<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equtiy (ROE), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Textile dan Garment yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi yang digunakan adalah 17 perusahaan Textile dan Garment periode 2012-2016. Sampelnya adalah 5 perusahaan Textile dan Garment dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Besarnya koefisien korelasi secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat kuat antara debt to equity ratio, return on equtiy, dan net profit margin terhadap nilai perusahaan. Berdasarkan uji F bahwa debt to equity ratio, return on equity dan net profit margin secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan Textile dan Garment yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan uji t bahwa debt to equity ratio, return on equtiy, dan net profit margin terhadap nilai perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis (Uji t) secara parsial return on equity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan debt to equity ratio dan net profit margin berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan Textile dan Garment.]]>

<![CDATA[Motivasi adalah suatu alasan yang mendorong seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu, seperti pilihan untuk bekerja diperusahaan swasta atau disektor publik. Motivasi kerja sangat penting dan dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan, karena dapat meningkatkan produktifitas kerja pegawai yang telah ditentukan sehingga akan berdampak terhadap kepuasan kerja bagi pegawai. Motivasi dapat berasal dari dalam diri pegawai (intrinsik) atau dari luar diri pegawai (ekstrinsik). Keberhasilan motivasi kerja akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, pengawasan, motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Jumlah populasi yang digunakan adalah semua pegawai yaitu sebanyak 35 orang, dengan metode sensus, maka semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, pengawasan, motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan; pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan; motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Dan yang berpengaruh dominan adalah motivasi.]]>

<![CDATA[Stock Portfolio Performance Analysis Using the Sharpe, Treynor, and Jensen Index Methods in the SRI-KEHATI Index Stock Group on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of optimal stock portfolios in the SRI-KEHATI index stock group on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period November 2018-October 2019. The method of data analysis uses a single index model to form an optimal portfolio and use the Sharpe, Treynor, and Jensen index methods to assess the performance of a stock portfolio. Based on the analysis of optimal portfolio formation shows that on the first semester there were 16 stocks that entered the optimal portfolio out of a total of 24 stocks as sample with an expected return of 6.00% and a risk of 0.82%. In the second semester there were only 5 stocks that entered the optimal portfolio out of a total of 24 stocks as sample with an expected return of 1.50% and a risk of 0.15%. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of stock portfolio performance assessment shows that of the three portfolio performance assessment index methods, the index method that provides the best performance in the SRI-KEHATI index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is the Sharpe index method, which is on the first semester portfolio with an index value of 0.60567. The higher Sharpe index value, the better performance of stock portfolio.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Price Earning Ratio, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity and Debt To Equity Ratio partially on Stock Prices. In this study, a population of eleven companies and a total sample of seven pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange were taken using the criteria determined by the author. The data analysis method uses is multiple linear regression. The results of the F test are Price Earning Ratio, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity and Debt To Equity Ratio have a significant effect on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the t-test is Earning Per Share has a significant effect while Price Earning Ratio, Return On Equity and Debt To Equity Ratio have no significant effect on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berjudul Peningkatan Kualitas Sistem Pelaporan Manajemen Keuangan Koperasi menunjukkan bahwa koperasi tersebut belum melakukan manajemen keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi dan belum menggunakan sistem komputerisasi akuntansi dalam sistem pelaporan keuangannya. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilaksanakan adalah : (1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota Koperasi Tirta Manggar PDAM Kota Balikpapan tentang teknis pembukuan manajemen keuangan koperasi; (2) Meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus koperasi menggunakan sistem komputerisasi akuntansi dalam sistem pelaporan keuangannya sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembukuan manajemen keuangan koperasi tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dirancang kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan yaitu : (1) Sosialisasi teknis pembukuan manajemen keuangan koperasi dan sistem pelaporan berbasis komputerisasi akuntansi; (2) Pelatihan sistem komputerisasi akuntansi dan teknis pembukuan.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influece of simultaneus or partially variable Local Revenues, Balance Funds, Other Legitimate Income Toward Regional Expense on Balikpapan city. In year 2010-2018 obtained from the Office Regional Financial and Asset Management of Balikpapan. The technique of determination of sample in this study using saturated sample. Test result simultaneously that The effect of Local Revenues, Balance Funds, and Other Legitimate Income Toward Regional Expense on Balikpapan city. Collectively have a not significant influence on the Balikpapan city. Because Fhitung is smaller that Ftabel. While the test resulhts that partially Local Revenues has a positive effect and significant, Balance Funds has a positive effect and not significant, and Other Legitimate Income has a negative effect and not significant. Test resulhts that partially Local Revenues has a dominant influence Regional Expense on Balikpapan city because value thitung and the partial r most large compared to other variable second.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, kebijakan dividen, return on assets dan pertumbuhan laba perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor industrials di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2016-2021. Nilai perusahaan di proksikan menggunakan Price to Book Value (PBV), Kepemilikan Manajerial diproksikan menggunakan rumus KM, Kepemilikan Institusional diproksikan menggunakan rumus KI, Kebijakan Dividen diproksikan menggunakan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Return on Asset diproksikan menggunakan ROA dan Pertumbuhan Laba Perusahaan diproksikan menggunakan Profitabillity Growth (PG). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor industrials di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2016-2021 yang terdiri dari 52 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan total sampel 30 sampel dari 5 perusahaan yang terpilih. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan serta return on assets dan pertumbuhan laba perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to test the influence of good corporate governance (independent commissioners, institutional ownership, board of directors, and audit committees) and profitability on the firm value. This research was conducted because of the low GCG implementation in Indonesia. This study used multiple linear regression to test the influence between variables and Sobel tests to determine the mediation effect of profitability. The research was conducted on companies registered in LQ45 for the years 2015-2019. The data used in the study was 245 data. The results showed that independent commissioners and audit committees had a negative effect, the board of directors had a positive effect, and institutional ownership did not affect profitability. Direct testing of GCG's influence on the firm values showed that independent commissioners had a negative effect, institutional ownership had a positive effect, and the board of directors and audit committee did not affect the firm value. The results also showed that profitability could mediate the influence of GCG on the firm value except for institutional ownership variables. Further research is expected to increase the number of samples and use different measurements of the firm. Companies need to improve GCG to increase management transparency so that investors and creditors can make appropriate decisions about the company.]]>

Kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan untuk peningkatan pemahaman peserta dalam melakukan kelayakan bisnis pembuatan kue Takoyaki. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2022 di Kelurahan Manggar Kecamatan Balikpapan Timur Kota Balikpapan dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah bahwa peserta dapat memahami dan mengerti tentang perlunya studi kelayakan bisnis Takoyaki.]]>
