Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam pengadaan barang atau jasa pada Inspektorat DKI Jakarta dilakukan pada sistem E-Katalog, namun sistem tersebut tidak mengakomodir keseluruhan prosesnya. Selain itu, pembuatan dokumen pendukung masih dibuat secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Office sehingga dinilai tidak efektif, efisien dan berkasnya menjadi rentan hilang. Serta kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan pengadaannya dikarenakan berkas hilang dan berkas yang disimpan tidak tersentralisasi. Metode yang dipakai dalam mengembangkan dengan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Sistem informasi pengadaan menghasilkan dokumen pengadaan lebih terstruktur dan instan dalam mengolah hasil pengadaan dalam bentuk laporan. Hasil pengembangan ini menciptakan alur kerja yang lebih tertib dan terdokumentasi dengan baik, serta memberikan pengamanan terhadap data pengadaan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, proses pengadaan barang dan jasa pada Inspektorat Provinsi DKI Jakarta menjadi lebih tertib. Kata kunci: DKI Jakarta, e-katalog, pengadaan, RAD, web. Abstract: In procuring goods or services at the DKI Jakarta Inspectorate, the E-Catalog system is carried out, but the system does not accommodate the entire process. In addition, supporting documents are still created manually using Microsoft Office, so they are considered ineffective, efficient and the files are vulnerable to loss. As well as difficulties in making procurement reports because the files are lost and the files that are stored are not centralized. The method used in developing with Rapid Application Development (RAD). Procurement information systems produce more structured and instant procurement documents in processing procurement results in the form of reports. The results of this development create a more orderly and well-documented workflow and provide security for procurement data. Abstract

Abstrak: Proses pengadaan bahan baku merupakan salah satu proses utama dalam bisnis industri manufaktur, dalam pengadaan bahan baku perlu adanya pembelian bahan baku kepada supplier. Proses tersebut perlu bantuan teknologi informasi untuk membantu, mempercepat dan memudahkan perusahaan dalam proses pekerjaannya. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada PT Inti Technik Sejahtera Bekasi masih menggunakan cara manual, dimana data permintaan pembelian di input kedalam excel lalu di cetak untuk dikirim kepada supplier hal ini sering terjadi kesalahan pada saat input data. Penyimpanan data belum terintegrasi dengan sistem sehingga menyulitkan pada saat pencarian data, selain itu pada laporan penerimaan barang dan purchase order memerlukan waktu yang lama dengancara manual. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan suatu sistem pengadaan bahan baku. Pengembangan sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall serta menggunakan UML sebagai tools perancang sistem dan desain, serta menggunakan MySQL dan ERD dalam perancangan basis data. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan sistem yang dapat mengurangi kesalahan data pada saat user input data purchase order, mempermudah dalam pencarian data dan mempercepat dalam pembuatan laporan. Kata kunci: Pengadaan, Penerimaan bahan baku, UML (Unifield modeling language), Waterfall. Abstract: The process of procurement of raw materials is one of the main processes in the manufacturing industry business, in the procurement of raw materials it is necessary to purchase raw materials to suppliers. The process needs information technology assistance to help, accelerate and facilitate the company in its work process. Research carried out at PT Inti Technik Sejahtera Bekasi still uses manual methods, where purchase request data is input into excel and then printed to be sent to suppliers, this often occurs when inputting data. Data storage has not been integrated with the system so that it is difficult when searching for data, in addition to the receipt of goods still recorded into the paper receipt of goods that are recapitulated to be informed to other relevant parts. Based on these problems, a system of procurement of raw materials is needed. System development in this study uses the Waterfall method and uses UML as system design tools and designs, and uses MySQL and ERD in database design. The results of this study can produce a system that can reduce data errors when the user inputs data purchase orders and minimizes the possibility of data input errors and is easier in searching data because raw material data has been stored in the system. Abstract

Abstrak: Kualitas Informasi dan penggunaan merupakan variabel yang terdapat pada model kesuksesan sistem informasi yang dikemukakan oleh Wiliam H.Delone dan Ephraim R.McLean pada tahun 1992. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengukuran kesuksesan sistem informasi dengan melihat pengaruh dari kualitas informasi terhadap penggunaan. Tahapan yang dilakukan dari penelitian ini dimulai dengan membuat hipotesis, menyebar kuesioner kepada pengguna sistem informasi pengelola proyek, dan mengelola data kuesioner. Data kuesioner dikelola menggunakan metode SEM yang di bantu aplikasi Lisrel. Hasil penelitian ini adalah melihat kesusksesan sistem informasi berdasarkan pengaruh kualitas informasi terhadap penggunaan apakah hipotesis yang dirumuskan diterima atau ditolak, serta adanya rekomendasi yang diberikan terhadap sistem yang sedang berjalan berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data. Kata kunci: kesuksesan sistem informasi, kualitas informasi, penggunaan, sistem pengelolaan proyek, SEM Abstract: Information quality and usage are the variables contained in the information system success model proposed by William H. Delone and Ephraim R. McLean in 1992. This study aims to measure the success of information systems by looking at the effect of information quality on usage. Stages made from this study began by making hypotheses, distributing questionnaires to project management information system users, and managing questionnaire data. Questionnaire data is managed using SEM method which is assisted by the Lisrel application. The results of this study are looking at the success of the information system based on the influence of information quality on the use of whether the formulated hypothesis is accepted or rejected, as well as the recommendations given to the current system based on the results of data processing. Abstract

Abstract- At this time motorcycle theft cases are still often occur plus the increasing use of motorcycle vehicles, motorcycle theft is caused by the lack of a security system on the ignition which only uses keys and key covers, where security systems like this have been understood mostly motorcycle thieves, the necessity of a motorcycle safety system is needed. To overcome this, a Motorcycle Safety System was made using Arduno-based GPS and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to prevent and facilitate the recovery of stolen motor vehicles. The results of this study, the system is made using the Global Positioning System (GPS) as a tool to detect the location of motorcycles, and smart key contacts are added using RFID, SMS gateway and DC-DC Converter.

Abstract

Abstract: Wifi.id is a broadband access network that is a medium for enjoying high-speed internet services up to 100 Mbps and various other multimedia services. Wifi.id is a place where we can access the internet with a good network that was built to meet the needs of the community to surf at high speed and pay at an affordable price. This Wifi.id service can only be found in a few places because this Wifi.id service is only installed in places where the location meets the standards. The purpose of this study is to find out locations that meet the right standards for installing wifi.id services because in placing wifi.id installation locations the right considerations and decisions are needed. In this study, researchers used several criteria, namely Fiber Optic, Spec Distance, Fiber Optic Attenuation, and location density. The method used in this study is the SAW method which can make decisions to find out the appropriate location for installing Wifi.id services in an effective way for complex problems.
