Abstract

The advancement of smartphone technology has an impact in the field of education, especially in application-based interactive learning media. Based on the results of interviews at the Paya Laba Public Elementary School (SDN), some of the students have difficulty in using interactive learning media based on applications, ranging from operating skills, equipment, habits, benefits and others. Thus, to measure the level of acceptance of the use of interactive learning applications for reading, writing and arithmetic skills at SDN Paya Laba culd conducted by using a theoretical method which described the level of technology acceptance, namely the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). However, the study aims to analyze the implementation of interactive learning reading, writing, arithmetic based on android applications. The test was run by measuring the influence between variables in the TAM model, which labelling as Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Attitude towards Using Technology, Behavioral Intention to Use and Actual Technology Use. The data in this study were obtained from questionnaires which filled out by the respondents. The data analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) by using the SmartPLS application. The stages of data analysis started from designing the structural model, designing the measurement model, evaluating the measurement model, evaluating the structural model, and testing the hypothesis. From the research results based on the seven proposed hypotheses, there are six hypotheses declared accepted and one hypothesis rejected.

Abstract

Madrasah Ulumul Qur'an (MUQ) Pidie Regency is one of the educational institutions that has a tahfidz program. Recently, the recording of the memorization of the Qur'an for each student is carried out on one sheet of paper. The existence of information technology requires an educational institution to implement IT applications properly. This study aims to build a fine monitoring and evaluation system for tahfidz qur'an in terms of presenting data to the MUQ of Pidie Regency and parents. Data information on the proposed web and mobile application system is in the form of information data in kinds of tables, text, graphs and reports of rote achievement. The research method used research and development approach with an application development model (the waterfall). The applications used the concept of web services that connected between web and mobile applications. The results showed that the development of monitoring and evaluation system in the form of web and mobile applications for data management on the development of tahfidz by presenting data in the form of text, graphs and tables. This effectively provides monitoring and evaluation functions which easier, faster and more efficient. The results of the application effectiveness test showed that the average value of the percentage of 19 questions was 96%. Based on the results of the questionnaire, the average value is above 70%. Generally, this application is very helpful for parents in monitoring the development of their child's memorization.

Abstract

Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 ini   dimana pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi  dalam berbagai sektor untuk meciptakan kemudahan dalam berbagai kinerja agar lebih efisien dan efektiv. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi informasi pada era revolusi industri 4.0 penyelenggarakan tata kelola pemerintah adalah lahir sebuah program Smart City. Berdasarkan surat Direktorat Jenderal Aplikasi Informatika (Aptika) No. B.116/DJAI/AI.01.05/02/2019 tanggal 28 Februari 2019, bahwa Banda Aceh di pilih menjadi salah satu satu dari 100 Kota/Kabupaten di Indonesia menjadi Kota Percontohan Smart City di Indonesia. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah faktor enviromental, mobility dan politik mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi smart city di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian pendekatan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunaka Regresi Berganda Analisis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner secara online kepada kepada  aparatur negara sipil (ASN) dan Masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh yang mengerti Smart City. Hasil penelitian ini ketiga faktor Enviromental, Mobility dan Politic berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan implementasi Smart City di Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian ini kontribusi dan pengaruh Variabel Environmental, Mobility, dan Variabel Politic    terhadap Variabel Smart City di Banda Aceh  sebanyak 66,5 %, Kontribusi ini termasuk tinggi.

Abstract

The act of theft is an act carried out without being known by the owner. It takes vigilance in maintaining security at home, shops, buildings and other places. This study discusses how to design a room security system equipped with sensors placed at the entrance or at other locations that are equipped with security system applications. The study used ultrasonic sensors mounted on the door of the room and the Arduino microcontroller as a tool to process and the buzzer that functions to issue a warning sound. Cameras IP used to display indoor images and website applications to display and control streaming. The application works to detect when there is a movement approaching at a certain distance to the sensor. When there is a movement, the sensor will send a signal to Arduino and then Arduino sends a notification to the user. Users receive phone call notifications and can view room conditions through camera access on the website application. Website application is equipped with a control menu display that functions to turn on and off the alarm. The system prototype can send notifications to users via mobile phones if there is movement in a room with an IP camera.

Abstract

Several terms are used by the Government to collect data on the spread of covid-19's cases, namely People Under Surveillance (ODP), Patients Under Supervision (PDP), dead and positively infected. The Aceh government provides information on the spread of the covid-19 case through the official website media. Data of the cases are displayed daily based on the reports from districts / cities. District / city governments provide information based on reports from hospitals, health centers and from existing posts in each village. The unavailability of a data collection information system that can be used jointly in recording the spread of Covid-19 cases can lead to data duplication, because data collection is carried out according to individual needs. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to design and build a dissemination information system that can be used jointly between the village posts, sub-district offices, community health center (puskesmas) and hospitals. This research produces a website-based information system prototype for data collection on the spread of Covid-19 cases and API data services in the form of REST web services. Web Services are built using REST web services that generate request and response data using the JSON data format. The web services built can be used for integration with district / city and provincial government information systems, so that data changes can occur in real time.

Abstract

This study has the aim of designing an Android-based 2D and 3D animation e-module application which will later become a source of learning for students and also determining the feasibility level of the 2D and 3D animation e-module application to improve student learning outcomes. This study uses research and development (R & D) research methods and uses the Luther development model in developing software engineering applications using MIT App Inventor. This type of research is in the form of quantitative research in which all data is obtained through questionnaires from media experts, material experts, and students, as well as the results of pre-test and post-test students. The respondents in this study were 11 students in Class XI multimedia animation lessons in 2D and 3D. The hypothesis was tested using a paired t-test. The study's findings revealed that the use of 2D and 3D animation e-module applications had significant an impact on improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang secara luas sehingga menjadikan internet sebagai salah satu kebutuhan. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi memungkinkan terjadi keterbukaan informasi dengan berbagai fasilitas komunikasi digital atau literasi digital. Keterampilan digital dan keamanan digital adalah bagian dari literasi digital yang harus dipahami dan diperhatikan ketika menggunakan perangkat digital. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS dan Microsoft Excel di Perguruan Tinggi UIN Ar-Raniry, didapati hasil tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa dalam memahami literasi digital, digital skill, dan digital safety. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang kepahaman mahasiswa dalam memahami literasi digital, digital skill, dan digital safety. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pemahaman mahasiswa itu sendiri dalam menggunakan perangkat digital dan untuk melihat pemahaman mahasiswa pada digital skill dan digital safety. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metodologi kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan google form kepada mahasiswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 orang mahasiswa UIN ArRaniry dengan Teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari variabel literasi digital yaitu memiliki presentase 86.54% dengan kriteria baik. Pada variabel digital skill memiliki presentase 83.14% dengan kriteria baik. Dan pada variabel digital safety yaitu memiliki presentase 78.95% dengan kriteria cukup

Abstract

In the implementation of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages, surges or increases always occur in Indonesia every year, and are the cause of the emergence of a complex problem. there are many problems within the scope of hajj and umrah, such as the lack of a guiding role by the guide, resulting in the ignorance of the pilgrims about the Hajj and Umrah Organizing Law. The purpose of this study was to determine the Hajj ritual guidance strategy for the Office of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Banda Aceh and the factors that support and hinder the strategy of guidance for the Hajj rituals in improving the skills of pilgrims at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Banda Aceh. This research was conducted with a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the Strategy for guidance on Hajj rituals of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Banda Aceh in improving the skills of pilgrims by implementing a management strategy which includes 4 stages, the first is planning (planning). The second is organizing, the third is actuating, the fourth is supervision. Factors that support the existence of competent Hajj ritual guides, Have a legal umbrella, availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, Inhibiting factors, there is a profile of pilgrims whose education level is elementary school, there is an advanced age for pilgrims so that their physical condition decreases, and has an effect on the lack of concentration of pilgrims pilgrimage in the implementation of Hajj ritual guidance
