Abstract

This article aims to describe the model of strengthening social functioning in the 5.0 society era. The discussion begins by discussing the constellation of the elderly with the physical and social environment, the position of the elderly in the 5.0 society era, and social capital as a model for strengthening the social functioning of the elderly in the 5.0 society era. This study is based on a literature study with an ecological approach both physically and socially. According to the findings of this study, the physical and social environment have an impact on the social functioning of the elderly. In addition, in responding to existing opportunities, social capital can be a strength to strengthen the social functioning of the elderly in the 5.0 era of society.Keywords: Elderly, Physical and Social Environment, Society5.0, Social Functioning, Social Capital.

Abstract

Organisasi pelayanan kemanusiaan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada penerima manfaat dengan memanfaatkan sistem informasi manajemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  memperoleh deskripsi mengenai sistem informasi manajemen dan pemanfaatannya oleh Yayasan Aksi Cepat Tanggap Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Deskripsi sistem informasi manajemen diawali dengan pengidentifikasian data melalui tahapan input, throughput, output, dan outcome. Setelah penjabaran mengenai pengidentifikasian data, maka dilanjutkan dengan pendeskripsian proses pengolahan data menjadi informasi serta pemanfaatannya bagi kepentingan organisasi dalam memberikan pelayanan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Yayasan Aksi Cepat Tanggap Kabupaten Bandung Barat sebagai organisasi pelayanan kemanusiaan telah menggunakan sistem informasi manajemen untuk kepentingan organisasi, baik secara internal maupun eksternal dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada penerima manfaat. Namun, terdapat kendala yang perlu diatasi berkaitan dengan pengembangan aplikasi atau website sistem informasi manajemen, baik berupa fitur pengelolaan data penerima manfaat maupun pelatihan staf dalam proses pengoperasian. Sehingga, manfaat elemen program pada sistem informasi manajemen dapat dirasakan secara merata baik oleh organisasi, relawan, maupun penerima manfaat.
