Abstract

The guitar tablature is a guitar melody guitar used by professional guitarists when performing. Guitar tablature translator application is one of the media to help users especially novice guitarist to translate the guitar tablature. This application is built on android platform using Augmented Reality technology with Markerless Augmented Realty method to combine virtual world objects into the real world. In this application there are several functions such as displaying finger position information, 2D objects and audio. Index Terms—Tablatur Gitar, Augmented Reality, Android.

Abstract

PT.XYZ is one of many companies which engaged in rental cars and driver services provider. They are still using un computerize system when doing the business, so this system makes some problems, such as low processing of data that has not been controlled due to the frequent occurrence of recording errors, errors in the calculation of transaction and the slowness in making the report. The purpose of this research is to know the running system in the company, designing, and implementing the new development system of online driver mobile applications based on android in PT.XYZ. The purpose of this research intends to add insight and knowledge as well as implementing the theory into the company. The development of this system is expected could helping the administrator staff to do the tasks and making the report easier than before. Index Terms— Android, Driver Online, Rental Kendaraan.

Abstract

BBWS Cimanuk-Cisanggarung is a technical implementation unit at the Directorate General of Water Resources, Ministry of Pekerjaan Umum and Perumahan Rakyat which has the task of carrying out water resources management in the river area. As for the background of this study is the difficulty of river field officers to notify the announcement to the people who will be affected by the flood due to overflowing rivers, because the announcement is still a simple medium that is using sirens and hoaxes or electric poles. Geotagging technology and Fire Cloud Messaging Technology (FCM) is one of the ways to help field officers make public announcements through smartphone media, namely notifications that include river photos and locations. The difficulty of the people who are close to the Cimanuk-Cisanggarung watershed to get information about evacuation places before the flood occurs, because many people choose a place of refuge with their own choice. This is what makes the government more extra to provide assistance to unknown refugee camps. Google Maps technology can help people get to refugee camps recommended by the government. This research method consists of identifying problems, methods of data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, testing, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that river field staff and the community can be used as a notification of the river that will overflow and provide information on the place of refuge.

Abstract

Business Card is the most efficient, effective and appropriate tool for every business men no matter they are owners, employees, more over marketers to provide information about their businesses. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to bring and manage business card in large numbers also to remember the face of the business card owner. A Business Card application need to be built to solve all those issues mentioned above. The Application or software must be run in media which can be accessed anywhere and anytime such as smart phone. Kuartu is as business card application run in mobile devices. Kuartu is developed using object base modeling for mobile sub system. The platform of the mobile sub system is android, as it is the most widely used platform in the world. The Kuartu application utilizing NFC and QR Code technology to support the business card information exchange and the Chatting feature for communication. Based on the experiment and test using black box methodology, it can be concluded that Kuartu application makes business card owner to communicate each other easily, business card always carried, easy to manage the cards and information of the business card owner can be easily obtained. Abstract

This paper describe a geofencing approach in monitoring the routes used in the delivery of vehicles in a expedition company. Continuous technological development of information systems provide a variety approach on how to monitor a vehicle on the road. One of those approach is geofencing. Geofencing itself is an innovative technology that enables remote monitoring of a specific geographic areas. It can make a virtual area called geofence on a virtual map with different size and shape. This virtual area would be able to tracked mobile objects that enter or leave these area, and even how long the objects inside the area. The mobile objects that are going to be tracked are object that have GPS Tracking Unit. GPS Tracking Unit is an application or a tool that is used to figure out the position of an object. The position are based on geographical coordinate, latitude and longitude, and the data is received through a Global Positioning System. The implementation of the geofencing are going to use library from Google API. The combination of GPS Tracking and geofencing would be able to track, prevent or even restrict on specific routes that are going to be used in vehicle delivery. Abstract

Ornamental plants are plants that can meet psychological needs, improve the environment, and have the value of satisfaction as a hobby. Functionally, ornamental plants can help renew oxygen in the air, helping to reduce gas pollutants and noise. Then it takes an android application that can provide recommendations for ornamental plants using mobile sensor technology. The sensors used are humidity sensor, temperature sensor, and ambient light sensor, open wether map where the three sensors detect the level of humidity, temperature, and light intensity in the user environment then the application will recommend plants that are suitable for the environment, for Openweather as a sensor replacement if not supported by the sensor

Abstract

Food mobile traders, especially in the city of Bandung, are currently experiencing difficulties in obtaining permanent buyers and customers. 86 % traders interviewed felt that their income was increasingly decreasing due to the many buyers using online applications. The traders difficult to get buyers and it was difficult to determine the direction of his destination when trading around. Likewise, buyers who want to buy free merchandise find it difficult because they do not know the schedule of the traveling merchants and are not aware of the traders themselves. In this case, the traveling food traders and buyers need an application container that can facilitate the transaction process. Based on the results of alpha and beta tests that have been carried out at the implementation and testing stages, it can be concluded that the development of smart applications recommended by mobile food traders using push notification and location-based service based on android can make it easier for mobile traders to get buyers, and buyers are facilitated in knowing the position of the nearest traveling merchant

Abstract

One of those beneficial innovations in DSLR camera it is able to connect with other mobile devices using wireless network. Its primary function is to control camera from distance and to instantly upload photos to social medial. But, not all DSLR cameras are equipped with this feature. Only the latest mid-end and high-end DSLR camera have the feature. In order to solve the previously mentioned issue, the researcher conducted a trial using Arduino and Bluetooth as the camera’s wireless network. The result showed that Arduino did not have its own module and, as a result, users would need to add new modules if they wanted to add new features. This was considered ineffective and inefficient. Moreover, Bluetooth connection is rarely used nowadays due to the limited transfer rate and area coverage compare to using WiFi connection. In line with the aforementioned explanation, a research was held with the main objective to access and operate low-end DLSR camera using Raspberry Pi. The Raspberry Pi was operated using access point and controlled by smartphone. Index Terms— Camera, DSLR, wireless, Raspberry Pi, Android

Abstract

Rafaha Arjasari Special School is one of the schools that provide special education for children with special needs. Learning in Rafaha Arjasari Special School refers to the applicable national curriculum then adapted to the abilities, barriers and needs of each child. Education will not run optimally if the educator does not know the obstacles, risks, and potential of each student. Assessment is the process of collecting, analyzing and interpreting data or information about students and their environment. Based on interviews with the headmaster of Rafaha Special School, the assessment is an absolute process that must be done so teachers can find out the obstacles, risks, and potential of each children. The purpose of this research is to build assessment applications that can help teachers in carrying out the assessment process. This system provides features for assessing visual perceptions and perceived perceptions by utilizing the flash and vibrate features on the Android smartphone. The features that provided can help teachers make the assessment process easier.

Abstract

Nitrogen (N) is one of the most important nutrients for the growth of rice crops. Unbalanced and excessive use of N-fertilizers causes environmental pollution, reduces quality of the crop, and increases pest pressure, in addition to the increasingcost to farmers from excessively applied fertilizers and pesticides. The goal of this paper is to build mobile applications which can analyze and recommend nitrogen elemental requirements in rice plants based on the color of rice leaves. This application has embedded a set of stages of the process for image processing and classification which is used to analyze the color of rice leaves captured through a smartphone camera. Image processing in this application is a feature extraction of red, green, and blue (RGB) values to obtain a characteristic on the leaf color image. Then the result of feature extraction is used to classify the color level of rice leaf by using a K-Nearest Neighbor method. The results of accuracy test show that accuracy of the application in analyzing and recommending nitrogen fertilizer needed by rice crops, on average, is 66.67%.
