The fertility a body of water can be studied based of oceanographic parameters. The fertility of a body of water is closely related to high and low distribution of chlorophyll-a in the water High and low distribution of chlorophyll-a in a body of water can be studied by using satellite imagery. One of them by using satellite imagery Aqua Modis. Steps being taken: download imagery from MODIS website, cutting the image. Extract information from images, interpolation, and the division of classes. Aceh waters more fertile in June, July, and August compared to September and October. Aceh waters more fertile in the coastal area compared to the offshore area.

Masyarakat nelayan kabupaten Pidie masih mengandalkan cara-cara tradisional dalam melakukan proses penangkapan ikan sehingga hasil tangkapan ikan di Kabupaten Pidie hanya sebesar 1.252.892 Kg per tahun. Sajian data kesuburan perairan dalam bentuk peta merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi nelayan. Sajian peta dengan mengklasifikasi tingkat kesuburan menjadi, Sangat Subur, Subur, dan Tidak Subur. Zona potensi penangkapan ikan sangat subur hanya terdeteksi pada bulan Desember. Zona potensi penangkapan ikan subur di di seluruh wilayah perairan Kabupaten Pidie hanya pada bulan Februari. Zona potensi penangkapan ikan subur di sepanjang pesisir pantai terdeteksi pada bulan Januari, Maret, Mai, dan November. Potensi penangkapan ikan di wilayah perairan Kabupaten Pidie Pada bulan Juni, Juli, dan Agustus hanya terdeteksi di sebagian kecil wilayah pantai saja.

Government obliged the schools should held the online learning in terms of Covid 19 spreadness. However, the online learning process indicated less effective result. To overcome this problem, a blended learning model is applied. The blended learning model combines online learning with face-to-face (offline) learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the response and influence of the blended learning model with google classroom. The method used in this study is an applied research method by using one group pretest posttest design. The study involved students of class X TEI SMKN 1 Simpang Kanan, SIngkil, Aceh. The instrument used wa test questions and questionnaires. Data analyze by looking at the difference in the average score of students at the pretest and posttest result. The data showed that the blended learning model with google classroom had a positive effect on student learning outcomes. It proved from the results of hypothesis testing by using the paired sample test at = 0.05, the sig value is obtained. (2 tailed) of 0.046.It could concluded that Ha is accepted. The data also presented that there were differences in the learning outcomes of class X TEI before and after the implementation. This can be seen from the average score of students at the time of the pretest was 57.11 and the average value of the students at the time of the posttest was 65.88. Meanwhile, the students' response to the blended learning model with the help of Google Classroom is 80.8%. It can be concluded that the Belnded Learning model assisted by Google Classroom is quite effective to be applied to distance learning (online).

Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the researchers, there are many unpredictable things like traffic accidents, robbery, theft case and others. This study aims to facilitate the community in reporting the unexpected events of each individual. The designed app will later give you an idea of which system will be used by the community to report instances that are experienced easily and quickly. This research uses prototyping method. This research is done by collecting the data needed to create an application design that can be used to disrupt the application. Data obtained for further processing can be obtained so that a design can be used as a picture when the application will be implemented.

Abstrak - Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memprediksi zona tangkapan ikan a d a l a h dengan memanfaatkan citra satelit. Klorofil-a dan suhu permukaan laut parameter yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi area yang berpotensi untuk penangkapan ikan. Penelitian ini untuk akan memprediksi area yang berpotensi untuk penangkapan ikan berdasarkan sebaran SPL dan sebaran klorofil-a di perairan Aceh Jaya. Dan menyajikan area potensi penangkapan ikan dalam bentuk Peta yang mudah dimengerti oleh nelayan. Tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan, pengumpulan citra, pemotongan citra sesuai dengan daerah yang diinginkan, ekstrak informasi klorofil-a dan sebaran suhu permukaan laut, dan interpolasi dengan menggunakan metode Kriging. zona potensi panangkapan di perairan Aceh jaya hanya terdeteksi pada bulan November dan Desember yang tersebar di sepanjang pesisir pantai perairan Aceh jaya . Perairan Aceh sangat cocok dijadikan daerah untuk penangkapan ikan pada bulan November dan Desember dikarenakan pada bulan November dan Desember perairan Aceh jaya memiliki kandungan sebaran klorofil-a yang tinggi dan terdapat adanya suhu permukaan laut yang sesuai untuk penangkapan ikan yaitu antara 26 0C – 29 0C.

Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 ini dimana pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dalam berbagai sektor untuk meciptakan kemudahan dalam berbagai kinerja agar lebih efisien dan efektiv. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi informasi pada era revolusi industri 4.0 penyelenggarakan tata kelola pemerintah adalah lahir sebuah program Smart City. Berdasarkan surat Direktorat Jenderal Aplikasi Informatika (Aptika) No. B.116/DJAI/AI.01.05/02/2019 tanggal 28 Februari 2019, bahwa Banda Aceh di pilih menjadi salah satu satu dari 100 Kota/Kabupaten di Indonesia menjadi Kota Percontohan Smart City di Indonesia. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah faktor enviromental, mobility dan politik mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi smart city di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian pendekatan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunaka Regresi Berganda Analisis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner secara online kepada kepada aparatur negara sipil (ASN) dan Masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh yang mengerti Smart City. Hasil penelitian ini ketiga faktor Enviromental, Mobility dan Politic berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan implementasi Smart City di Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian ini kontribusi dan pengaruh Variabel Environmental, Mobility, dan Variabel Politic terhadap Variabel Smart City di Banda Aceh sebanyak 66,5 %, Kontribusi ini termasuk tinggi.

Education is a conscious effort to improve all forms of human resources. Vocational high school (SMK) is a level of education that prioritizes skills in certain fields. It has the main goal of preparing students to enter the workforce. SMKN 1 Darul Kamal is one of the vocational education levels which was interested by the junior high school graduates especially in terms of Electrical Installation Engineering. In class XI TITL,the students have a lot of difficulty in learning the science of Electrical Motor Installation (IML). This caused by limiting of teaching materials/printed books, that recently available in monochrome display theories and pictures. Thus, it is difficult for students to absorb their knowledge. The solution efforts should be done was applying the practicum module to assess the student learning outcomes and their responses to the electric motor installation module. This research used a quantitative approach. Based on the results of data processing, it shows that there is a different changing in students’outcomes that shown from the average score of students at the pre-test, which is 50 and the average score of students at the post-test, which was 76.25. As for the response to the electric motor installation practicum module, it showed a very high response from students, which the average of the response value was 85%.. It can be concluded that the motor installation module was effective in its application and it could be improved into other subject material.

Konsumsi daya pelanggan PLN dari sektor rumah tangga sangat tinggi. Konsumen listrik rumah tangga belum mengetahui secara detasil peralatan rumah tangga yang mengonsumsi listrik secara berlebihan. Tingkat konsumsi daya dipengaruhi oleh beban pada peralatan listrik tersebut. Pelanggan masih kesulitan memantau konsumsi daya setiap peralatan rumah tangga. Untuk ini diperlukan sistem pemantauan penggunaan listrik yang dapat dilihat pada aplikasi Blynk menggunakan grafik Gauge. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemakaian penggunaan peralatan listrik pada rumah tangga dan untuk mengetahui kebocoran arus yang menyebabkan borosnya pemakaian listrik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode prototype yang berfungsi sebagai kerangka kerja dalam sebuah penelitian. Perancangan alat Internet Of Things model prototype adalah pendekatan yang baik serta sangat efisien dan bisa berubah-ubah seiring berjalannnya waktu. Hasil monitoring listrik ini dapat dilihat melalui handphone menggunakan aplikasi Blynk, dengan menampilkan nilai yang terbaca pada sensor dan langsung terkoneksi ke internet. Data ini diuji menggunakan jumlah waktu yang sama agar bisa mengetahui pemakaiannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ptototype ini dapat mengetahui tegangan, arus, daya dan energi menggunakan sensor PZEM-004T, data yang didapat dari sensor tersebut diolah dari mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266, dan kebocoran arus listrik terjadi karena adanya kesalahan atau kerusakan pada suatu jaringan listrik yang mengakibatkan listrik mengalir ke tempat yang tidak semestinya

Fishing ground or fishing zone is a waters area which become a destination for fishing. Theprediction of fishing zone can be done by detecting chlorophyll-a and sea surface temperature distribution of Aqua MODIS Imagery. The aim of this study is to predict fishing zone on the waters of Pulo Aceh based on the chlorophyll distribution and sea surface temperature by utilizing the data of Aqua MODIS Satellite Imagery level 3. The stages of this study included collecting imagery, cutting the image according to the desired area, giving lands mark to display a more informative image, extracting information of chlorophyll-a and the distribution of sea surface temperature, and interpolating by using Kriging method. The highest distribution of chlorophyll-a happened in June and August, the spread moved from the the North Pulo Aceh to the South. The distribution of sea surface temperature that suitable for fishing was detected in August around the North Ujung Pulo Breuh and around pulau Keureusik. The potential zone of fishing on the waters of Pulo Aceh was only detected in August in the eastern of pulau Keureusik to Ujong Keumuroh. Pulo Aceh waters is suitable for fishing destination in August.
