Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the habits of students in the information technology in conducting transactions either in cash or by using e-money. Questionnaire was a method used in this study by distributing selected questionnaires only to students. Analysis of the results showed that the students preferred to use e-money for transactions because it was more effective and more efficient than paying in cash. It could be also because it was influenced by their shopping habits through social media and the globalization era. On the other hand, they needed cash and relatively bigger wallet for cash payments. Consequently, e- money was preferred by students compared to cash payments.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discover further the development of trade influenced by technology. This research used descriptive analysis method which is a method that aims to collect actual information in detail that describes the existing phenomena, identify problems, or check the conditions which then make the comparisons and evaluations, decide what others do in dealing with the same problem and learn from experience to set plans and decisions in the future. The results it show that e-Commerce does create opportunities for B2B businesses. In conclusion, with the continued growth of the Indonesian economy and the high level of confidence of small and medium businesses (SMEs), more and more SMEs can expand their businesses abroad.

Abstract

In this digital era, visual communication businesses such as graphic design are among the areas of business that are in great demand. However, the ordering is limited to via telephone or coming directly to the place of business. The purpose of this research is to facilitate business in graphic design by including an information system to facilitate and increase the business's performance. This research used qualitative methods and was supported by the waterfall system as the development method. The use of management resources and information technology services is to support business processes in the organization. The results show that this application makes it producers easier to find consumers, makes business management better, as well as facilitates consumer orders. The conclusion from the installation of information systems for graphic design businesses has a positive impact in terms of bookkeeping, warehouse expenses, the relationship between customers and producers, as well as to see the development of the businesses easily and clearly
