Abstract

Social climber is described as a person who is eager to gain a higher social status in his or her society. In the globalization era, many women show off their styles that are not in accordance with their belongings. Those who look glamorous do not pay attention to the Islamic economic value. Therefore how women restrict the future generations not to be excessive in appearing their performance to avoid undesirable social and psychological impacts. Principally, Islam does not justify social climber because in Islamic economics istishod is recognized as the balance between the world and the hereafter which is in line with the Islamic economic goal namely al-falah. It means a balanced luck between the world and the hereafter. But it does not mean showing off glamorous behaviour in the world as such so it causes jealousy among the surrounding environment and induces criminals to commit crime such as theft, robbery and others. Social climber is also regarded as isrof means extravagance. Islamic economics forbids people to live extra­vagant­ly and miserly regardless of its impact because Islamic economics advocate simple life._________________________________________________________Social climber digambarkan sebagai seseorang yang ingin men­dapatkan status sosial yang lebih tinggi di sekitarnya. Dalam kondisi zaman globalisasi banyak perempuan yang bergaya pamer tidak sesuai dengan kondisi materi yang dimilikinya. Mereka yang ber­penampilan glamor tidak memperhatikan nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam. Oleh karena itu bagaimana para perempuan membatasi agar generasi-generasi mendatang tidak berlebihan dalam berpenampil­an untuk menghindari dampak sosial dan psikologi yg tidak diingin­kan. Pada prinsipnya, Islam tidak membenarkan social climber karena di dalam ekonomi Islam dikenal istilah istishod yakni ke­seimbangan antara dunia dan akhirat yang sejalan dengan tujuan ekonomi Islam yang disebut al-falah. Artinya keberuntungan yang seimbang antara dunia dan akhirat, jangan hanya untung dunia yang justru pamer atau berperilaku glamor yang menyebabkan kecemburuan lingkungan sekitar dan mengundang penjahat me­laku­kan kejahatan misalnya pencurian, perampokan dan lain-lain. Social climber juga termasuk isrof yakni pemborosan. Ekonomi Islam melarang hidup boros berfoya-foya dan kikir tanpa memperhatikan dampaknya karena ekonomi Islam menganjurkan hidup sederhana.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of accounting knowledge, entrepreneurial traits, and subjective norms on the use of accounting information on making investment decisions of MSME actors in Gunungkidul Regency.Method - This study uses quantitative research methodology by purposive sampling. The gathered data in this study were processed using the SPSS program. This study was carried out on 20 February to 20 March 2020. The population in this study was businessmen of MSMEs in Gunungkidul Regency who had used accounting documentation. The research took 60 respondents as a sample of the study.  Result - This study resulted that the variables of accounting knowledge and entrepreneurial traits have a positive and significant effect on the use of accounting information in making investment decisions of MSME actors in Gunungkidul Regency; While the subjective norms variable does not have a positive and significant effect on the use of accounting information in making investment decisions of MSME actors in the Gunungkidul Regency.Implication - Future research can expand the object of research in several other regencies and can add other research variables.Originality - The researchers added an independent variable that is subjective norms and entrepreneurial traits, whereas the previous researchers only used accounting knowledge as the independent variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the potential and self satisfaction womans in empowerment of creative economy with science and tecnologi and self satisfaction of Islamic economic perspective in fisherman of Kragan village. Rembang. Interview approach, documentation, observation and literature searching are use in order to collect data. Analyzing the researchers to be scientific then by reflective thinking by pacing between the method of deduction and induction. The results of this study is to know the various potensis  business that is very varied or creative by the womans of fishermen village Kragan Kab. Rembang. In addition to knowing self-satisfaction means the womans of fishermen in carrying out their creative economic activities in addition to beneficial for himself also useful for his family. Potential women fishermen need local government support to develop the creative potential of women fishermen, for example by using village funds budgeted by the central government. This potential can produce various kinds of creative processed fish such as crispy with various flavors, fish chips with various types of fish and crackers. Satisfaction experienced by the womans of fishermen is the sustenance and enjoyment given by Allah SWT who need to be grateful.==============================================Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui potensi perempuan dalam mengembangkan  pemberdayaan ekonomi kreatif   dan upaya pendekatannya sudah  bersifat modern ataukah masih manual atau tradisional. Pemberdayaan ekonomi dan self satisfaction yang dilihat dari kaca mata Islam di pesisir  nelayan desa Kragan kab. Rembang menghasilkan kemanfaatan atau kemaslahatan baik diri sendiri maupun maslahatan untuk masyarakat yang lebih luas. Metode penulisan ini menggunakan  cara wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan penelusuruan literatur kepustakaan digunakan dalam rangka untuk mengumpulkan data. Penganalisaan yang dilakukan peneliti agar ilmiah maka dengan kritis dan kreatif dilakukan mondar-mandir antara metode yang melalui kesimpulan yang logis dan dengan metode pengumpulan data kemudian dievaluasi untuk menyimpulkan. Penelitian ini mengetahui berbagai potensi bisnis bervariasi atau kreatif perempuan nelayan desa Kragan kab. Rembang. Self satisfaction nelayan dalam aktifitas ekonomi bermanfaat bagi dirinya juga bermanfaat bagi keluarganya. Potensi perempuan nelayan perlu dukungan pemerintah setempat guna mengembangkan  potensi kreatifitasnya perempuan nelayan, misalnya dengan pemanfaatan dana desa yang dianggarkan pemerintah pusat.   Kepuasan yang dialami perempuan-perempuan nelayan merupakan rezeki dan  kenikmatan yang diberikan Allah swt perlu disukuri  sebagai kwajiban perempuan untuk membantu suaminya  merupakan kwajiban istri  bukan merupakan beban.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the development of technology that is currently facing post truth on how to educate children and their impact on family financial budgets. The research is qualitative and the object of this research is Karangjoho Semarang. This writing method uses a variety of forms such as interviews, documentation, observation and literature review is useful for digging data. Analysis of the researcher uses creative criticism by pacing between methods and literature then concluding. The results of this study are children sholeh sholekah the results of Islamic religious education in the family in the midst of increasingly sophisticated technological developments even faced with the phenomenon of post truth social media internet can not distinguish true or false information, the more dangerous the children and how far the delinquency of the child influences family financial budgeting. Children's education in accordance with Islamic teachings is very important in the midst of rapid modern technology so that their children become human beings and are able to face complex problems in society. The implication of the research is that adulthood and good character in children will produce a comfortable life for parents, then the amount of family financial expenditure will not occur, but vice versa if bad children fall into the dark world of using technology with various forms of delinquency and parents are wrong to educate, then a lot of family financial expenses will be spent. Abstract

Abstrak: Pentingnya kegiatan ini bagi ibu Morodemak karena berdampak COVID-19, karena peluang ekonomi banyak ikan kering rusak, maka tujuan pengabdian masyarakat memberikan penyuluhan tentang potensi diri secara ekonomi di tengah pandemi, memberikan pemahaman jenis pekerjaan bisa dilakukan dari rumah (WFH) dengan memberikan pelatihan sistem online agar mengurangi angka kemiskinan. Menggunakan metode partisipatif, pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan dua dosen dan satu mahasiswa bekerjasama dengan ketua PKK dari lima RW Morodemak. Penyuluhan dan pelatihan ini berharap membantu ibu rumah tangga berjualan ikan keringnya beralih dari tradisional ke sistem online. Penyampaian materi ibu rumah tangga masa bodoh (ngobrol dan asik main HP), maka pendekatan penyadaran memasukkan dalil agama, peserta tertarik. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dua hari kemudian seminggu penilaian ternyata banyak ibu mempraktekkan memposting barang ikan keringnya lewat online, banyak ibu antusias untuk mempraktekan aplikasi online sesuai dengan akun yang mereka miliki, sebagian besar 60 persen melalui WA dan 25 persen facebook dan berpendidikan SMA keatas 15 persen melalui shopee online dengan pilih menu gratis ongkir.Abstract: The importance of this activity for Mrs. Morodemak because it has an impact on COVID-19, because the economic opportunities of many dried fish are damaged, the purpose of community service is to provide counseling about one's economic potential in the midst of a pandemic, to provide an understanding of the types of work that can be done from home (WFH) by providing system training. online to reduce poverty. Using participatory methods, training and mentoring with two lecturers and one student in collaboration with PKK leaders from five RW Morodemak. This counseling and training hopes to help housewives selling their dried fish switch from traditional to online systems. Submission of material for housewives who are ignorant (talking and playing with cellphones), the awareness approach includes religious arguments, participants are interested. The activity was carried out two days later a week of the assessment, it turned out that many mothers practice posting their dried fish items online, many mothers are enthusiastic to practice online applications according to the accounts they have, most of them 60 percent through WA and 25 percent facebook and have high school education and above 15 percent through shopee online by selecting the free shipping menu

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and trust on customer satisfaction (a case study at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kendal).Method - The type of research carried out is a quantitative approach. The study population was all customers at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kendal using the incidental sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire or questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study uses validity and reliability tests, then classic assumption test, t test, F test, determination test and multiple linear regression equation test.Result - The results of this study are (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (4) service quality, product quality, and Trust together has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Implication - The implication is that service delivery and product quality as well as the trust given by the bank will affect customer satisfaction.Originality - This study shows that these three variables have a significant correlation to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose-The purpose of this research is to introduce the product to the people of Jepara to participate in the "kurban" saving product at BMT NU Sejahtera through SWOT Analysis. Methods-This study uses qualitative methods and applies analytical techniques from various theoretical references and field data to be analyzed and then concludes logically and critically. The data obtained with the approach of observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings-BMT NU who needs to pay attention to strategies to approach customers, networks, and excellent service. BMT NU Jepara also applies the marketing mix or marketing mix/product, price, place, promotion. Implications -Research results can be implemented in all BMT institutions in general and specifically for BMT NU Sejahtera

Abstract

Marketing performance is one of the important factors in realizing business goals. Marketing performance is influenced by various factors. This study aims to determine the effect of innovation, marketing sensing ability and brand image on competitive advantage to realize marketing performance. This research is based on a case study of Batik MSEEs in Central Java. This study uses data analysis The Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the number of samples used as many as 169 respondents. The results of this study indicate that innovation, marketing sensing ability, brand image, have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Innovation, marketing sensing ability, brand image, competitive advantage proved to have a significant positive effect on Marketing Performance. Thus, to improve marketing performance, MSMEs need to improve innovation, marketing sensing capabilities and brand image for competitive advantage.

Abstract

Waste is a major problem in environmental management. This is due to the low level of public awareness and lifestyle toward waste management. This service aims to foster and increase public awareness of waste management and increase community ecopreneurship through training in making Eco-Enzyme in Langenharjo Village, Kendal. To achieve these goals, the UIN Walisongo community service team formed a Pentahelix movement by collaborating with the Kendal Regency Government Environment Office, Bank Sampah Induk (BSI) Kendal, Kendal Family Welfare Development Team (PKK), Kendal Industrial Estate (KIK) and Kendal Regency National Narcotics Agency (BNN). The implementation method uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method which includes three stages, preparation, implementation, and evaluation of activities. The number of training participants was 80 participants. The results of the service showed that the socialization and training of eco-enzyme were able to foster and increase public awareness by 80% with 65% from parents and the rest from millennials. This means that this socialization is quite effective and can really impact the surrounding community towards waste reduction. Meanwhile, the ecopreneurship training by turning waste into Eco-Enzyme was able to be followed by all participants, because the manufacturing process was quite easy. Unfortunately, the participation of participants from the millennial generation was still passive when compared to the enthusiasm of participants from the parent group. Nevertheless, this activity can be the first step in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of the Langenharjo Kendal community through waste ecopreneurship.
