Abstract

The architecture of the traditional buildings of Hindu people in Bali is a form of implementation of the combination of material and spiritual dimensions. The combination of these two dimensions form the energy and strength in the building that is created, so as to provide a sense of comfort and quiet in the person who occupy it. In the belief of the people of Bali, the process of building construction is not just to build, but done with the stages and planning, both from good days up to the means of ceremony. This is because the building is not only used as a residence, but also used as a place to carry out various ceremonial activities. Strong spiritual values can be felt in the traditional Balinese house architecture that is now widely seen by many tourists who visit Bali. this is because the energy radiated from the building is a representation of the spiritual value which is the power of the gods bersthana on the building that makes people see the calm and awe of the spirit value contained in it.

Abstract

Laws are basically made with the aim of creating security and order in people's lives. Although the law was made to bring order to life, but in reality there are still many people who break them. One of the acts that often happens in society today is the exploitation of children. One of the cases of child exploitation that occurred as a case of child sexual abuse. The contributing factors are internal factors (such as the proximity of the perpetrator to the victim) and external factors (such as being away from the crowd). Because of that, efforts to protect children really need to be done. According to Law Number 23 of 2002, a child is given protection from the womb until he is 18 (eighteen) years old. In this regard, in Hinduism we can also find a legal term known as dharma. Hindu law is divided into two, namely public law (Kantaka Sodhana or Hindu criminal law) and private law (Dharmasthiya or Hindu civil law). The Kantaka Sodhāna can be seen in a subjective sense (ius puniedi) and in an objective sense (ius poenale). Then, regarding the crime of sexual violence against children is not specifically regulated in Hindu law, but the relationship made between men and women who do not have legitimate ties of marriage (marriage), then this act is a crime called Lokika Sanggraha. Therefore, acts of sexual violence against children can be likened to the act of Lokika Sanggraha. In this regard, in Article 171 Ekadaso'dhyayah Mānava Dharmaśāstra, the deed can be blamed and threatened with imprisonment for 12 (twelve) years. The term tapa must be interpreted as imprisonment because in a state a person is imprisoned as suffering as a hermit.

Abstract

The tradition of using my uncle or priest arises because the Hindu community since ancient times has been divided into professional groups. The Brahmin group has a profession in the religious field, because it is seen as the group that best understands religious teachings including its ceremonial procedures, because it is natural when a priest is declared as an intermediary between the Ummah with Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa and Ida Bhatara Kawitan. The presence of my uncle is a necessity for Hindus wherever he is. Its capacity and function become very important or vital as does the presence of a pandita. Its existence and role is very much needed when Hindus carry out religious life in the social dimension or diversity in the communal aspect. Therefore, for my uncle it is very important to know and understand the lontar-palm associated with my uncle's atmosphere, one of which is Kusumadewa ejection. As one of the palms containing tattwa, ethics, and ceremonies, the palms of Kusumadewa can be one of the fundamental references for my uncle who is just beginning to know the teachings of kapamangkuan.

Abstract

Implementation ngestu the cremation ceremony is one effort that was built in the tradition of the community to be able to unite ourselves on the social status, class, social stratification, and social attributes in the social life of the religious. In its implementation uphold a sense of solidarity and togetherness to build egalitarian values for all citizens with the same service. But the objective reality and historical indicate that the Balinese social structure divided into traditional classes where each class has a class solidarity, prestige, and attributes that can be used as a class identity. All of the attributes relating to the status inherent in a person and has important implications on the establishment of a hierarchy of social and previledge which refers to the position of high-low as well as superior and inferior in leader ship of the network system, where the higher grade is considered to have power and authority over spacious with others in the social and religious life in the community. The difference can be deconstructed with realistic thinking with reference to the literature, ie essentially every human being is the same, because it comes from God. Therefore, there is no human reason to distinguish itself with other human beings, because of the social realities on the social attributes of a product of human culture as a result of erroneous interpretation of the teachings of the holy book of the Vedas.
