Abstract

The purpose of this research is how to implement the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) at UIN Walisongo in an effort towards world class university (WCU). The research design is policy research using explorative descriptive analysis techniques. The results show that in perspective (1) changes in research organizations: international collaborative research and international publications need to be improved, (2) human resource policies, increasing the number of professors and doctors and staff education, based on educational qualifications are still limited (3) academic programs, international accredited study programs need to be started, (4) Internal Governance, as an anti-corruption campus that applies the best Integrity zone in PTKI and (5) Funds, develops and explores funding sources from domestic and foreign partners to strengthen the internationalization program towards WCU.Tujuan penelitian adalah bagaimana implementasi BSC pada UIN Walisongo dalam upaya menuju  world class university (WCU). Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kebijakan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif eksploratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perspektif (1) perubahan organisasi: penelitian,  masih terbatasnya  penelitian kolaboratif internasional dan publikasi internasional, (2) kebijakan sumber daya manusia, meningkatkan jumlah profesor dan doktor dan pendidikan staf, berdasarkan kualifikasi pendidikan masih terbatas (3) program akademik, program studi terakreditasi internasional perlu dimulai, (4) Tata Kelola Internal, sebagai kampus anti-korupsi yang menerapkan zona Integritas terbaik di PTKI dan (5) Dana, mengembangkan dan mengeksplorasi sumber pendanaan dari mitra domestik dan asing untuk memperkuat program internasionalisasi menuju WCU.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and trust on customer satisfaction (a case study at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kendal).Method - The type of research carried out is a quantitative approach. The study population was all customers at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kendal using the incidental sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire or questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study uses validity and reliability tests, then classic assumption test, t test, F test, determination test and multiple linear regression equation test.Result - The results of this study are (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (4) service quality, product quality, and Trust together has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Implication - The implication is that service delivery and product quality as well as the trust given by the bank will affect customer satisfaction.Originality - This study shows that these three variables have a significant correlation to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractPurpose - The purpose of this research is to provide accurate information on what skills are needed by a banking employee in the world of work and what training is needed to enhance their career.Method - This research uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. And the techniques used are survey techniques, case studies, comparative studies, studies of time and motion spans, behavior analysis, and documentary analysis.Result - To develop the competence of serving candidates, especially students, is really needed to survive the competition workplace in this current era of digitalization. The Universities must be able to discuss and find the information from the stakeholders in this case is sharia banking. The letter of degree or bachelor only supports the competence not the main to work. The result of the Forum Discussion Group (FGD) is that the curriculum must have Management knowledge, Leadership, Teamwork and Skills. While that skill was include Content writing, Business analysis, Analytical reasoning, Digital marketing, Cloud computing, Critical thinking. And the strategy to develop student competence is beauty class training, teamwork training, performance grooming training, compute training, account training and graphic design training.Implication - This research can be a recommendation to educational institutions or universities and even financial institutions themselves to improve the skills of their employees or when recruiting new employees.Originality- Employee competency development can be used by banking institutions or educational institutions to improve the skills of their employees in facing the current digitalization era.
