Abstract

AbstrakPenyakit Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) adalah salah satu penyakit yang terkait dengan sistem imun. Penyakit SLE masih tergolong penyakit yang awam di Indonesia. Banyak faktor yang memengaruhi terjadinya kasus SLE di Indonesia, antara lain belum terpenuhinya kebutuhan pasien dan keluarganya tentang informasi, pendidikan, dan dukungan yang terkait dengan SLE. Hal ini diperlukan agar pasien mudah dalam penanganan penyakit terkait. Artikel dikumpulkan melalui database elektronik CINAHL, ScienceDirect, dan Proquest menggunakan kata kunci manajemen diri, sistemik lupus erythemathosus, kelelahan, dan depresi. Kriteria inklusi adalah penelitian terhadap jurnal yang diterbitkan pada periode antara tahun 2008-2017. Upaya mengurangi efek negatif penyakit kronis mutlak diperlukan. Salah satunya adalah penerapan program manajemen diri pada pasien SLE. Telah terbukti bahwa penerapan manajemen diri memiliki efek dalam mengurangi kelelahan dan depresi, dan meningkatkan keterampilan mengatasi dan efikasi diri. Pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang program keperawatan yang relevan dalam pengelolaan penyakit kronis harus dikembangkan dalam lingkup praktik dan penelitian. Oleh karena itu, partisipasi aktif pasien dan keluarga merupakan komponen penting dalam keberhasilan program pengobatan. Kata kunci : depresi, kelelahan, manajemen diri, regulasi diri, dan sistemik lupus erythemathosus Abstract  Self Regulation in Chronic Illness - Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: Literature Review. Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is one of the diseases that associated with immune system. SLE is still classified as a disease that lay in Indonesia. Many factors that cause this disease are not detected, one of which has not fulfilled the needs of patients and family of information, education, and support that is associated with SLE. This is necessary to enable the patient in self-management related illness. Articles were collected through electronic databases CINAHL, Science Direct, and ProQuest using keywords self-management, systemic lupus erythematosus, fatigue, and depression. The inclusion criteria were studies to journals published in the period between the years 2008-2017. Efforts to reduce the negative effects of chronic disease is absolutely necessary. One is the application of self-management program in patients with SLE. It has been proven that the application has an effect in reducing fatigue and depression, and increasing coping skills and self-efficacy. Knowledge and understanding of relevant nursing programs in chronic disease self-management should be developed within the scope of practice and research. So that the active participation of the patient and family is an important component in the success of a treatment program. Keywords : depression,  fatigue, self management, self regulation, and systemic lupus erythemathos

Abstract

Novel Coronavirus 2019 (COVI-19) which occurred in 2020 has an impact on various aspects of human life, including the aspect of education. Learning activities that are initially face-to-face must be adapted to online learning. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the perceptions of parents who have school-age children facing the adaptation of new habits during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used a descriptive study design involving 207 respondents who were spread throughout Indonesia. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling. The research was conducted in the range of May - June 2020. The instrument used in this study was a Likert scale questionnaire whose statement items were adopted and modified from the Decree of the Minister of Health Number HK.01.07 / MENKES / 328/2020. Statement items consist of 20 items. Based on the analysis of the items of the parent's readiness statement, it was found that the average value of parents' readiness was 2.64, children's readiness was 2.30, and school readiness was 2.29. When viewed from the readiness item, it is still low. This research can be a reference material for stakeholders to consider the learning process for safe school-age children during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

ABSTRACTIntroduction: Children have a golden period of development. The proper stimulation will stimulate the child's brain so that development can take place optimally according to age. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of telenursing on the mother's ability to stimulate the development of children aged 9-12 months. Method: The study used a pre-experimental design with a pre-posttest one-group design approach. Thirty-two respondents were selected purposively. The telenursing intervention was given three times for one week using Whatsapp group media. The instrument used was the Stimulation Early Intervention Detection Growth and Development checklist. Result: Paired T-test results showed that telenursing effectively increased the mother's ability to stimulate growth and development in children (p=0.000). Telenursing allows nurses to control the delivery of nursing interventions, even if they do not meet in person. Conclusion: Telenursing can be an alternative method to provide nursing care, one of which is providing information about child development.ABSTRAKPendahuluan: Anak memiliki periode emas dalam masa perkembangan. Stimulasi yang tepat akan merangsang otak anak sehingga perkembangan dapat berlangsung optimal sesuai dengan usia. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh telenursing terhadap kemampuan ibu dalam melakukan stimulasi perkembangan anak usia 9-12 bulan. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain pre eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre-posttest one group design. 32 responden dipilih secara purposif. Intervensi telenursing diberikan tiga kali selama satu minggu, dengan menggunakan media Whatsapp grup. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar ceklis SDIDTK (Stimulasi Deteksi Intervensi Dini Tumbuh Kembang). Hasil: Hasil uji T berpasangan menunjukkan bahwa telenursing efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan ibu dalam melakukan stimulasi tumbuh kembang pada anak (p=0,000). Telenursing memungkinkan perawat untuk mengontrol pemberian intervensi keperawatan, meskipun tidak bertemu secara langsung. Simpulan: Telenursing dapat menjadi alternatif metode yang digunakan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan, salah satunya dalam memberikan informasi tentang tumbuh kembang anak.
