Abstract

The current implementation of tax reporting regional Pasuruan hotels have used online (Web-based), with the aim of reporting systems can run effectively and efficiently in receiving the financial statements especially from taxpayer property. Pasuruan as one small town quite rapidly in East Java, have implemented role models online tax filing system starting in 2015, with the amount of 6 hotels, there are several classes of hotels ranging from the budget class up to class three stars. After the application of the system running for 18 months (2015-2016), from existing data, conducted research on the analysis of the level of compliance of taxpayers reporting incomes in a hotel. On the research was designed and built a system to evaluate the level of compliance with the performance from the taxpayer (WP) in the 2nd year (2016) and are classified in categories (1) the taxpayer (WP) very obedient (ST), (2) the taxpayer (WP) is quite obedient (CT), (3) Taxpayers (WP) less obedient (KT). Input data will be processed using the technique of data mining algorithms Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) to form the table of probability as a basis for the process of classification levels of taxpayer compliance. Based on the results of the measurement, the test results show with an accuracy of 50% i.e. 3 taxpayers is the very obedient (ST) to pay taxes. Then from the classification, the study could be made of recommendation solutions to guide the taxpayer in reporting revenues well and true.

Abstract

Abstrak Pada sebuah fighting game khususnya Real Time Strategy (RTS), perilaku menyerang yang dimiliki oleh autonomous NPC (Non Player Character) dituntut untuk lebih realistik dan natural. Perilaku menyerang NPC ditentukan berdasarkan penugasan pada tiap individu NPC (Assignment List), sehingga tiap NPC akan memiliki target serang masing-masing. Assignment List dapat disusun berdasarkan hasil analisa parameter jarak, sehingga dibutuhkan metode optimisasi untuk menganalisa parameter jarak, agar rata-rata total tempuh tiap NPC menjadi pendek (optimal). Pada penelitian ini, digunakan algoritma optimisasi Harmony Search Algorithm (HSA), yaitu merupakan salah satu metode optimisasi yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pencarian jalur terpendek (Shortest Path Finding). Dari uji coba yang dilakukan, perilaku pergerakan menyerang paling realistik diperoleh pada saat kedua kubu NPC saling menggunakan HSA, dengan waktu komputasi sebesar 0.69 detik, dan rata-rata total tempuh mencapai nilai terpendek sebesar 384.12. Kata kunci : assignment list, Harmony Search Algorithm (HSA), Non Player Character (NPC), parameter jarak, rata-rata total tempuh.

Abstract

In this study POS (Point Of Sales) Billing System was designed and built with more affordable prices onRestaurant Taxpayers using IoT (Internet Of Thing) devices by utilizing Cloud Computing technology that cansending sales report data in realtime to the server owned by the Probolinggo Regency Financial and AssetAgency. The input from this study is data that is sent in realtime from a billing machine, from a series of tests thathave been carried out that can run smoothly, that is proven by measuring data transmission with speed inaccessing article data an average of 0.7833 seconds / data transactions compared manually. So that through thisapplication, estimates of regional revenue targets can be monitored directly.

Abstract

VLC technology continuously developed until now. Development ranging from modulation system, basic infrastructure, up to complex networks. In this research conducted an experiment in terms of basic infrastructure which Diffuse LED is used as the main component on VLC receiver. The purpose of this research is to design and then analyze in an effort to build the basic infrastructure of VLC. Experiment performed on a simple modulation system for easy analysis process. For more simplicity, Color Intensity Modulation using only two colors: red and blue to present the logic high and low. From trials that have been done, Diffuse LED that used as the main component in the Receiver Unit has performed well in the period of the signal greater than or equal to 20 uS. In these conditions, BER reaches 0%. So in other words the shortest period of signal reaches a maximum of 20 uS and maximum bit rate of 100 Kbps. And then observations using the oscilloscope showed that in the same signal period, information signal shape that has been received are similar with the shape of signal that has been sent. Overall results, VLC system that has been designed and analyzed suitable for low bit rate communication.
