Abstract

National university library services are still fairly manual because each process is still using paper book loan forms so there is no efficiency in the use of time and energy, besides the library extends the range of information provided to all national university students by building an application based on an Android-based library information system. In enhancing a process of development, an android- based library information system is built, using the system development life cycle (SDLC) method, which is an information system approach method used in making and developing applications. The goal is to achieve this research is to produce a library application that makes it easy for each book loan transaction to students can be done easily without any manipulation of making data that still uses forms. The desired result of this researcher is to make it easier for library members and their officers in making book loan transactions, making it easier for data processing

Abstract

The development of technology in security systems combined with facial recognition, of course, makes every protected data safe. Many methods can be combined with a security system, one of which is the eigenface method, which is part of facial recognition. In this study, a personal data security system was built using Android-based deep learning. Based on the results of tests carried out on three devices with different Android versions, it is known, if on Android 8.1 (Oreo) the maximum distance is ± 40 cm, on Android 9.0 (Pie) the maximum distance is ± 50 cm, and on the Android version, 10.0 (Q) the maximum distance for facial object recognition is ± 60 cm. From the test results, it is known that by using the eigenface method, the farther the face is from the camera, the face cannot be detected. The implementation of this system is expected to protect personal data safely.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based system to facilitate the academic administration of student affairs at the Faculty of Information Communication Technology, Universitas Nasional in providing various student information ranging from information on association activities, scholarships, competitions, achievements achieved by FTKI (SI-TI) students. and helping FTKI students and graduates to find updated information about job vacancies related to information technology. This study will develop an administrative information system for student affairs with the Extreme Programming method, an Agile Development Method. will include FTKI students and graduates as users. The results of research from the Student and Alumni Administration Information System (Smart Adma) can provide time efficiency in administrative management, make it easier for students to get information from association activities, proposals, requests for funds to submission forms and internship assessments, as well as alternative media during the Covid 19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Voting is a method of decision making. An example of the voting activity was the election of the Chair of the Communication and Information Technology Faculty (FTKI) Association at the National University which was still conducted conventionally. However, the obstacle that Occurs is that most students from each study program can not use Reviews their voting rights due to other activities. So we need a system that can Facilitate voting activities. The purpose of this research is to build an Android mobile application-based voting system to Facilitate students to be Able to vote only by using an Android smartphone connected to a particular Internet. For the data security, the RSA algorithm is used. From the system testing Carried out using the Android system version 9.0 (Pie) and the prototype method aims to produce a perfect prototype for use to the public.
