Abstract

Research within the field of small business strategic management for business management and strategy at the Bahalap batik house in Central Kalimantan. The importance of market support and learning skills. The aims of this analysis are to enhance the performance of small businesses with strategic management that supports the variables that support the market and to find out lessons to improve positive leads to small businesses within the Bahalap batik house, by supporting the market must produce merchandise that matches the requirements of customers. analysis ways with structured interviews and quantitative questionnaires victimization SPSS 24.0, on 50 customers. The implications of strategic management analysis are necessary for small businesses to urge innovation support. Encouragement of the business unit's ability of market objectives and learning objectives within the business atmosphere as a business strategy and to realize the vision goals, the mission of tiny businesses Increasing small businesses to support small businesses through strategic management will facilitate alternative analysis to develop strategic management.

Abstract

This study was made to examine the determinants of online buying behavior (e-commerce). Factors such as perceived benefits and risks, psychological factors, hedonic motivation and website design are factors that influence the online buying cunsumer behavior. The research method was carried out using a quantitative approach, with collecting data using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The respondents used were 100 FEB UPR students in Palangka Raya. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The Result perceived benefits have a significant effect on Online buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. The perceived risks that is accepted has a significant effect on Online Buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. Hedonic motivations has a significant effect on Online Buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. Psychological factors have a significant effect on Online Buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. Website Design has a significant effect on Online Buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. The variables of perceived benefits, perceived risks, hedonic motivations, psychological factors, and Website design simultaneously have a significant effect on online consumer buying behavior

Abstract

Purpose, - This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price perception and product quality on customer satisfaction at Sendy’s Swalayan Palangka Raya.Design/methodology/approach - The research method uses an explanatory approach to techniques survey, the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, the sampling technique using census techniques. Data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation studies, while data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis techniques. Findings - The results showed that the influence of service quality, price perception and product quality on customer satisfaction at Sendy’s Swalayan Palangka Raya. And the results of the descriptive analysis state that the respondents agreed with the proposed indicators.

Abstract

Tujuan, - Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui Pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada Federal International Finance (FIF) di Palangka RayaDesain/Methodologi/Pendekatan- Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik survei melalui kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling populasi karena jumlahnya relatif sedikit, yaitu 38 responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Federal International Finance (FIF) di Palangka Raya. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square ( PLS) dengan program smartPLS.Temuan penelitian- Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. (3) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (4) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalalui motivasi kerja.

Abstract

To support economic recovery and increase the competitiveness of superior regional products following the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kalteng Expo 2023 is a regional exhibition. This study aims to determine the Central Kalimantan Provincial Trade and Industry Office's plans to hold the Kalteng Expo 2023 and how it will impact MSMEs and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Qualitative descriptive research was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the Disdagperin strategy was implemented through booths, collaboration with various parties, and promotion of superior regional products. With a total turnover of approximately IDR 7 billion and approximately 9,000 visitors per day, the expo increased sales and enhanced business networks.
