Abstract

Begitu pesatnya pertumbuhan jumlah hotel di kota Balikpapan mulai dari hotel melati hingga ke hotel berbintang menyebabkan para pengusaha yang bergerak dibidang perhotelan harus mampu membaca serta menganalisa persaingan dan strategi pesaing benar-benar harus diamati agar eksistensi dan keberadaan hotel dapat terjaga serta tingkat market share tidak menurun. Dalam bisnis atau usaha perhotelan maka pelayanan adalah merupakan suatu hal yang sangat erat kaitannya terhadap keberhasilan suatu hotel. Pelayanan dimaksud adalah merupakan sesuatu yang diberikan oleh pihak hotel baik fasilitas hotel yang ditawarkan maupun dalam bentuk servis yang berbentuk seperti snack, minuman, sabun, pasta gigi, handuk dan lain-lain maupun pelayanan yang langsung diberikan oleh karyawan dalam bentuk perhatian serta keterampilan, pengetahuan serta kecepatan memberikan pelayanan. Oleh karena ingin mengetahui kualitas pelayanan jasa yang seperti apa yang dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggannya sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan. Dapat dikatakan bahwa tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan jasa seperti kehandalan, daya tanggap, kepastian, empati, dan berwujud terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dimana dalam metode ini dapat mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan jasa terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Le Grandeur Balikpapan secara simultan maupun secara parsial.

Abstract

This community service activity is entitled Improvement of UMKM through the dissemination of simple financial reports in Damai Baru Sub-District, South Balikpapan District. The purpose of this service is to socialize the importance of simple financial reports for small and micro medium entrepreneurs. From the results of socialization and mentoring in making simple financial reports can facilitate UMKM actors in distinguishing between capital and profits, can know the extent to which the business development and can classify capital and income to know where and where the money is spinning. In addition, business people also understand more about investment and how to compete in a healthy manner with fellow business people in the Damai Baru sub-district, South Balikpapan District.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of the company's financial performance in order to manage the company's assets in achieving optimal profit, the performance of the management of the company's assets can be seen from the Activity Ratio, namely Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, and Inventory Turnover, based on the results of analysis both simultaneously and partially to the optimization of profit. The object in this study is PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk, while the data used is the financial statements of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk, the first quarter of 2010 – the fourth quarter of 2020. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regressions with classic assumption test, F Test (simultaneous), and t test (partial). Based on the classic Assumption test does not occur multicolerity, autocorrelation and heteresdastisitas. The results of simultaneous analysis (Test F) show that Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, and Inventory Turnover have a significant influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to influence the variable Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and Price to Earning Ratio on Fiem Value on sub sectors of Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange. The population used in this study was 10 sub sectors Pharmaceutical Companies. And the sample is 8 sub sectors Pharmaceutical Companies. Sampling with proposive sampling method with criteria determined by researchers. The method used is multiple regression analysis method. Based on the results of the F test, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, and Price to Earnign Ratio influence jointly on Firm Value on sub sectors Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on the IDX. Based on the results of the t test, Current Ratio has a  negative and not significant effect on Firm Value. Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and not significant effect on Firm Value. Return on Asset has a negative and not significant effect on Firm Value. Price to Earning Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Firm Value. And the result can be concluded that of the four variables Price to Earning Ratio is dominant against Firm Value on sub sectors Pharmaceutical Companies on the IDX.

Abstract

Online marketplaces are so crowded that it can make it easier for someone to trade in everyday life. By introducing this technology to the public in particular, the residents of Rawa Village RT 02/RW 08 Johar New Jakarta Center. It is expected to make it easier for someone to start an online store business, or to facilitate someone to promote their products, therefore by organizing learning in order to devote to the community to socialize the introduction of online marketplace and also provide training on the use of features that exist in the marketplace that can be used by Residents of Kampung Rawa RT 02/RW 08 Johar New Jakarta Center. It is a community service by us.
