Abstract

The purpose of this study is determining the online mathematics learning implementation using Google classroom media for XII grades at SMK Tunas Harapan Pati, obstacles for using google classroom and amenity for using google classroom . This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive design. The subject in this research is 5 students grade XII who are chosen with simple random sampling methods. The techniques used in collecting data are deep interview, and direct observation at the same time. Data analysis techniques use interactive data analys model. The conclusion of this research is the students can’t be optimally adapted in using google classroom for media of learning mathematics such as unstabile signal and there is electricity blackout too often .

Abstract

The research’s objective was to know the learning model’s effects on learning achievement viewed form student learning styles. The learning models compared were Two Stay Two Stray using assessment for learning and direct learning. The research’s population was grade XI students of SMK Tunas Harapan Pati year 2020/2021. This study used experimental research method with quasi experimental research. The data collection techniques used documentation, test, and questionnaire method. Hypothesis testing used a two-way variance analysis. The research results are: 1. Students subjected to the two stay two stray assessment for learning model have better learning achievement than students subjected to two stay two stray and Direct learning. 2. Students with auditory learning styles have better learning achievement than students with visual and kinesthetic learning styles. 3. There is an interaction between the Two Stay Two Stray assessment for learning, Two Stay Two Stray, and Direct learning models viewed from student learning styles on student achievement in class XI SMK Tunas Harapan Pati on the opportunity material.

Abstract

Education aims to improve the quality of human life which is technically through lectures. A good lecture produces a positive influence on students' ability. The interaction between lecturers and students in the class is an important role in achieving the goals. Linear Algebra is an important subject in the Mathematic. Many students think that Linear Algebra are difficult. Linear Algebra at the Faculty of Computer Science, Dharma AUB University of Surakarta have not been able to improve students' understanding of Linear Algebra concepts. Because of class that are centered on lecturers. Based on the description above, the author applies the TAPPS (Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving) cooperative learning model to increase concept understanding of Linear Algebra. Formulation of the problem in this research: "Is there an increase concept understanding of Linear Algebra after using the TAPPS learning model?". This research is a qualitative descriptive group with the type of Classroom Action Research. The data used are field notes and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an increase in understanding of the concept of Linear Algebra through the TAPPS (Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving) model.
