Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, price, location and promotion, both simultaneously and partially whether it has an influence on the decision of consumers to buy a house in Housing Borneo Paradiso Balikpapan. The number of samples in this study were 54 respondents and using census techniques. The data used are primary data and secondary data, methods of data collection using questionnaires and analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis is simultaneously proven because the four independent variables namely product, price, location and promotion simultaneously have a significant influence on buying decisions and the hypothesis is partially proven that the location variable is the dominant variable in this study.

Abstract

Celebrity Endorser (visibility, credibility, attractiveness and power) towards the decision to buy fastron oil in Balikpapan City. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The population in this research is all the use of fastron oil in Balikpapan City and the sample used is 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the celebrity endorser variables (visibility, credibility, attractiveness, and power) simultaneously associated with Fastron oil purchasing decisions and partial variable visibility had a positive and significant effect, positive and significant credibility, positive and significant attractiveness and positive questionable power and significant to purchasing decisions and power variables are variables that have a dominant influence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the variable quality of tangible service, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy simultaneously or partially has an influence on Muzakki satisfaction on the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) of East Kalimantan. The sample in this study is muzakki who has made alms profession at the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) in East Kalimantan. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously service quality variables (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) had an significant effect on Muzakki's satisfaction on the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) of East Kalimantan. Partially, the guarantee variable has a significant and dominant effect on Muzakki's satisfaction on the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) of East Kalimantan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneously or partially the variables of physical evidence, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance on student satisfaction at Jogja Flight Education Center Balikpapan. The population in this study were students who were registered in 2015-2019, amounting to 210 students. By using random sampling technique so that it can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 63 students. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of physical evidence, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction on Jogja Flight. Education Center Balikpapan. While partially it can be concluded that of the five variables, the responsiveness variable has a dominant effect on student satisfaction at Jogja Flight Education Center Balikpapan.

Abstract

This community service activity is entitled Improvement of UMKM through the dissemination of simple financial reports in Damai Baru Sub-District, South Balikpapan District. The purpose of this service is to socialize the importance of simple financial reports for small and micro medium entrepreneurs. From the results of socialization and mentoring in making simple financial reports can facilitate UMKM actors in distinguishing between capital and profits, can know the extent to which the business development and can classify capital and income to know where and where the money is spinning. In addition, business people also understand more about investment and how to compete in a healthy manner with fellow business people in the Damai Baru sub-district, South Balikpapan District.
