The development of technology and information currently has a lot of impact on organizations and government, therefore an analysis is needed to find out what needs to be addressed and maximized again so that technological developments can be followed, especially by the Temesi village office, Gianyar. In carrying out village operations, the Temesi Gianyar village office uses a website provided by the government, where the site can manage village population data. However, there are still drawbacks to the use of the website, such as errors in websites and databases that frequently bug. This can occur due to the lack of stability of the internet andinfrastructure as well as the lack of potential ICT human resources at the Temesi village office. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the subject of the Temesi village office using the COBIT 5 framework as a process model measurement tool. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and literature study methods. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of implementing information technology governance in the Temesi Gianyar village office with the conclusion that it can provide recommendations regarding references in the application and development of ICT at the villageoffice.
