Abstract

Diabetes melitus dan komplikasinya disebabkan oleh hiperglikemia yang menyebabkan stres oksidatif melalui produksi spesies oksigen reaktif (ROS). Asam Alfa Lipoat (ALA) terbukti dalam mengatasi stres oksidatif yang menyebabkan komplikasi vaskular pada diabetes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek ALA terhadap kadar malondialdehid (MDA) dan gambaran histologi hati tikus diabetes mellitus tipe 1. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan true experimental design dan posttest  only  control  group.  Tiga puluh ekor  tikus jantan (Rattus norvegicus galur wistar)  dibagi menjadi  lima  kelompok yaitu:  kelompok  tikus  normal,  tikus diabetes, tikus  diabetes  dengan  ALA  dosis 80mg/kgBB/hari, tikus  diabetes  dengan  ALA  dosis  200mg/kgBB/hari, dan tikus diabetes dengan ALA dosis 500mg/kg/hari. ALA diberikan sehari sekali secara oral. Induksi diabetes pada tikus dilakukan  secara intraperitonial  dosis  tunggal  streptozotocin  60mg/kgBB. Kadar  MDA  pada hati  diukur dengan metode spektrofotometri dan histologi hati diuji  setelah diwarnai dengan hematoksilin dan eosin. Pada penelitian ini, ALA dosis 80 dan 200mg/kgBB/hari tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap kadar MDA, namun terjadi perbaikan gambaran histologi, warna hati, dan penurunan perlemakan pada hepatosit dibandingkan tikus diabetes. Pada dosis ALA 500mg/kgBB/hari menunjukkan warna hati lebih pucat, peningkatan perlemakan pada hepatosit, dan tingkat kematian yang tinggi. Kesimpulan  dari  penelitian  ini, pemberian  ALA selama 4 minggu tidak berpengaruh terhadap kadar MDA, namun memperbaiki gambaran histologi hati tikus.ata Kunci: Asam alfa lipoat, diabetes mellitus tipe 1, histologi hati, malondialdehid,perlemakan hepatosit

Abstract

Several theories, including the theory of human capital, the theory of distributive social status, and the theory of class growth, have demonstrated the importance of education in driving economic growth. Likewise, studies from various countries have shown the importance of education as an initiator of economic growth. In this context there are many references that can be an indication that the level of education is a determining factor in the economy, or it can be interpreted that the economy has different abilities according to the level of education to see and observe from various perspectives, one of which is salary. , work life achieved, societal views and many other benchmarks which are evidence that educational attainment can affect an individual's finances. The purpose of this research is to find out the differences in the level of the economy based on the level of education in Indonesia. The next objective is to determine the percentage of prosperity achieved at each level of education in Indonesia. In this study, it also contains objectives related to the percentage of opportunities to be accepted for work at each level of education in Indonesia. The research method used is a case study through observation using the documentation method by conducting a literature study and including statistical data and reports related to education and the economy contained in the relevant agencies and conducting interviews with people who have different levels of education and current career paths. It is obtained from the actual data that individuals who are highly educated have the right to have higher compensation, are more able to find a more satisfying career, and have less to live as unemployed

Abstract

Halal label is part of the packaging on a product that contains information about the product or product sales. Halal label is an inclusion of a halal logo which aims as a statement of the halalness of the product. Product quality as the expected level of quality and control of diversity in achieving that quality to meet consumer needs. A product that has high quality will certainly give satisfaction to customers. decisions for Wardah products at muslimah PP Lubbul Labib and the quality moderates or significantly strengthens the relationship between halal labeling and purchasing decisions.          This research uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data and sample used was 15 people using the Slovin formula, taken by non-probability sampling with random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the halal labeling variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing          Products that have good quality are products that comply with specifications and provide satisfaction to consumers in meeting their needs. In addition, the halal label on the product is a distinctive feature for consumers as a guarantee of security in consuming the product, therefore, halal labeling and product quality will greatly influence purchasing decisions on products. In an Islamic perspective, it is necessary to include a halal label marked with halal certification. With the existence of halal certification, maslahah can be achieved and reassure the people. Maslahah in this case is maslahaha mursalah, namely the benefits that arise after the Muhammad SAW. died, and the maslahah is recognized and does not conflict with the shari'a.

Abstract

Abstract Verbs are types of words that are often used in everyday activities. Everything that is done is a form of activity that can be described using a verb. But do we already know the types of verbs we use? Based on the lexical meaning, verbs can be divided into three types, namely action verbs, conditional verbs, and process verbs. Based on this, this article will discuss the categories, functions, and roles of process verbs using data sourced from a Javanese novel entitled Desa Abad Anyar by Suryadi Ws, a Javanese writer who has been active in the Javanese literary world since the 1950s. Process verbs are types of verbs used to describe a change process that is being carried out. In Javanese, the verb process is used to describe the process of changing a state from one state to another. The purpose of this study is to find out what types of process verbs are used in Javanese novels and then explain them based on their syntactic functions, syntactic categories, and their semantic roles. The theory used in this research is generative transformation theory and this research is in the form of qualitative descriptive research. The data sources and data used were taken from the novel Desa Abad Anyar by Suryadi Ws. How to collect data using reading and note techniques. Then the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques (summarizing data), data display (making data charts), conclusion drawing/verification (drawing conclusions), codification (giving numbers), and triangulation (cross-checking data) all of which are embodied in the form of data cards. The method of presenting data in this study uses distributional or agi techniques, especially the insert, transform, and replace methods. This research resulted in five things, namely (1) function, category, and the role of event process verbs. In this case it can be distinguished again, into (a) the function, category, and role of the incident process verb, and (b) the function, category, and role of the bodily event process verb; The next results are (2) the function, category, and role of non-agent process verbs; (3) function, category, and role of experiential process verbs; (4) function, category, and role of process verbs; function, category, and role of locative process verbs. Keywords: function, category, role, process verb. Kata kerja merupakan jenis kata yang sering digunakan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Setiap hal yang dilakukan merupakan suatu bentuk kegiatan yang dapat dijelaskan menggunakan kata kerja. Namun apakah kita sudah mengetahui jenis-jenis kata kerja yang kita gunakan tersebut? Berdasarkan makna leksikalnya kata kerja dapat dibedakan menjadi tiga jenis, yaitu kata kerja aksi, kata kerja keadaan, dan kata kerja proses. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dalam artikel ini akan membahas tentang kategori, fungsi, dan peran kata kerja proses menggunakan data yang bersumber dari novel bahasa Jawa yang berjudul Desa Abad Anyar karya Suryadi Ws, seorang sastrawan jawa yang sudah aktif di dunia sastra Jawa sejak tahun 1950-an. Kata kerja proses merupakan jenis kata kerja yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan suatu proses perubahan yang sedang dilakukan. Dalam bahasa Jawa, kata kerja proses digunakan untuk menjelaskan proses perubahan suatu keadaan dari keadaan satu ke keadaan yang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja jenis kata kerja proses yang digunakan dalam novel bahasa Jawa kemudian dijelaskan berdasarkan fungsi sintaksis, kategori sintaksis, dan peran semantiknya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori transformasi generatif dan penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dan data yang digunakan diambil dari novel Desa Abad Anyar karya Suryadi Ws. Cara mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik baca dan catat. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan teknik data reduction (meringkas data), data display (membuat bagan data), conclution drawing/verification (menarik kesimpulan), kodifikasi (memberikan angka), dan triangulasi (mengkroscek data) yang keseluruh tahapan tersebut diwujudkan dalam bentuk kartu data. Metode penyajian data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik distribusional atau agi, khususnya metode sisip, ubah bentuk, dan ganti. Penelitian ini menghasilkan lima hal, yaitu (1) kategori, fungsi,dan peran kata kerja proses peristiwa. Dalam hal ini dapat dibedakan lagi, menjadi (a) kategori, fungsi,dan peran kata kerja proses kejadian, dan (b) kategori, fungsi,dan peran kata kerja proses peristiwa badani; Hasil selanjutnya yaitu (2) kategori, fungsi,dan peran kata kerja proses nonagentif; (3) kategori, fungsi,dan peran kata kerja proses pengalaman; (4) kategori, fungsi,dan peran kata kerja proses benefaktif; kategori, fungsi,dan peran kata kerja proses lokatif. Kata kunci : kategori, fungsi, peran, kata kerja proses.
