Abstract

ABSTRACTMarketing advantage can be achieved by considering 7 (seven) variables of "Marketing Mix" consisting of Product, Price, Place (Distibution), Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence. Given 87.18% of the Indonesian population embraced Islam (Shaw, 2006) it is very relevant when applied model of Sharia Marketing. Through Sharia Marketing Mix the whole process, both the creation process, the supply and the change of value (value), should not be in conflict with the Islamic muamalah and the principle of muamalah.The results showed that the processed fish products of UKM Kenjeran Surabaya fish depends on the catch of fishermen both in quantity and quality. The pricing is in agreement with the seller-buyer, and there is no element of usury. Distribution of product marketing is marketed in the surrounding area and serving orders. Promotion is done through exhibition when in village or neighborhood RT / RW held a celebration. Reasonable marketing service, with greetings, greetings, smiles, courtesy, and courtesy. The conventional marketing process has not yet paid attention to attractive product packaging and brand (brand) that can be known to the wider community. Abstract

One of the most important social challenge for business is a balance between economic interests and maintain order terwjudkan ecologically sustainable development. Morals and ethics have a function to give the orientation of how and where we are heading in life, but the difference is that morality is a direct show of ways to go, while directing the choice of ethics precisely why you should move in suchaway? Business ethics is the application of ethical thinking in general, in business behavior. Business ethics is not a specific part of ethics which is different from ethics in general and are applicable only to business. If dishonesty is considered unethical and immoral, then anyone in business who are not honest with shareholders, employees, consumers or competitors, have acted in an unethical and immoral. According to the conventional ideology of economic development and preservation is a dichotomy that separated from one another. When in fact, both have a very close relationship and jointly become a national agenda that must be considered by the government and society in a country. This means that without an adequate environmental protection, development will be lost meaning (undermined). Thus the nature of the sustainable development, are the balance between economic interests with ecological sustainability (ecology are: Science of learning about how living creatures interact with one another within an ecosystem). Economic learning goals lead students to have the ability to solve the various problems it faces. Therefore, through the educational values in business ethics expected of students have the knowledge and the provision to be applied in everyday life which would not intentionally or engage in business activities. Kata kunci : Pendidikan Etika Bisnis, Kesadaran ramah lingkungan

Abstract

Dalam organisasi koperasi,  anggota berstatus sebagai pemilik sekaligus sebagai pelanggan (dual identity)  maka konsekuensinya harus berperan aktif dalam keusahaan, kepengurusan, dan keanggotaan agar dapat dicapai tujuan promosi anggota.  Koperasi sebagai organisasi ekonomi  berwatak sosial yang mendasarkan pengelolaan usahanya secara demokratis, diwujudkan melalui kebersamaan,   kekeluargaan, dan keterbukaan ketika mengelola usahanya. Oleh karena itu   koperasi dikenal sebagai  badan usaha yang memiliki ciri: dari, oleh, untuk anggota   Dalam hubungan kausalitas antara partisipasi kontribusi dan partisipasi insentif maka :(a). Anggota akan terdorong untuk lebih berpartisipasi apabila pengurus menunjukkan prestasi kerja yang memuaskan pada anggota, (b).  Pengurus akan dapat bekerja maksimal apabila anggota makin sadar dalam memberi kontribusi kepada koperasi, baik kontribusi  moral maupun material.

Abstract

The partnership between Semen Gresik and Small Middles Enterprises (SMEs) kind of social responsibility implementation in the form of where Semen Gresik as the fasilitator of the community potential business empowering and the SMEs ability improvement in managing its own business to be more capable and growing up. The partnership program is one part of CSR which is able to give additional value to those stakeholders especially in giving good advices for the SMEs to fulfill their capital to build the business up. Other findings investigated that the partnership program gives a facility to held some trainnings and the apprentice activities wich support the SMEs creativities  and  skills.  In  the  other  that,  the  product  exhibitions  can  be  the  SMEs learning process in inspiring the product quality improvement dan expanding the marketing links.Hubungan kemitraan Semen Gresik dengan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) melalui Program Kemitraan  merupakan bentuk implementasi tanggung jawab sosial dimana Semen Gresik berperan sebagai fasilitator pemberdayaan potensi usaha masyarakat untuk peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya manusia dan bisnis usaha kecil dan mikro. Program Kemitraan sebagai bagian dari Corporate Social Responsibility memberi solusi kesulitan modal kerja UKM untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Selain itu memfasilitasi  pendidikan/pelatihan dan magang untuk  menunjang kreatifitas dan keterampilan  UKM.  Sedangkan  partisipasi  UKM  dalam  pameran  produk  sebagai sumber inspirasi peningkatan kualitas produk dan perluasan jaringan pemasaran.Kata Kunci: program kemitraan, sumber daya manusia, kinerja bisnis, pengusaha kecil, PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk.

Abstract

Kebijakan privatisasi merupakan salah satu kebijakan yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk mengalihkan sebagian atau keseluruhan aset yang dimiliki negara kepada pihak swasta. Privatisasi BUMN telah menimbulkan pro dan kontra di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Sebagian masyarakat setuju dengan privatisasi sepanjang privatisasi dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih baik, sebagian masyarakat menolak privatisasi karena dianggap tidak nasionalis dan menghabiskan aset  negara.Tujuan yang akan dicapai melalui kebijakan privatisasi adalah memberikan kontribusi finansial kepada negara dan badan usaha, mempercepat penerapan prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance, membuka akses ke pasar internasional, dan alih teknologi serta transfer best practice kepada badan usaha.Di Indonesia, pemerintah dapat melakukan privatisasi setelah DPR-RI memberikan persetujuan atas RAPBN yang di dalamnya terdapat target penerimaan negara dari hasil privatisasi. Privatisasi dilakukan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip transparansi, kemandirian, akuntabilitas, pertanggung-jawaban, kewajaran, dan prinsip harga terbaik dengan memperhatikan kondisi pasar (domestik dan internasional). Sumbangan terbesar  dari BUMN sesungguhnya adalah barasal dari pajak,  lalu deviden, baru kemudian diikuti oleh  dari hasil privatisasi.  Dengan demikian apabila kita mengharapkan kontribusi yang lebih besar dari BUMN bagi perekonomian nasional, maka langkah logis yang harus dilakukan adalah menyehatkan BUMN sehingga dapat memberi kontribusi berupa  pajak dan deviden dalam jumlah yang lebih besar lagi. Kata Kunci : Privatisasi BUMN, Perekonomian Nasional.
