Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence investment knowledge, technological facilities, student status and gender have on investment interest. The data used in this study are primary data, the population taken in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Prima Indonesia, while the research sample taken was accounting students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Prima Indonesia who had completed the portfolio theory and investment analysis courses and are currently still registered at the Faculty of Economics, University of Prima Indonesia. The sample in this study was 236 respondents who were taken using the Slovin formula. The data were processed using SPSS assistance. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of investment knowledge, technology facilities and gender have a positive effect on investment interest, while the variable student status has a negative effect on investment interest

Abstract

This research was conducted at Prima Indonesia University. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship courses on attitudes, motivation and interests of accounting students at Prima Indonesia University in entrepreneurship. The sample in this study was 236 respondents who were taken using the Slovin formula. The data were processed using SPSS assistance. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of entrepreneurial knowledge, attitudes and motivation have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest

Abstract

This paper aims to predict financial distress as seen from the factors of GCG, ROA and DER. This research was conducted in the property and real estate sector, amounting to 52 companies with a sample of 27 companies. The data analysis tool used was multiple discriminant analysis. The results of this data test meet the four requirements of the classical assumption test. The GCG variable in this study uses an independent commissioner proxy and to predict financial distress uses the Altman Z Score formula. The conclusion of this research is that partially GCG (independent commissioner) is notable to distinguish between bankrupt, gray and healthy companies, while partially ROA and DER able to distinguish between bankrupt, gray and healthy companies

Abstract

This study aims to test whether Current Ratio, Debt to Total Asset Ratio, Cash Turnover and Total Asset Turnover have an influence on Return on Assets using the t test and F test. This research method uses a deductive approach, quantitative research types and descriptive research characteristics. . The population of the food and beverage sub-sector companies is 23 companies using purposive sampling, the sample size is 13 industries. The results showed that the partial current ratio has a positive and significant effect on ROA, by means of partial cash turnover has a negative and significant effect on ROA, but by means of partial DAR and TATO it has no effect on ROA. By simultaneous means Current Ratio, Debt to Total Asset Ratio, Cash Turnover and Total Asset Turnover have a significant effect on ROA. According to the exposure to the test results of the coefficient of determination observed through the Adjusted R Square value of 0.644, which means 64.4% of the variation in the dependent variable ROA that can be described by the variables (Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Cash Turnover and Total Asset Turnover) where the rest value of 35.6% is influenced by other causes such as cash turnover variables, accounts receivable turnover, working capital.
