Abstract

The purpose of this risetto determine the effect on each dependent variable Effect of CSR Internal(X₁) and Physical Work Environment (X₂) on the dependent variable Employee Job Satisfaction (Y). In this study data was collected through a questionnaire method for 39 respondents who worked at PT. Alex Putra Group Cilegon. The analysis used was multiple linear analysis using data analysis techniques that have fulfilled the validity, reliability test and classical assumption test, so as to produce the regression equation as follows:Y = 16,736 + 0,406 X₁ + 0,731 X₂ + e, The results of the analysis found that both the Internal Corporate Social Responsibility Program variables and the Physical Work Environment had a significant influence on Employee Job Satisfaction. The adjusted R Square figure of 0.150 shows that 15 percent variation in Employee Job Satisfaction can be explained by the two dependent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 85 percent is explained by other variables outside the two variables used in this study. Keywords: internal corporate social responsibility program, physical work environment, and employee job satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya  brand image Perguruan Tinggi di kota serang yang disebabkan dengan social media marketing, Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu metodologi riset yang berupaya untuk mengkuantifikasi data, dan menerapkan analisis statistik.  Hasil penelitian Secara deskriptif  bahwa penerapan sosial media marketing  pada perguruan tinggi swasta di kota serang secara tidak langsung dapat menjadi kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam membentuk komunitas dan informasinya sangat memberikan nilai sertata penyampaian pesannya sudah dianggap sesuai oleh. Sedangkan brand image   pada Perguruan Tinggi  di Kota Serang  terutama   perguruan tinggi swasta di kota serang telah memberikan  pelayanan dengan memberkan  banyak pilihan program studi atau jurusan bagi calon mahasiswa atau mahasiswanya. Penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa  nilai korelasi yang dihasilkan bernilai positif berarti menggambarkan arah hubungan antara Sosial Media Marketing terhadap Brand Image adalah hubungan yang satu arah, jika Penerapan  Sosial Media Marketing semakin baik maka secara otomatis Brand Image Perguruan Tinggi juga lebih baik, dan  keeratan hubungannya antara Sosial Media Marketing dengan Brand Image menurut Guilford adalah  korelasi sedang.  Dalam penelitian ini.hipotesis membuktikan terdapat Pengaruh positif dan signifikan sosial media marketing terhadap brand image perguruan tinggi di kota serang yang dditunjukan oleh nilai t hitung = 7.084  lebih besar daripada nilai t tabel (uji dua ekor) yaitu dengan α 0.05 dan dk = (n – 2)  85 – 2 maka t tabel (0.05)(83) =  1.999.

Abstract

Employee performance can be influenced by many factors including Organizational Climate and Maturity. The object of this research is the Serang Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Individual Maturity on Employee Performance of the Financial Management Agency and Regional Assets of Serang Regency. The sample of this research was 59 respondents who were distributed to employees of the Serang Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The analytical method used is the quantitative method, the analysis used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using SPSS v.24 for windows. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) Organizational Climate has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Individual Maturity has no significant effect on employee performance, and 3) Organizational Climate and Individual Maturity jointly (simultaneously) have a significant effect on performance employee. With a determination coefficient value of 0.261% and the remaining 73.9% is influenced by other factors that were not examined by researchers.

Abstract

The objectives of this study is to analyze the influence of Islamic bank financing, government expenditure, and investment on economic growth in Indonesia. These three problems can be answered by the vector autoregressive model (VAR) and the vector error correction model (VECM). VAR/VECM is a type of macro-econometrics model that is commonly used to analyze economic fluctuations. In addition, researchers also have reasons for using this method, namely because of several advantages of this method. Islamic bank financing does not have a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. whereas, in the long term, Islamic bank financing has a significant and negative effect on economic growth with a coefficient value of -1.111488. This shows that in the long term, changes in Islamic bank financing will always be followed by changes in GDP in the reverse direction, meaning that if there is an increase of 1% in GDP, there will be a decrease of 1.11% in Islamic bank financing. In the short term, government spending has no significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. whereas in the long run, government spending has a positive and significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia.
