Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan PDAM di Kalimantan Selatan, Potensi PDAM dalam menyumbang PAD Provinsi dan Kabupaten di Kalimantan Selatan, dan faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja PDAM di Kalimantan Selatan. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasilnya penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah PDAM di Kalimantan Selatan sebanyak 12 buah dimana sebanyak 3 (tiga) diantaranya dalam kondisi sehat tetapi hanya 2 (dua) PDAM yang dapat menyumbang PAD. Kedua belas PDAM  tersebut punya potensi besar dalam menyumbang PAD jika dilakukan perbaikan modal, manajemen (karyawan), dan pengawasan. Adapun faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja BPR adalah faktor internal yang terdiri dari modal setor yang masih  rendah, kualitas karyawan masih rendah dan pengawasan yang masih kurang, kemudian faktor eksternal terdiri dari keadaan ekonomi lokal sehingga banyak masyarakat yang tidak membayar rekening airnya  dan mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan lainnya.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that influenced the working capital loans banking in the province of South Kalimantan, with independent variables interest rate on working capital loans, inflation rate in South Kalimantan Province, and   rates of economic growth in the province of South Kalimantan. This study uses time series data from 2003-2017.The Analysis used are multiple regression with Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The result of this study indicate that the variable interest rates of working capital loans have a significant effect on 5%,while economic growth have significant effect on 10%  while inflation do not have the significant effect on working capital loan banking in South Kalimantan Province.Keywords: working capital loans, interest rates on working capital loans, inflation, and rate of economic growth.

Abstract

This research is conducted to find out determine whether capital, price, location affect the income of barbershop businesses in North Banjarmasin District. The object of this research is 20 barbershop in North Banjarmasin District. The research method used is multiple regression analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis and classical assumptions.The results show that the variables of capital, price and location had a significant effect on the income of barbershop businesses in North Banjarmasin District. The results are indicated by the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2), F test and t test with Multiple Linear Regression. The most dominant factor affecting the income of barbershop business is capital.Keywords:Capital, Price, Location, Revenue, North Banjarmasin

Abstract

This research is aimed (1) to know about what is the most dominant criteria for determining the criteria of development priority cave nature tourism area in tapin regency (2) to know about the most dominant alternative and then the alternative will become focus for development priority of cave nature tourism area in tapin regency.The respondent in this research consist by 7 respondents who recognized expert for the effort of development and determining the priority tourism development area in tapin regency and directly could use as respondents for data processing. The analysis method, using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method.The result of this research has showed among acces, amenities, and atraction criteria. The most dominant criteria for determined as criteria of priority for supporting the priority development of cave nature tourism area in Tapin Regency is atraction with the preference value 54%, amenities with the preference value 30%, and acces with the preference value 16%. Among two alternatives that is Batu Hapu Cave and Beramban Cave, the highest preference value is Beramban Cave with 69% and the second is Batu Hapu Cave with 31%. It means in the development priority of cave nature tourism area in Tapin Regency more prioritize the development Beramban Cave area. Keyword: Tourism, Tourism Place, Nature Tourism, Batu Hapu Cave, Beramban Cave, AHP Method.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine: (1) The effect of wages on labor absorption in the coal mining sector in Batulicin District. (2) The effect of production on labor absorption in the Coal Mining sector in Batulicin District. (3) The effect of investment on labor absorption in the Coal Mining sector in Batulicin District. This study uses secondary data related to Production, Investment and Wages, data collection techniques using document data, total sampling techniques from secondary data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test. The results obtained in this study indicate that production has a significant and positive effect on labor absorption in the manufacturing sector in Batulicin District 2010-2019. Investment has a significant and positive effect on employment in the manufacturing sector in Batulicin District 2010-2019. Wages do not have a significant effect and are negatively related to the absorption of labor in the manufacturing sector in Batulicin District 2010-2019. Production, investment and wages, simultaneously have in the manufacturing sector in Batulicin District 2010-2019.
