Abstract

Tourism villages are projected as an alternative to the new normal era tourist destinations. The tourism segment changes along with the new normal era, so tourists will choose private destinations such as nature-based tourism. The existence of a tourist village that implements CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environment Sustainability) assures tourists to travel safely in tourist villages. The research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis with a case study approach. The SWOT analysis shows that the potential of a tourist village can be developed into a developed tourism village, currently, there are 16 certified tourist villages and other tourist villages

Abstract

Pengemasan potensi wisata di Walitelon Utara Temanggung di era pandemi covid-19 dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yaitu pemanfaatan konten-konten yang dapat digunakan untuk mengenalkan potensi serta keindahan dan ragam budaya kampoeng dolanan yang ditujukan untuk menumbuhkan kembali pariwisata di Walitelon Utara serta untuk menambah kesejahteraan atau galang dana untuk membuka kembali Desa Wisata di tahun 2021 (Grand Opening) dan konten keindahan desa wisata “kampoeng Dolanan”. Tantangan tersendiri bagi POKDARWIS untuk bisa bersinergi dan berkolaborasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang masih terbatas karena kurangnya sumberdaya manusia dan adanya wabah pandemi covid-19  Sementara ini kerjasama dengan komponen penthahelix (ABG CAEM) yaitu : akademisi, bussiness, goverment, community and media) dalam memasarkan kampoeng dolanan anak.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid19 berdampak besar terhadap industri pariwisata, salah satunya adalah Kampung Dolanan yang berada di Walitelon Utara  Kabupaten Temanggung. (mohon gunakan susunan kalimat Bahasa Indonesia yang sesuai kaidah seperti S-P-O-K dan KBBI) Adanya support untuk POKDARWIS untuk memberikan pendampingan sebagai edukator, evaluator, komunikator, supervisor, motivator, dan fasilitator dalam membuat kemasan yang aman mendatangkan wisatawan keluarga di tengah pandemik covid 19 dengan Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru yang pastinya kesadaran akan protokol covid 19. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah desa wisata tidak ada kelengkapan untuk kegiatan operasional dan tidak memiliki perangkat yang mendukung untuk membuat digital event untuk berlatih dalam membuat konten serta memasarkannya. Generasi muda usia SMK / SMA, mahasiswa, guru serta yang melek teknologi sudah disiapkan di desa wisata ini. Solusi ini mempunyai luaran yaitu terlaksananya kegiatan digital event dan memberdayakan serta melestarikan budaya bangsa dalam bentuk digital sebagai sarana untuk mensiasati destinasi wisata yang aman dan sesuai dengan protokol covid 19 yang desa wisata, sehingga mampu menerapkan adaptasi kebiasaan baru untuk menggalakkan wisata budaya Bangsa Indonesia (wisata domestik maupun internasional). Strengthening Tourism Village Institutions through Digital Marketing Promotion in Cisaat Village, Ciater District, Subang Regency The Covid pandemic has a huge impact on the “Dolanan Village” of the North Walitelon Tourism Village, Temanggung Regency. Support for POKDARWIS by providing assistance as educators, evaluators, communicators, supervisors, motivators, and facilitators and making safe packaging in order to bring in tourists in the new normal era. The problems that occur are because the village does not have the equipment and equipment to support digital events. the equipment is used as a means of practice in creating content and marketing it. Students, teachers, help prepare technology in this tourist village. the purpose of assistance is to support the implementation of digital activities and empower and preserve the nation's culture in digital form, as a means to anticipate a tourist destination that is safe and in accordance with the Covid 19 protocol, so as to be able to apply new customs to promote cultural tourism of the Indonesian nation (domestic and international tourism).

Abstract

The Human Resources Department has the responsibility to oversee and manage human resources and everything related to the strategy of recruiting quality employees and the period of time when the Human Resources Department is looking for new candidate replacements. The importance of the ability to recruit quality employees for the Human Resources Department is one of the factors in improving professional human resources, and recruitment problems can be resolved well, thus reducing existing issues. This study aims to determine the strategy of recruiting quality employees at the Quest Prime Hotel and to overcome obstacles in the employee recruitment process at the Quest Prime Hotel. This research is a qualitative study that takes place at the Quest Prime Pemuda Hotel in Semarang. The subject of this study is the Human Resources Manager. The methods used in this study are Observation, Interview, and Documentation, thus obtaining accurate data. The form of recruitment process implemented by the Human Resources Department is by analyzing the required positions, screening the workforce, conducting interviews and selections, and making decisions, so as to obtain new employees with quality standards.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the efforts that can be made by linen attendants in handling guest complaints in accordance with the standard operational procedures at the Chanti Semarang Hotel. The data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation so that the data obtained about handling guest complaints will be accurate. The research findings are problems found related to linen that has spots or stains, linen that is damaged or torn, linen that is yellowing. Room attendants are parties who are also responsible and can help maintain linen cleanliness. Efforts that a linen attendant can make to handle guest complaints, whether in terms of efforts to improve deficiencies or efforts to prevent and minimize the occurrence of complaints from guests, so that linens with stain and damage problems can be resolved optimally and can be reused for operations. The conclusion that can be drawn is that if all work is carried out according to standard operational procedures, it will guarantee the smooth operation of the hotel. If problematic linen is optimally resolved, it will have a big impact on the satisfaction of the guests staying, thus reducing the possibility of complaints.
