & violation, human abilities & limitations, memory & perception, management of stress & fatigue, communiaction, situational awareness, decision making, teamwork, error prevention.

Abstract

The development effort will lead to an ever increasing variety of problems, especially in its inventory. Inventories are assets of a very large company and prone to risk, whether the risk of damage or theft risk. In trading company's internal control over inventory is very important, the better the internal control over inventory the better inventory management in the business because inventory is the largest asset in the trading company.This research was conducted at Aneka Cake Shop Increased Noble, discussed in JL.Jagastru. Assorted Cake Shop is a pastry shop that sells a variety of products both dry and wet cake. The reason the author conducted research at Aneka Cake Shop is to evaluate the preparation of the internal control of goods is in conformity with the existing theory.In  this study,  the authors  conducted a  descriptive case  study.  The  method  of  data collection  is  by  interview,  observation,  and  documentation.  Source  of  data  used  is primary data. Then the authors made the analysis of degan using elements of internal control, whether it is in accordance with the existing theory. Based on the results it can be said that the internal controls Rising Star East Noble store for inventory is still weak. This can be seen from some of the elements of internal control that is not in accordance with the regulations and existing theories. The shortage lies in the structure of the organization still have a position and the lack of clear division of tasks. The documents were used.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a decision support system application on the system UD Roti Mutiara by applying the simplex method to determine the volume of production UD Roti Mutiara Cirebon. The criteria used to determine who is the source of power. As a condition to determine the volume of production.Determination of the amount of production for some products in a company, often a problem for the production manager. Activities that aim to maximize profit companies with limited resources that could be done by using the simplex method.This application is created using the Visual Basic programming language with support for Interbase DBMS. Results of this research is an application with a variable input gain of each product in production, resource requirements and the maximum available resources. Output from the application is the amount of product to be produced in order to obtain maximum benefit.Keywords : decision support system , specify the production , the simplex method.

Abstract

The existence of innovation in the home industry needs to be studied in the form of a business model to describe the business processes that will be implemented. A business model describes the rationale for how an organization creates, delivers, and captures value. Economically, the implementation of a good Business Model Canvas can provide an overview of the response to the products produced and the overall business implementation, making it easier for business actors to make decisions regarding business development. This stage aims to describe the business actors of processed food and beverage products of mango fruit creating, delivering, and capturing a value. Determination of business development strategy is carried out based on a SWOT analysis on each component of the Business Model canvas. Application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for the development of processed food and beverage products in Pawidean Village, Kec. Jatibarang, Kab. Indramayu is able to provide insight to business actors Processing mango fruit food and drinks so that their business can continue and develop. However, the development of these businesses requires support not only from the Cooperatives and UMKM Service, but also other related agencies. Such as the Department of Industry and Trade for the use of mango tree nursery cultivation and the Department of Tourism and Creative Economy for the development of educational tours for the manufacture of processed food and beverage products based on local wisdom. Keywords: Business Model Canvas, Business Development, Mango Fruit.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  IM Kongsijaya Indramayu merupakan usaha kecil menengah yang bergerak dibidang home industry dengan memproduksi bumbu instan khas Timur Tengah diantaranya bumbu briyani dan bumbu kebuli. UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu ini beralamat di Gg Purbaya RT/RW 001/003 Desa Kongsijaya Kecamatan Widasari Kabupaten Indramayu yang merupakan desa binaan dari Bank Indonesia yang didampingi oleh ibu Darwinah selaku pelopor usaha kecil menengah (UKM) di Indramayu dengan program, program kemandirian pekerja migram Indonesia purna dan TKI. Program ini merupaka program pilot project dan Bank Indonesia (BI) untuk membina dan melahirkan UKM-UKM baru di Indramayu. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah Perkembanag   teknologi dan strategi sangat diperlukan oleh usaha kecil dan menengah dengan sebut  UMKM dengan persaingan yang semakn tinggi maka merupakan salah satu pembelajaran berupa pemberian pendampingan  dan pengalaman belajar yang berhubungan langsung dengan masyarakat khususnya dunia usaha, sehingga diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan mengatasinya. Usaha   kecil menengah (UMKM) Koja IM Kongsijaya Indramayu merupakan usaha kecil menengah yang bergerak dibidang  home industry dengan berbagai produk di dalamnya namun lebih memfokuskan pada produksi bumbu instan khas Timur Tengah diantaranya bumbu biryani dan bumbu kebuli. memaksimalkan pendampingan untuk membuat strategi pemasaran berbasis WEB dan pemasaran secara online, teknologi dan inovasi UMKM di Desa Konsgis jaya Kecamatan Widasari  Kabupaten Indramayu, terjadi perilaku masyarakat terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi.Metode Pengabdian yaitu Di UMKM Koja IM Desa Kongsijaya  Kecamatan Widasari  Kabupaten Indramayu . . Masalah yang kan diselesaikan yaitu membantu pemasaran produk Koja IM secata online. Metode Penyelesaian Masalah Metode yang akan dipergunakan dalam penyelesaian masalah berupa pendampingan, baidalam bentuk penyuluhan maupun pelatihan Manajemen pemasaran online.  Prosedur dalam Menerapkan Metode Penyelesaian Masalah. Prosedur dalam menerapkan metode penyelesaian masalah sebagai berikut: . Melakukan obervasi dan diskusi dengan UMKM Koja IM. Rencana Kegiatan. Rencana kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilakukan oleh tim dosen Universitas wiralodra indramayu.Usaha kecil menengah (UKM) KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu merupakan usaha kecil menengah yang bergerak dibidang home industry dengan memproduksi bumbu instan khas Timur Tengah diantaranya bumbu briyani dan bumbu kebuli. Program ini merupaka program pilot project dan Bank Indonesia (BI) untuk membina dan melahirkan UKM-UKM baru di Indramayu.Pada awal memproduksi ukm ini dulunya memproduksi bumbu basah yang hanya bertahan 3 sampai 4 hari saja yang membuat pendapatan berkurang dan gak berhenti disitu, salah satu anggota Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) mengusulkan ide kenapa kita tidak bikin seperti di Saudari aja bumbu kering yang instan dan disitu para rekan rekannya  dari ide tersebut ibu Watiah selaku pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) bangkit langsung menguji coba memproduksi bumbu kering yang instan setelah diuji coba bumbu tersebut bisa bertahan antara 10 bulan sampai 1 tahun  dan pada tahun tahun berikutnya UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu ini terus terusan memproduki bumbu kering yang instan sampai saat ini. Kondisi yang kita lihat dari aspek manajemennya sebagai berikut: Pertama aspek manajemen sumber daya manusianya Sejak pertama kali produksi ibu Watiah ini tidak menggunakan karyawan sama sekali hingga sekarang karena beliau beranggapan bahwasanya beliau masih mampu memproduksi dengan sendirinya sehingga dari pertama kali ia merintis usaha ini sampai sekarang usaha ini sudah berkembang beliau belum melakukan pengrekrutan karyawan untuk membantunya dan beliau juga beranggapan buruk jika beliau menggunakan karyawan. Jadi semua suka duka dari UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu ini beliau  yang rasakan. Aspek kedua yaitu manajemen operasionalnya Kegiatan operasional atau produksi bumbu briyani ini dilakukan ketika pihak pemasaran membutuhkan karena UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu ini memproduksi ketika pesanan masuk baru memproduksi jadi waktunya tidak tertentu namun setiap bulannya 3-4 kali produksi. Proses produksinya dilakukan oleh satu orang dan waktu yang dibutuhkan 5-6 jam biasanya dimulai dari pukul 09.00–14.00 WIB dengan sekali produksi sebanyak 2,5 kg. Aspek selanjutnya yaitu aspek pemasaran yang didalamnya membahas UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu menerapkan sistem bermitra dengan Migran Shop. Dimana semua produk yang di produksi oleh UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu seperti bumbu Timur Tengah yaitu nasi briyani dan nasi kebuli serta masih banyak produk lainnya yang di produksi oleh Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) tersebut. Dan semua produknya itu diserahkan kepada Migran Shop untuk dipasarkan kepada konsumen, namun diluar dari sistem bermitra dengan Migran Shop UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu juga terkadang memasarkan produknya melalui metode klasik yaitu dengan  cara menawarkan produknya kepada konsumen melalaui pameran-pameran yang di selenggarakan oleh pihak tertentu. Dan aspek yang terakhir yaitu aspek manajemen keuangan, kami mendapatkan hasil yaitu setelah kami melakukan analisis terhadap UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu ini laporan keuangan yang mereka miliki bahkan mereka gunakan laporan yang manual hanya mencatat pembelian serta pendapatan. Setelah kami melakukan analisis terhadap UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu ini belum miliki laporan keuangan bahkan mereka masih menggunakan laporan yang manual hanya melakukan pencatatan atas  pembelian serta pendapatan. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Berbasis WEB, Bisnis Model Canvas  ABSTRACT  Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu is a small and medium business engaged in the home industry by producing Middle Eastern instant spices including briyani and kebuli seasoning. The problem to be solved is helping the marketing of Koja IM products online. Problem Solving Method The method that will be used in problem solving is in the form of assistance, both in the form of counseling and online marketing management training. Procedures in Applying Problem Solving Methods. The procedure in applying the problem solving method is as follows: . Conducting observations and discussions with SMEs Koja IM. Activity plan. Plans for community service activities that will be carried out by a team of lecturers from Wiralodra Indramayu University.At the beginning of producing this SME used to produce wet spices that only lasted 3 to 4 days which made income decrease and it didn't stop there, one member of the Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) suggested the idea why we don't make it like in Sister, just dry spices that are instant and there, her colleagues from the idea, Mrs. Watiah as Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) got up and immediately tried to produce instant dry seasonings after being tested the spices could last between 10 months to 1 year and in the following year UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu continues to produce instant dry spices until now. The conditions that we see from the management aspect are as follows: First, the aspect of human resource management. Since the first production, Mrs. Watiah has not used employees at all until now because she thinks that she is still capable of producing on her own, so that from the first time she started this business until now. this business has grown he has not recruited employees to help him and he also thinks it is bad if he uses employees. So all the joys and sorrows of UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu he felt. The second aspect is operational management. Operational activities or the production of briyani seasoning are carried out when the marketing party needs it because this UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu produces when an order comes in and produces only a certain time, but every month 3-4 times of production. The production process is carried out by one person and the time it takes is 5-6 hours usually starting from 09.00-14.00 WIB with a single production of 2.5 kg. The next aspect is the marketing aspect in which it discusses . UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu implements a partnership system with the Migrant Shop. Where all the products produced by UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu such as Middle Eastern spices, namely briyani rice and kebuli rice and many other products produced by the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). And all of their products are handed over to the Migrant Shop to be marketed to consumers, but outside of the system of partnering with the Migrant Shop UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu also sometimes market their products through the classic method, namely by offering their products to consumers through exhibitions organized by certain parties. . And the last aspect, namely the financial management aspect, we got the results that after we conducted an analysis of the UKM KOJA IM Kongsijaya Indramayu, the financial reports they have even use manual reports that only record purchases and income. Abstract

The technological development of the Indonesian people has brought about major changes in both the infrastructure that supports the lives of the Indonesian people and the quality of life of the people themselves. Expressways as a land transportation infrastructure for the people of Indonesia have undergone rapid development as evidenced by the emergence of various expressways connecting one city to another. Wheeled vehicles or cars as means of transportation have played an important role in society. The state of the Indonesian auto industry itself is currently very active, with many new players in the sector, so automakers are expected to face more competition, especially with the entry of auto products from South Korea. are forced to market. Around 1996-1997, they sold cars of the same class as Japanese and European cars. Analytical Methods Two analytical methods are used in this study, namely (1) descriptive and (2) descriptive, according to the problem formulation, research objectives, hypothesis formulation, and the nature of the data collected. A method of linear regression analysis. The correlation (r) between the two variables product differentiation and consumer intent using multiple correlation is 0.740, indicating a strong estimate between product differentiation and consumer intent. Based on the results, the coefficient value is 54.76%. This means that the product differentiation of Nissan cars can explain the consumer's 54.76% of his purchase intentions, while the remaining 45.24% are influenced by other factors that have not been studied. B. Intense competition for similar products, differences in consumer tastes, low customer loyalty, etc.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui kualitas produk pada PT. Nojorono Tobacco International Cabang Cirebon. Mengetahui loyalitas konsumen pada PT. Nojorono Tobacco International Cabang Cirebon.Mengetahui pengaruh antara kualitas produk terhadap tingkat loyalitas konsumen pada PT. Nojorono Tobacco International Cabang Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, Metode penelitian kuantitatif bersifat cross sectional yaitu penelitian untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi faktor lainnya dengan cara pendekatan, observasi dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisoner. Penulis menggunakan studi literatur yang diperoleh dari buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan sumber-sumber lain yang mendukung penulisan tugas akhir ini.. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi seerhana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Dasar pengambilan keputusan uji analisis regresi menggunakan uji hipotesis, melalui hasil pehitungan yang telah dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 23.0 diperoleh nilai signifikansi variabel kualitas produk sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel (1.984) yaitu 4,897 > 1.984, yang berarti hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menerima Ha artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

Penelitian ini Bertujuan agar Likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada pada laporan keuangan perbaankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kondisi keuangan yang sehat dan kemampuan menghasilkan laba yang tinggi akan memberikan dampak yang kuat dan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan Penelitian deskriptif adalah suatu bentuk penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang ada, baik fenomena alamiah maupun fenomena buatan manusia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perbankan di Burrsa Efek Indonesia periode 2008-2015. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas yang diukur dengan Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Solvabilitas yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada laporan keuangan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
