Abstract

Dewasa ini kita sudah sangat memahami dan mempelajari bahwa negara kita Indonesia merupakan negara kesatuan yang berbentuk republik, dimana pemerintahan negara kita ini merupakan negara yang bentuk administrasinya dilaksanakan secara demokratis. Demokratis disini memiliki arti bahwa suatu pemerintahan dijalankan dengan memberi kuasa tertinggi terletak di tangan rakyat. Disinilah dimana pelaksanaan pemilihan umum (pemilu) merupakan salah satu cara untuk mencapai suatu negara demokratis yang efisien dan ideal, dimana rakyat dapat menggunakan hak suaranya dalam memilih pemimpin yang diinginkan dan dikehendaki oleh rakyat sebagai kepala pemerintah dan negara dimana pemimpin tersebut yang akan membawakan negara Indonesia ke depan yang lebih sejahtera. Namun, pelaksanaan pemilu ini juga belum tentu terlaksanakan secara lancar di masyarakat kita. Masih banyak proses-proses administratif dan sosial yang harus dilakukan menjelang kegiatan pemilihan umum serta dibutuhkan persiapan yang cukup. Kita juga harus perhatikan juga terhadap tingkat kesadaran terhadap pentingnya pemilu di negara kita, terutama di lingkungan generasi muda penerus bangsa karena melalui mereka negara kita dapat semakin maju kedepannya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan yuridis empiris dan turun ke lapangan secara langsung ke Masyarakat. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini yaitu siswa SMA Ibnu Sina. Artikel ini ditulis sebagai upaya untuk melaporkan hasil dari kegiatan guna mewujudkan peningkatan kesadaran terhadap proses pemilihan umum di lingkungan SMA ini sebagai salah satu metode untuk mewujudkan terlaksananya demokrasi di negara kita. Dengan ini, kami berharap kedepannya dapat semakin meningkat terhadap kesadaran pemilu di lingkungan kita.

Abstract

Alip Seafood is an enterprise that engaged in the sale of fresh fish established in 1995. Since the establishment of the company, the company still uses traditional bookkeeping that records its financial transactions manually. The traditional bookkeeping is inefficient and ineffective in generating financial reports for the owner to make financial decisions. Thus, this study aizms to an accounting system that can record transactions and generate financial statements automatically and accurately. The system designed for Alip Seafood is based on Microsoft Access. The data used in this research were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. This system is capable of recording transactions and generating financial statements accurately. The system also allows the owner of Alip Seafood to view other information such as stocks in inventory, purchase report, sales report, lists of customers, lists of suppliers, and accounts payable report. This project is expected to help the owner understand its financial position and performance so that the owner can make the right financial decisions that can support its sustainability. The recommendation for future research is to provide more innovative and useful solutions to other enterprises.

Abstract

This activity aims to design an accounting record system for business owner. Since the company was established, the company has been doing accounting record manually by using Microsoft Excel. Manual recording is considered as ineffective procedure and it will be hard to find an error if any. Therefore, a systematized accounting record will be more practical so that the company can make decisions easily. First, this activity begins with an interview with the owner to obtain information related such as main activities, internal controls, and others. Then the system was designed by using Microsoft Access 2016 based on company requirements and information. After completing the system, there will be a trial to test the system. Once passed, the system is implemented to the company. The object of this activity is PT. Kisuja Wisata tours & Travel. Through this activity, the business owner can enter transactions through a form and can access financial reports directly.
